In the present paper we consider the case of a Dirac field in a finite time domain and coupled to an external field. We decompose the field and its Hamiltonian in terms of creation and annihilation operators and path integrate it via Grassmannian variables techniques. In that way we obtain its finite time domain Green function. We use it in the perturbative study of the interaction of Dirac particles with classical electromagnetic waves.

In the present paper on the one hand we apply the central limit theorem to the solution of the sign problem of a path integral of two-interacting particles in potential and give an expression for the sign solved propagator (SSP) derived from that solution and on the other hand we perform the angular decomposition of the path integrals of the 2D and 3D Helium atoms. Finally, we combine those two results and derive the SSPs of the 2D and 3D Helium atoms.

1 Introduction Transcatheter aortic valve implantation （TAVI） constitutes an established treatment in inoperable or high perioperative risk patients with severe aortic stenosis, demonstrating similar mortality rates （at 30 days and 1 year） with surgical aortic valve replacement （SAVR）. Various complications have been reported during TAVI, weeks or months post procedure. The most frequent causes of transcatheter heart valve （THV） failure are paravalvular regurgitation, infective endocarditis （IE）, thrombosis and late valve Migration.

1 Introduction Atrial fibrillation （AF） constitutes the most frequent cardiac arrhythmia with an increasing prevalence and incidence in the general population, demonstrating a significant impact on cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. AF has been correlated with an increased risk of stroke, systemic embolism and long term morbidity compared to individuals with sinus rhythm. The highest prevalence of AF is reported in elderly as well as in patients with severe aortic stenosis, ranging between 16% and 40% in the latter. With the occasion of a case of malignant melanoma of the gallbladder, which appeared to be primary, we have reviewed the literature and the result of this research was that primary melanoma of the gallbladder remains a questionable medical entity. Only few cases of both primary and metastatic gallbladder melanoma have been reported so far, and the only agreement is that surgery is the mainstaytreatment. The role of adjuvant chemotherapy, hormonotherapy or immunotherapy for both primary and metastatic disease remains undefined.

Highly-sensitive and stable ozone and hydrogen sensing elements were fabricated based on well-crystalline rounded cube-shaped CsPbBr 3 microcrystals,synthesized by a facile solution process per-formed under ambient *** is shown that such elements demonstrate enhanced room tem-perature gas sensing ability compared to the previously reported metal halide and oxide-based *** measurements performed on these sensing components revealed high sensitivity to ultra-low ozone and hydrogen concentrations,namely 4 ppb and 1 ppm respectively,as well as a remarkable repeatability,even after a few months of storage in ambient *** ozone and hydrogen sensors were self-activated,as they did not require the use of UV or heating external stimuli to operate,and exhibited fast detection and short restoration *** such attractive properties along with the simple fabrication process could provide an easy,efficient and low-cost technology for the realization of future gas sensing devices.

An 86-year-old male patient was admitted in our cardiology ward with signs of congestive biventricular heart failure. The patient presented with deteriorating dyspnea on mild exertion and at rest the last days, compatible with class NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ heart failure, bilateral peripheral oedema, increased NT-proBNP （9198 pg/mL）, mildly elevated Troponin （TnT 64 pg/mL）, interstitial pulmonary oedema and bilateral pleural effusions in chest X ray.
