Let{e_(j)}be an orthonormal basis of Laplace eigenfunctions of a compact Riemannian manifold(M,g).Let H■M be a submanifold and{ψ_(k)}be an orthonormal basis of Laplace eigenfunctions of H with the induced *** obtain joint asymptotics for the Fourier coefficientsL^(2)(H)=∫He_(j),ψ_(k)dV_(H)of restrictionsγHe_(j)of e_(j)to *** particular,we obtain asymptotics for the sums of the norm-squares of the Fourier coefficients over the joint spectrum{(μ_(k),λ_(j))}^(∞)_(j,k-0)of the(square roots of the)Laplacian△_(M)on M and the Laplacian△_(H)on H in a family of suitably‘thick'regions in R^(2).Thick regions include(1)the truncated coneμ_(k)/λ_(j)∈[a,b]■(0,1)andλ_(j)≤λ,and(2)the slowly thickening strip|μ_(k)-cλ_(j)|≤w(λ)andλ_(j)≤λ,where w(λ)is monotonic and 1■w(λ)≤λ^(1/2).Key tools for obtaining the asymptotics include the composition calculus of Fourier integral operators and a new multidimensional Tauberian theorem.

Intellectual Property(IP)includes ideas,innovations,methodologies,works of authorship(viz.,literary and artistic works),emblems,brands,images,*** property is intangible since it is pertinent to the human ***,IP entities are indisputably vulnerable to infringements and modifications without the owner’s *** protection regulations have been deployed and are still in practice,including patents,copyrights,contracts,trademarks,trade secrets,etc.,to address these ***,these protections are insufficient to keep IP entities from being changed or stolen without *** for this,some IPs require hardware IP protection mechanisms,and others require software IP protection *** secure these IPs,researchers have explored the domain of Intellectual Property Protection(IPP)using different *** this paper,we discuss the existing IP rights and concurrent breakthroughs in the field of IPP research;provide discussions on hardware IP and software IP attacks and defense techniques;summarize different applications of IP protection;and lastly,identify the challenges and future research prospects in hardware and software IP security.

目的探讨成人癫痫患者血清微小核糖核酸(miR)-146a、miR-125a、Toll样受体4(TLR4)水平及其与疾病严重程度的关系。方法选取2020年8月至2023年8月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的69例癫痫患者作为癫痫组,另选取同期体检的69例健康人群作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测入组对象血清miR-146a、miR-125a水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清TLR4、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。根据脑电图检测结果,将癫痫患者分为轻度组、中度组和重度组,并比较3组患者血清miR-146a、miR-125a、TLR4、IL-1β、IL-2和TNF-α水平。采用Pearson相关分析癫痫患者血清miR-146a、miR-125a、TLR4水平与IL-1β、IL-2、TNF-α水平的关系,采用Spearman相关分析癫痫患者血清miR-146a、miR-125a、TLR4水平与疾病严重程度的关系。结果癫痫组血清miR-146a、miR-125a水平低于对照组,TLR4、IL-1β、IL-2和TNF-α水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P中度组>重度组,血清TLR4、IL-1β、IL-2和TNF-α水平均为轻度组<中度组<重度组,任意两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,癫痫患者血清miR-146a和miR-125a水平与IL-1β、IL-2、TNF-α水平呈负相关(P<0.05),TLR4水平与IL-1β、IL-2、TNF-α水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,癫痫患者血清miR-146a和miR-125a水平与疾病严重程度呈负相关(P<0.05),TLR4水平与疾病严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论成人癫痫患者血清miR-146a、miR-125a表达下调,TLR4表达上调,且三者与IL-1β、IL-2和TNF-α水平相关,可以评估癫痫患者疾病严重程度。
