The liver is the front line organ of the immune *** liver contains the largest collection of phagocytic cells in the body that detect both pathogens that enter through the gut and endogenously produced *** is possible by the highly developed differentiation capacity of the liver immune system between self-antigens or non-self-antigens,such as food antigens or *** an immune active organ,the liver functions as a gatekeeping barrier from the outside world,and it can create a rapid and strong immune response,under unfavorable ***,the liver's assumed immune status is anti-inflammatory or *** interactions between the numerous populations of immune cells in the liver are key for maintaining the delicate balance between immune screening and immune *** anatomical structure of the liver can facilitate the preparation of lymphocytes,modulate the immune response against hepatotropic pathogens,and contribute to some of its unique immunological properties,particularly its capacity to induce antigen-specific *** liver sinusoidal endothelial cell is fenestrated and lacks a basement membrane,circulating lymphocytes can closely contact with antigens,displayed by endothelial cells,Kupffer cells,and dendritic cells while passing through the *** of immune tolerance,leading to an autoaggressive immune response in the liver,if not controlled,can lead to the induction of autoimmune or autoinflammatory *** review mentions the unique features of liver immunity,and dysregulated immune responses in patients with autoimmune liver diseases who have a close association with inborn errors of immunity have also been the emphases.

Human pulp tissue dissolution ability of different extracts of Sapindus mukorossi: An in vitro study

Objective:Due to the many negative properties of sodium hypochlorite used in current root canal treatment,interest in biocompatible natural agents is increasing day by *** aim of this study was to evaluate whether various extract solutions of Sapindus mukorossi have dissolution effects on human pulp ***:Primarily powder extracts were obtained by extracting fruit shells of *** in different solvents(ethanol,methanol,buthanol and distilled water).The test solutions were prepared and randomly separated into six groups with 10 samples in each group:ethanol extract,methanol extract,butanol extract,distilled water extract of ***,sodium hypochlorite(Na OCl)and the control *** these,*** extracts were separated into two subgroups,depending on their concentration level(50μg/m L and 100μg/m L).The pulp tissues of freshly extracted human molars were used for dissolution *** weights of the pulpal tissues were measured and recorded for two times after the samples were placed in the *** analysis for all descriptive statistics was performed using SPSS 22(P<0.05).Results:Our results showed that maximum percent yield of preparation was obtained in methanol extract of *** all of the groups,the best dissolution capacity was seen in the Na OCl group(positive control group).Among *** groups,the best tissue solvent solution was found in SMM group at 50μg/m L and SMB group at 100μg/m ***:The different extracts of *** had a capacity to dissolve pulp tissue but this capacity was less than Na ***,further studies will enable the creation of a commercial solution for clinical use by increasing the effectiveness of *** while combining it with other endodontic irrigation solutions.
