In the present paper, Copper Phthalocyanine (CuPc) thin films were deposited on glass and silicon substrate by thermal evaporation and pulsed laser deposition (PLD) methods. CuPc thin films prepared at different annealing temperatures (298, 323, 348, 373, 423 k. respectively. The structure and surface morphology of CuPc in powder and thin films forms prepared by two methods were studied using Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), X-ray f§lt;span§gt;lorescence (XRF), X-ray§lt;/span§gt;diffraction (XRD), Atomic force microscope (AFM), and Scanning electron microscope (SEM). It showed that there was a change and enhancement in the crystallinity and surface morphology due to change in the annealing temperature (T§lt;sub§gt;a§lt;/sub§gt;). The purpose of our work.is to find the optimal temperature for which the film produces best structural properties for CuPc thin film to produce organic field effect transistor. Analysis of X-ray diffraction patterns of CuPc in powder form showed that it had an α-poly-crystalline phase with monoclinic structure, with preferentially oriented (100) plane transform to §lt;i§gt;β§lt;/i§gt;-single crystalline morestable structure at different annealing temperatures.

Back.round: Risk.strati cation and prognostication of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) help to improve patient outcome. Herein we investigated the role of liver stiffness measurement (LSM) in the prediction of HCC behavior. Methods: Totally 121 na ve patients with HCC were included. HCC radiological evaluation and staging were done. LSM was measured using virtual touch quanti cation. Patients were divided into early to intermediate HCC (BCLC-0, A and B) and late HCC (BCLCC and D). HCC was treated according to the BCLC stage. HCC recurrence-free interval was estimated. Results: The mean LSM inside the tumor was signi cantly lower than the peri-tumoral area and the cirrhotic non-cancerous liver parts (Pk.plan-Meier analysis showed that the recurrence-free interval was signi cantly longer in patients with LSM inside the tumor of ≥1.25m/s compared to those with LSM inside the tumor of<1.25m/s. Conclusions: LSM can serve as a potential non-invasive predictor for HCC clinical behavior and the recurrence-free interval following loco-regional treatments.

Industry 4.0 production environments and smart manufacturing systems integrate both the physical and decision-mak.ng aspects of manufacturing operations into autonomous and decentralized *** of the k.y aspects of these systems is a production planning,specifically,Scheduling operations on the *** cope with this problem,this paper proposed a Deep Reinforcement Learning with an Actor-Critic algorithm(DRLAC).We model the Job-Shop Scheduling Problem(JSSP)as a Mark.v Decision Process(MDP),represent the state of a JSSP as simple Graph Isomorphism Network.(GIN)to extract nodes features during scheduling,and derive the policy of optimal scheduling which guides the included node features to the best next action of *** addition,we adopt the Actor-Critic(AC)network.s training algorithm-based reinforcement learning for achieving the optimal policy of the *** prove the proposed model’s effectiveness,first,we will present a case study that illustrated a conflict between two job scheduling,secondly,we will apply the proposed model to a k.own benchmark.dataset and compare the results with the traditional scheduling methods and trending *** numerical results indicate that the proposed model can be adaptive with real-time production scheduling,where the average percentage deviation(APD)of our model achieved values between 0.009 and 0.21 comparedwith heuristic methods and values between 0.014 and 0.18 compared with other trending approaches.

The utilisation of oil palm fibre(OPF)and pineapple leaf fibres(PALF)as reinforcement materials for bio-phenolic composites is growing especially in automotive lightweight *** major aim of this current study is to investigate the influence of alk.li(Ca(OH)_(2)) treatment on pure and hybrid *** effects of enhancements in chemical interactions were evaluated by the Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR).Dynamic Mechanical Analysis(DMA)and Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA)performance of untreated reinforcements(OPF and PALF)and treated(OPF/OPF)composites at varying temperature and noted sufficient interfacial bonding contributing towards the improvements in thermal *** DMA results,the storage modulus improved with treated composites while the damping factor was ***,the treated hybrid composites exhibited significant improvements in thermal stability compared to untreated fibre *** results indicated that alk.li calcium hydroxide(Ca(OH2(:T)incorporation in hybrid composites(OPF/PALF)results in increased tensile strength and modulus among all ***,the alk.li-treated(Ca(OH)_(2))-treated pure composite(T/50%PALF),and hybrid composites(T/1OPF.1PALF)exhibited better flexural strength as compared with other *** contrast,the T/50%PALF showed higher flexural stress of 78.2 MPa,while the flexural modulus was recorded at 6503 *** can be proposed from the findings of this study that the alk.li treatment(5%Ca(OH)_(2))can be utilised to improve the strength and efficiency of agriculture biomass to be used as reinforcements in ***,the hybridisation of bio-fibre composites has the potential as a novel variety of biodegradable and sustainable composites appropriate for several industrial and engineering applications.

AIMTo investigate how Tregs are regulated in chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) patients via assessment of Tregs mark.rs (granzyme 2, CD69 and FoxP3), Teffs mark.rs [TNFRSF4 (OX40), INFG] and CD4, CD25 genes. METHODSA prospective study was conducted on 120 subjects divided into 4 groups: Group I (n = 30) treatment naïve chronic HCV patients; Group II (n = 30) chronic HCV treated with Peg/Riba; Group III (n = 30) chronic HCV associated with non-organ specific autoantibody and Group IV (n = 30) healthy persons as a control group. Tregs and Teffs mark.rs were assessed in peripheral blood mononuclear cells by quantitative real time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. RESULTSChronic HCV patients exhibited significant higher levels of both Teffs and Tregs in comparison to healthy control group. Tregs mark.rs were significantly decreased in Peg/Riba treated HCV patients in comparison to treatment naïve HCV group. In HCV patients with antinuclear antibody (ANA) +ve, Tregs mark.rs were significantly decreased in comparison to all other studied groups. Teffs mark.rs were significantly elevated in all HCV groups in comparison to control and in HCV group with ANA +ve in comparison to treatment naïve HCV group. CONCLUSIONElevated Tregs cells in chronic HCV patients dampen both CD4+ and CD8+ autologous T cell immune response. Interferon-α and ribavirin therapy suppress proliferation of Tregs. More significant suppression of Tregs was observed in HCV patients with autoantibodies favoring pathological autoimmune response.

Back.round:Fingerprints are unique,persistent,and left on every object touched by bare *** can be used as a rapid and inexpensive method for *** study focuses on fingerprint white line counts(FWLCs)and its importance in sex *** and Objectives:This study aimed to clarify the potential ofFWLC in sex estimation among Egyptian and Malaysian ethnic *** and Methods:The study was conducted on two hundred adult participants,one hundred Egyptians and one hundred Malaysians(50 females and 50 males).Ink.d fingerprints of ten fingers were obtained from each participant then FWLC was extracted manually for each ***:The mean of females FWLC was significantly higher than males in all fingers in both *** of the left index was the most significant predictor of sex in Egyptians,with an accuracy of 82%for males and 78%for *** more than seven in this digit was an absolute indication of being a *** most significant predictors of sex in the Malaysian population were the left index and right ring with an accuracy of 80%for males and 71.4%for females and FWLC above six and seven in these fingers,respectively,was an absolute indication of being a *** absence ofFWLC was more common in males than females in all ***:FWLC is a reliable predictor of sex among adult Egyptian and Malaysian ethnic groups,and females tend to have more FWLC.

Objective: To investigate the possible ameliorative effect of crude water extract of Morus alba(M. alba) leaves on retinopathy of rat pups maternally subjected to diabetes and/or Al ***: Both control and experimental groups were subjected to certain integrated approaches, namely, biochemical assessments, light microscopic investigation, transmission electron microscopic investigation, single cell gel electrophoresis(comet assay) and determination of DNA ***: The retina of pups of diabetic and/or Al-intoxicated mothers exhibited abnormal alterations in retinal cell layers including retinal pigmented epithelium, photoreceptor inner segment and ganglion cells. Increased incidence of DNA fragmentation and apoptosis were evident in pups of diabetic and/or Al-intoxicated mothers. However, retina of pups maternally received M. alba extract plus diabetes or Al-intoxicated alone or in combination showed mark.d amelioration. Less degree of ameliorations was seen in retina of pups maternally subjected to combined treatment. Furthermore, application of crude water extract of *** resulted in amelioration of the alterations of maternal serum glucose as well as Al ***: Based on the results of the present study, M. alba extract is effective against experimentally diabetic and Al-induced developmental retinopathy.

The microscopic morphology of electromagnetic wave absorbers influences the multiple reflections of electromagnetic waves and impedance matching,determining the absorption ***,the urchin-shaped bimetallic nick.l-cobalt oxide/carbon(NiCo_(2)O_(4)/C)composites are prepared via a hy-drothermal route,whose absorption properties are investigated by different morphologies regulated by changing calcination temperature.A minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))of-75.26 dB is achieved at a match-ing thick.ess of 1.5 mm,and the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 8.96 GHz is achieved at 2 ***-advantages of the synthesized NiCo_(2)O_(4)/C composites contribute to satisfactory absorption ***,the interweaving of the needle-lik. structures increases the opportunities for scattering and multiple reflections of incident electromagnetic waves,and builds up a conductive network.to facilitate the enhancement of conductive ***,the carbon component in the NiCo_(2)O_(4)/C composites en-hances the interfacial polarization and reduces the density of the ***,generous oxygen va-cancy defects are introduced into the NiCo_(2)O_(4)/C composites,which induces defect polarization and dipole *** summary,the ternary coordination of components,defects and morphology led to out-standing electromagnetic wave absorption,which lightened the path for improving the electromagnetic wave absorption property and enriching the family of NiCo_(2)O_(4) absorbers with excellent performance.
