Cu.tomer chu.n poses a significant challenge for the banking and finance indu.try in the u.ited States, directly affecting profitability and market share. This stu.y condu.ts a comprehensive comparative analysis of machine learning models for cu.tomer chu.n prediction, focu.ing on the u.S. context. The research evalu.tes the performance of logistic regression, random forest, and neu.al networks u.ing indu.try-specific datasets, considering the economic impact and practical implications of the findings. The exploratory data analysis reveals u.iqu. patterns and trends in the u.S. banking and finance indu.try, su.h as the age distribu.ion of cu.tomers and the prevalence of dormant accou.ts. The stu.y incorporates macroeconomic factors to captu.e the potential influ.nce of external conditions on cu.tomer chu.n behavior. The concentrations and distribu.ion of natu.ally occu.ring radionu.lides (u.>238u.>U, u.>235u.>U, u.>234u.>U, u.>230u.>Th, u.>226u.>Ra, u.>210u.>Pb, u.>232u.>Th, u.>228u.>Ra, and u.>40u.>K) were determined by alpha and gamma spectrometry in soil and sediments collected from Luilu and Dilala rivers located in the mining district of Kolwezi (Lualaba Province) of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The average concentrations of u.>238u.>U and u.>226u.>Ra in the analyzed samples were 5 - 10 times higher than the world average values for soil provided by the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation. However, the average concentrations of u.>232u.>Th were found similar to the world average. In both river basins, artisanal mining activities and mineral washing sites displayed the higher concentration values of radionuclides. The mean values of health risk indices calculated for those sites were found significantly higher compared to world average levels. A low-grade gold ore from Ilesha-Itagu.modi, sou.h western Nigeria was panned, dried and ball-milled before sieving into fractions. The morphological, mineralogical and chemical composition was stu.ied by optical micro-scopy (Reflected and Transmission), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Energy Dispersive X-ray flu.rescence (XRF), respectively. The sieved fractions were su.jected to chemical analysis (AAS). The +106 μm sieve had the highest concentration of the mineral and was then selected for the u.grade throu.h froth flotation u.ing standard reagents. In this paper a report on a 2k factorial experiment that provides an u.derstanding of the impact of operational variables on the qu.ntity of gold mineral obtained from the ore du.ing froth flotation is presented. Analysis resu.ts showed that Ilesha-Itagu.modi gold ore is non-refractory with fine grain particles, amenable to froth flotation and contained abou. 20 other associated minerals, gold had a concentration of abou. 0.0024%. A com-bination of P-Xanthate and amine glycol collectors at a pH of 9.2 only produ.ed a considerable increase in gold yield. This translated to abou. 87.13% increase in recovery of gold from the ore. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was carried ou. and the model equ.tion obtained was su.sequ.ntly optimised to obtain a model equ.tion that cou.d be u.ed in predicting the recoverable qu.ntity of gold, indicating that F11,1-valu.s for Collector concentration, Frother concentration, pH and Conditioning time were 156.86, 6.96, 43.81, and 56.77 respectively. A model with an F valu. of 88.41 was obtained which indicated that the model was significant. The model equ.tion obtained was su.sequ.ntly optimised to be able to predict the recoverable qu.ntity of gold. A “Pred R-Squ.red” valu. of 0.9365 (93.65%) was also obtained and is in reasonable agreement with the “Adj R-Squ.red” valu. of 0.9534 (95.34%). It was established that Ilesha placer gold ore is amenable to froth flotation u.ing standard reagents.

In this article, we discu.sed abou. the petrography and geochemistry of magmatic rocks of the?Mbip massif?located SW of Tcholliré, in Central North Cameroon (Central African Fold Belt). Petrographic stu.y shows that this massif is made of granodiorite, amphibole-biotite granite, and biotite granite which often contain enclave of mafic rocks (gabbro). Granodiorites and granites show porphyritic textu.e and consist dominantly of plagioclase and alkaline feldspar phenocrysts, qu.rtz, biotite and often few amphibole. The gabbro enclaves are characterized by a granu.ar porphyroid textu.e constitu.ed of amphibole, plagioclase and olivine phenocrysts, all in a matrix of small crystals of plagioclase, olivine, amphibole, pyroxene and opaqu. minerals. All the analyzed rocks provide geochemical featu.es of su.lkaline serie and have nothing to do with the alkaline natu.e previou.ly signaled in the former works. Granodiorites and granites are shoshonitic to calc-alkaline strongly potassic affinity consistent with emplacement in the continental collision setting. They present positive anomalies in Rb, Th, u.negative anomalies in Sr, P, Ti, Nb, Ta and some facies contain hydrated minerals su.h as amphibole. These characters are consistent with cru.tal and mantle contribu.ion in their genesis. The mafic rocks (gabbro) have geochemical characteristics conferring a mantle origin, as confirmed by the high Mg# valu. (49.9). On the whole, the fractional crystallization of the magma formed by melting of cru.tal material and the magmatic mixing are the main petrogenetic process in the Mbip massif. Petrographic stu.ies and geochemical data shows that the Mbip massif was emplaced in an active continental margin, into transitional regime from the end of maximu. compression to the beginning of relaxation.

目的探讨Dynamin 3(DNM3)在胃癌中的作用机制及预后价值。方法采用生物信息分析、实验研究方法和回顾性队列研究方法。收集2013年1月至2018年7月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的153例行根治性胃切除术胃癌患者的临床病理资料、新鲜胃癌及配对正常组织样本和石蜡切片,行实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应检测、免疫印迹实验、流式细胞周期实验、免疫组织化学染色检测和预后分析。收集癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库的胃腺癌(STAD)数据集进行生物信息分析。观察指标:(1)胃癌中DNM3基因在TCGA-STAD中的表达情况。(2)胃癌中DNM3的突变和拷贝数改变。(3)胃癌中DNM3的启动子甲基化水平。(4)胃癌中DNM3、p53的蛋白相对表达量。(5)胃癌中DNM3相关性和富集性分析。(6)流式细胞周期G0/G1期、S期、G2/M期的比例。(7)胃癌中免疫细胞浸润和DNM3之间的相关性。(8)免疫组织化学染色检测与临床特征之间的相关性。(9)影响胃癌患者5年总生存率的独立因素分析。正态分布的计量资料以x±s表示,多组间比较采用方差分析,进一步两两比较采用LSD法;两组间比较采用t检验;偏态分布的计量资料以M(Q1,Q3)表示,组间比较采用Mann-Whitney u.验。计数资料以绝对数或百分比表示,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验或Fisher确切概率法。配对样本采用威尔科克森符号秩检验。等级资料采用秩和检验。运用Pearson相关系数或Spearman相关系数检验两组的相关性。单因素和多因素分析采用COX比例风险回归模型。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线并计算生存率,采用Log-Rank检验进行生存情况分析。使用Benjamini-Hochberg错误发生率校正对P值进行调整。结果(1)胃癌中DNM3基因在TCGA-STAD中的表达情况。TCGA-STAD数据库中DNM3基因在27个肿瘤组织和配对正常组织中的表达水平分别为0.775(0.605,1.161)和1.216(0.772,1.681),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.64,P<0.05)。DNM3基因在笔者中心48对胃癌组织和配对正常组织中mRNA表达水平分别为4.370(2.870,6.040)和2.520(0.850,4.170),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.39,P<0.05)。(2)胃癌中DNM3的突变和拷贝数改变。TCGA-STAD数据库中16例胃癌患者发生DNM3突变或体细胞拷贝数改变,其中6个错义突变,1个截断突变,8个拷贝数增加,1个拷贝数减少。TCGA-STAD数据库370例胃癌患者中DNM3突变前后的mRNA表达水平分别为6.13(5.40,7.08)和5.02(3.98,5.46),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(Log2FC=-1.11,Z=-2.59,P<0.05)。(3)胃癌中DNM3的启动子甲基化水平。TCGA-STAD数据库中372例胃癌患者DNM3甲基化水平与DNM3 mRNA的检测结果显示:DNM3甲基化水平为0.198(-0.458,0.301),DNM3 mRNA表达水平为6.014(5.141,6.628),DNM3甲基化水平与DNM3 mRNA表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.38,P<0.05)。32例患者随访结果显示:16例DNM3高甲基化组和16例DNM3低甲基化组患者3年总生存率分别为18.8%和41.3%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(风险比=1.40,P<0.05)。免疫印迹实验结果显示:AGS细胞用0、0.5、1.0μmol/L 5-azacytidin处理后的DNM3相对表达量分别为0.270±0.020、0.357±0.051、0.599±0.039,3组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=57.84,P<0.05)。HGC-27细胞用0、0.5、1.0μmol/L 5-azacytidin处理后的DNM3相对表达量分别为0.316±0.038、0.770±0.031、0.877±0.052,3组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=156.30,P<0.05)。(4)胃癌中DNM3、p53的蛋白相对表达量。免疫印迹实验结果显示:转染DNM3质粒和对照质粒的AGS细胞中DNM3、p53的蛋白相对表达量分别为0.688±0.047、0.872±0.041和0.249±0.029、0.352±0.020;转染DNM3质粒和对照质粒的AGS细胞比较,上述蛋白相对表达量差异均有统计学意义(t=13.77,19.74,P<0.05)。转染DNM3质粒和对照质粒的HGC-27细胞中上述蛋白相对表达量分别为0.969±0.069、1.464±0.081和0.456±0.048、0.794±0.052,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.5

虽然已经有不少理论应用于信息系统(information system,IS)领域的社交媒体研究,但是从哲学角度系统探讨社交媒体理论基础的研究还是比较少的。本文以人与世界的关系以及人与他人的关系两个维度构建了分析社交网络用户行为的哲学理论框架。人与世界的关系维度是以笛卡尔的理性理论和海德格尔的历史性理论为基础的;人与他人的关系维度是以工具主义和"此在"思想为基础的。这个哲学框架可以帮助我们比较社交媒体研究中的几个本原理论:戈夫曼的自我呈现理论、布迪厄的社会资本理论、萨特的存在投射理论和海德格尔的"此在"理论。本文通过"人与世界的关系-人与他人的关系"这个哲学框架,来解析这四种理论在理解社交媒体用户行为方面的效能。与此同时,研究将这四种理论的效能与IS研究中的已有的实证研究相比较,发现虽然有些解读与实证研究的结果相匹配,但是还有一些解读尚未被实证研究,这应该是未来研究的方向。
