The a.ded va.ue of this resea.ch is to investiga.e the suita.ility of sa.ellite da.a.loca.ly in North Sina. in Egypt. The Tropica. Ra.nfa.l Mea.uring Mission (TRMM) sa.ellites a.d a.a.la.le da.a.from ground ra.n ga.ges a.e studied a. North Sina. of Egypt. Loca. multiplica.ion fa.tors a.d correla.ion equa.ions on a.monthly ba.is were developed ba.ed on short term historica. da.a. Genera. equa.ion ba.ed on short term da.a.wa. developed to enha.ce TRMM da.a.for the ra.ny sea.on to minimize spa.ia. a.d tempora. errors. This equa.ion would be very useful, especia.ly in the unga.ged a.ea. in North Sina. to a.just TRMM ra.nfa.l da.a. TRMM da.a.a.e spa.ia.ly distributed, so it enha.ces the hydrology models for runoff estima.ion. This runoff could be used a. non conventiona. wa.er resource. The runoff wa. estima.ed in the Ra.Sudr a.ea.in the 2010 storm to be 3.6 (m3/s). The hydropower of this runoff wa. estima.ed a.d ra.ged from 15,135 to 57,352 (kWh). The sola. energy is studied from (Na.a. sa.ellite da.a. The monthly a.era.ed sola. energy wa. estima.ed to get possible genera.ed power from the sola. pa.el a. loca.ions of ra.nfa.l ground sta.ions. The genera.ed sola. energy would supply self-sufficient energy for ground sta.ions mea.uring instruments ra.her tha. ba.teries. The results show tha. a.sma.l sola. pa.el project of 200 (m2) could sa.e electric network power by genera.ing a.out 20,385 (kWh/yea.). The results of this study could help in enha.cing a.a.ting pla.s for clima.e cha.ge a.d runoff estima.ion model tha. needs grid da.a. especia.ly in the a.ea.la.king ground da.a.

a.MTo investiga.e how Tregs a.e regula.ed in chronic hepa.itis C virus (HCV) pa.ients via.a.sessment of Tregs ma.kers (gra.zyme 2, CD69 a.d FoxP3), Teffs ma.kers [TNFRSF4 (OX40), INFG] a.d CD4, CD25 genes. METHODSa.prospective study wa. conducted on 120 subjects divided into 4 groups: Group I (n = 30) trea.ment na.iuml;ve chronic HCV pa.ients; Group II (n = 30) chronic HCV trea.ed with Peg/Riba. Group III (n = 30) chronic HCV a.socia.ed with non-orga. specific a.toa.tibody a.d Group IV (n = 30) hea.thy persons a. a.control group. Tregs a.d Teffs ma.kers were a.sessed in periphera. blood mononuclea. cells by qua.tita.ive rea. time reverse tra.scripta.e-polymera.e cha.n rea.tion. RESULTSChronic HCV pa.ients exhibited significa.t higher levels of both Teffs a.d Tregs in compa.ison to hea.thy control group. Tregs ma.kers were significa.tly decrea.ed in Peg/Riba.trea.ed HCV pa.ients in compa.ison to trea.ment na.iuml;ve HCV group. In HCV pa.ients with a.tinuclea. a.tibody (a.a. +ve, Tregs ma.kers were significa.tly decrea.ed in compa.ison to a.l other studied groups. Teffs ma.kers were significa.tly eleva.ed in a.l HCV groups in compa.ison to control a.d in HCV group with a.a.+ve in compa.ison to trea.ment na.iuml;ve HCV group. CONCLUSIONEleva.ed Tregs cells in chronic HCV pa.ients da.pen both CD4+ a.d CD8+ a.tologous T cell immune response. Interferon-&a.pha. a.d riba.irin thera.y suppress prolifera.ion of Tregs. More significa.t suppression of Tregs wa. observed in HCV pa.ients with a.toa.tibodies fa.oring pa.hologica. a.toimmune response.

Sa.or 20 or 40 mg SPE/pla.t a.ded a. FS)or integra.ive(Sa.FS)a.plica.ions of SPE showed significa.t improvements in the following order:Sa.80+FS-40>Sa.80+FS-20>Sa.40+FS-40>Sa.40+FS-20>Sa.80>Sa.40>FS-40>FS-20>***,the integra.ive Sa.FS with 40 mg SP/pla.t wa. the most effective trea.ment in increa.ing pla.t growth a.d production,overcoming stress effects a.d minimizing conta.ina.ion of the edible *** significa.tly increa.ed pla.t growth(74%–185%)a.d yield(107%–227%)by enha.cing net photosynthetic ra.e(78.5%),stoma.a. conducta.ce(104%),tra.spira.ion ra.e(124%),a.d contents of ca.otenoids(60.0%),chlorophylls(49%–51%),a.d NPK(271%–366%).These results were concurrent with the ma.ked reductions in ma.ondia.dehyde(61.6%),hydrogen peroxide(42.2%),nickel(91%–94%),lea.(80%–9%),a.d ca.mium(74%–91%)contents due to the improved contents of gluta.hione(87.1%),a.corba.e(37.0%),a.dα-tocopherol(77.2%),a.d the a.tivities of ca.a.a.e(18.1%),a.corba.e peroxida.e(18.3%),superoxide dismuta.e(192%),a.d gluta.hione reducta.e(52.2%)a. reinforcing ***,this most effective trea.ment is recommended to mitiga.e the stress effects of sa.inity a.d HMs on common bea. production while minimizing HMs in the edible pa.t.

埃及与中国一直保持密切而友好的关系,埃及的汉语教学也不断在前进。目前,学习汉语的埃及学生在数量上占优势,埃及各地大学语言学院在埃及政府的倡导下,已经开设了中文系,而在中文系教学中,一门重要的课程就是中国现当代文学作品,中国现当代文学作品在对外汉语教学和艾因·夏姆斯大学中文系学生学习中起着独特和重要的作用,它对提高艾大学生的语言表达技能和文化交流能力起着积极的作用。本论文将首先对中国现当代文学作品与艾大中文系课程教学现状的课程设置、师资情况、对象情况进行分析;然后在此基础上以艾因·夏姆斯大学中文系的文选课教材为例,对中国现当代文学作品教材编选情况进行阐述;针对中国现当代文学作品教学情况对学生和教师进行了调查,并根据其调查和现状提出了对于艾大中文系中国现当代文学作品教学总结与建议。本文希望能找到中国现当代文学作品在艾因·夏姆斯大学语言学院中文系教学现状中存在的问题,并针对问题提出改善措施,为艾因·夏姆斯大学中文系教材中的中国现当代文学作品教学进一步提高实践提供借鉴。

Objective:To investiga.e the effect of two extra.ts of Bouga.nvillea.specta.ilis(B. specta.ilis) flowers with yellow a.d pink/purple on bra.n oxida.ive stress a.d neurona. da.a.e ca.sed in ra.s by systemic rotenone injection. Methods:Rotenone 1.5 mg/kg wa. given three times per week a.one or in combina.ion with B. specta.ilis flowers extra.ts(25 mg or 50 mg) via.the subcuta.eous route for 2 weeks. Bra.n concentra.ions of the lipid peroxida.ion ma.ker ma.ondia.dehyde(MDa.,reduced gluta.hione,nitric oxide(nitrite),the pro-infla.ma.ory cytokine interleukin-1beta.Il-1β) a. well a. butyrylcholinestera.e,a.d pa.a.xona.e-1(PON-1) a.tivities,were determined. Histopa.hology a.d ca.pa.e-3 immunohistochemistry were a.so performed. Results:Rotenone resulted in significa.t increa.es of bra.n MDa.the product of lipid peroxida.ion),a.d nitric oxide content a.ong with decrea.ed bra.n reduced gluta.hione. There were a.so ma.ked a.d significa.t inhibition of bra.n PON-1 a.d BCh E a.tivities a.d increa.ed Il-1β in bra.n of rotenone-trea.ed ra.s. B. specta.ilis flowers extra.t itself resulted in bra.n oxida.ive stress increa.ing both lipid peroxida.ion a.d nitrite content whilst inhibiting PON-1 a.tivity. The yellow flowers extra.t inhibited BCh E a.tivity a.d increa.ed bra.n Il-1β. When given to rotenone-trea.ed ra.s,B. specta.ilis extra.ts,however,decrea.ed lipid peroxida.ion while their low a.ministered doses increa.ed bra.n GSH. Bra.n nitrite decrea.ed by the pink extra.t but showed further increa.e by the yellow extra.t. Either extra.t,however,ca.sed further inhibition of PON-1 a.tivity while the yellow extra.t resulted in further inhibition of BChE a.tivity. Histopa.hologica. studies indica.ed tha. both extra.ts protected a.a.nst bra.n,liver a.d kidney da.a.e ca.sed by the toxica.t. Conclusions:These da.a.indica.e tha. Bt corn “MON810: a.eeb YG” produces delta.endotoxins in the whole pla.t due to the genetic modifica.ion process. The chemica. a.a.ysis of this va.iety showed significa.t differences from its conventiona. counterpa.t “a.eeb”. Further, feeding studies on ra.s were designed to complete a.sessing the sa.ety of “MON810: a.eeb YG”. Three groups of ra.s (6 ma.es a.d 6 fema.es’ ra.s/group) were fed on control diet, non-Bt corn a.d Bt corn for 1.5 months a.d 3 months. a.ter 1.5 months, 3 ma.es a.d 3 fema.es from ea.h group were sa.rificed, a.d a.ter a.other 1.5 months, 3 ma.es a.d 3 fema.es from ea.h group a.d their offspring were sa.rificed. Histopa.hologica. exa.ina.ion, blood ha.ma.ology a.d serum biochemica. a.a.ysis were determined. Results indica.ed significa.t differences a.ong the tested pa.a.eters in the three groups especia.ly Bt group. Severe cha.ges in the liver of Bt group a.ter 3 months were observed.
