Neisseria meningitidis is a gram negative dip.ococcal bacterium. Worldwide, N. meningitidis is the leading cause of bacterial meningitis and sep.is, with five serogroup. (A, B, C, Y, and W-135) resp.nsible for the majority of the disease. Multivalent (A, C, Y, and W-135) p.lysaccharide and conjugate vaccines have been licensed in the United States and elsewhere and are widely available. We have develop.d a multi-p.exed electrochemiluminescent assay to quantitate serum antibody resp.nses to meningococcal p.lysaccharides A, C, Y, and W-135 to allow for rap.d evaluation of li- censed and investigational vaccines. A 96-well p.ate containing a carbon electrode arrayed with p.lysaccharides A, C, Y, and W-135 on sep.rate sp.ts within each well has been develop.d for simultaneous detection of p.lysaccharidesp.cific antibodies in serum samp.es from vaccinated individuals. The assay conditions were op.imized using the anti-meningococcal serogroup.A/C reference serum p.ol, CDC 1992 (NIBSC 99/706), through evaluation of p.ate typ.s, coating p.lysaccharide concentrations, and blocking and serum diluent buffers. Comp.rison of single and multip.ex assays demonstrated the sensitivity, sp.cificity, and sp.ed of the multi-p.ex format for the quantification of serum antibody resp.nses to N. meningitidis p.lysaccharides A, C, Y and W-135.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide,and surgical resection is one of the main ways to treat gastric ***,the immune status of p.stop.rative p.tients is crucial for p.ognosis and survival,and immune cells p.ay an imp.rtant role in this ***,it is help.ul to understand the immune status of p.stop.rative p.tients by evaluating the levels of p.rip.eral blood immune cells,esp.cially total T cells(CD3+),help.r T cells(CD3+CD4+),and sup.ressor T cells(CD3+CD8+),and its relationship.to *** To analyzed the immune cells in p.rip.eral blood of p.tients with gastric cancer after surgery,detect the levels of total T cells,help.r T cells and sup.ressor T *** A total of 58 p.tients with gastric cancer who received surgical treatment were included in the retrosp.ctive *** cytometry was used to detect the level of p.rip.eral blood immune cells and analyze the correlation between total T cells,help.r T cells and inhibitory T *** exp.ore the relationship.between these immune markers and p.tient *** The results showed that the levels of total T cells,help.r T cells,and sup.ressor T cells changed in p.tients after gastric cancer *** was a significant p.sitive correlation between total T cells,help.r T cells and sup.ressor T cells(r=0.35,p.0.01;r=0.56,p.0.01).However,there was a negative correlation between help.r T cells and sup.ressor T cells(r=-0.63,p.0.01).Follow-up.showed that the survival rate of p.tients in the high-level total T cell group.was significantly higher than that in the low-level group.28.87±24.98 months vs 18.42±16.21 months).The survival curve shows that the curve of p.tients in the high-level group.is shifted to the up.er right,and that of the low-level group.is shifted *** was no significant difference between the levels of help.r T cells and sup.ressor T cells and p.tient survival *** By detecting p.rip.eral blood immune c
