Za.qa.Ba.in,*** this study,we collected 23 sa.ples from the Lower a.loun a.uifer in 2021,including 1 sa.ple from a.groundwa.er well a.d 22 sa.ples from *** sa.ples were tested for electrica. conductivity,tota. dissolved solids,pH,tempera.ure,dissolved oxygen,the concentra.ion of ma.or ions(Ca.+,Mg2+,Na.,K+,HCO3–,Cl–,SO42–,a.d NO3–),a.d the sta.le isotope composition of groundwa.er a.d dissolved *** results revea.ed tha. groundwa.er in the study a.ea.is ma.nly Ca.Mg–HCO3 type a.d ca. be cla.sified a. fresh wa.er,ha.d wa.er,a.d very ha.d *** ra.ge a.d a.era.e concentra.ion of NO3–were 3.5–230.8 a.d 50.9 mg/L,*** 33%of the sa.pling points showed NO3–levels a.ove the ma.imum a.lowa.le concentra.ion of 50.0 mg/L set by the World Hea.th Orga.iza.ion(WHO)guidelines for drinking wa.er *** va.ues ofδ18O-H2O a.dδ2H-H2O showed tha. groundwa.er in the study a.ea.is pa.t of the current wa.er cycle,origina.ing in the Mediterra.ea. Toluene wa. a.kyla.ed with metha.ol in a.flow type rea.tor a. tempera.ures between 300 a.d 500 °C using H-ZSM-5 zeolite, 0.2%Pt/H-ZSM-5 a.d hydrofluorina.ed 0.2%Pt/H-ZSM-5 with HF concentra.ions of 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%, or 4.0%. Pt prima.ily enha.ces toluene conversion, tota. xylenes production, a.d p-xylene rela.ive to its thermodyna.ic equilibrium. a. the concentra.ion of HF increa.es from 1.0% to 3.0%, the ca.a.yst a.tivity increa.es beca.se of the increa.e in the number of a.id sites a.d their strength. a.ditiona.ly, the surfa.e a.ea.a.d Pt dispersion a.so increa.es. a. a.va.ta.e of increa.ed HF doping is tha. the forma.ion of voluminous trimethylbenzene (TMB) byproducts is inhibited. 以氨三乙酸HNTa.-为主要配体,缬氨酸(va.ine)或亮氨酸(leucine)为次要配体在微酸性介质中合成了Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),a.d Zn(Ⅱ)的三元配合物。用元素分析、热分析、FTIR,UV-Vis分光光度法,磁性测量和质谱法表征了合成的三元配合物。结果表明,三元配合物可在金属(M):氨三乙酸(HNTa.∶缬氨酸(va.ine)或亮氨酸(leucine)=1∶1∶1时制得,其分子结构为[M(HNTa.(va.ine)(H2O)2].1.5H2O a.d[M(HNTa.(leucine)(H2O)2].1.5H2O(其中M=Ni(Ⅱ)or Cu(Ⅱ))和H2[Zn(NTa.(va.ine)(H2O)]H2O。标题三元过渡金属配合物为八面体对称构型。同时研究了该三元配合物对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌,黄曲霉菌(菌株从开罗大学理学院微分析中心获得)的抗菌活性。根据推荐的知名方法用标准的抗菌和抗真菌剂进行体外测试(in vitro)以评估我们的新制备的配合物对细菌和真菌物种的生长抑制活性。
