Ba.kground: Pregna.t women tha. a.e compla.ning from pa.a.mbilica. hernia.postpone its repa.r until they get birth. We hypothesized tha. it will be better to perform hernia.repa.r of such type of hernia.simulta.eously during performing cesa.ea. section (CS) which will help to decrea.e future morbidity re-opera.ion, a.oid complica.ions a.d further skin incision. In this study we a.med to compa.e the va.ue of performing pa.a.umbilica. hernia.repa.r simulta.eously during performing CS through the sa.e skin incision with performing pa.a.umbilica. hernia.repa.r simulta.eously during performing CS through a.other infra. or supra.umbilica. skin incision a.d performing pa.a.umbilica. hernia.repa.r electively la.er on a.ter hea.ing of a.CS skin incision in rela.ion to clinica. recovery a.d pa.ient sa.isfa.tion. Pa.ients a.d Methods: This is a.prospective cohort study, where we included 45 pregna.t fema.e pa.ients who will give birth by CS, a.d we ha.e divided them into 3 groups: the first group of pa.ients (a. included 15 pa.ients tha. undergoing pa.a.mbilica. hernia.repa.r by pre-peritonea. mesh insertion through CS incision, the second group of pa.ients (B) in-cluded 15 pa.ients tha. undergoing pa.a.mbilica. hernia.repa.r by infra. or supra.umbilica. incision during CS incision a.d the third group of pa.ients (C) included 15 pa.ients tha. undergoing pa.a.mbilica. hernia.repa.r by infra. or supra.umbilica. incision la.er on a.ter hea.ing of the CS wound. We ha.e eva.ua.ed a.va.ta.es of tha. novel a.proa.h e.g. opera.ion time, severity of pa.n, peri-pa.tum a.d post-opera.ive complica.ions, fina.cia. cost, dura.ion of hospita. sta., clinica. recovery, mesh rejection, a.d pa.ient sa.isfa.tion. Results: In group a.there is shorter dura.ion of hospita. sta., no new skin incision (p 0.002). Conclusions: Performing pa.a.umbilica. hernia.repa.r by insertion of a.pre-peritonea. mesh simulta.eously during performing CS through the sa.e skin incision is the best method of ma.a.ement o

The use of priva.y-enha.ced fa.ia. recognition ha. increa.ed in response to growing concerns a.out da.a.securitya.d priva.y in the digita. a.e. This trend is spurred by rising demand for fa.e recognition technology in a.va.ietyof industries, including a.cess control, la. enforcement, surveilla.ce, a.d internet communica.ion. However,the growing usa.e of fa.e recognition technology ha. crea.ed serious concerns a.out da.a.monitoring a.d userpriva.y preferences, especia.ly in context-a.a.e systems. In response to these problems, this study provides a.novelfra.ework tha. integra.es sophistica.ed a.proa.hes such a. Genera.ive a.versa.ia. Networks (Ga.s), Blockcha.n,a.d distributed computing to solve priva.y concerns while ma.nta.ning exa.t fa.e recognition. The fra.ework’spa.nsta.ing design a.d execution strive to strike a.compromise between precise fa.e recognition a.d protectingpersona. da.a.integrity in a. increa.ingly interconnected environment. Using cutting-edge tools like Dlib for fa.ea.a.ysis,Ra. Cluster for distributed computing, a.d Blockcha.n for decentra.ized identity verifica.ion, the proposedsystem provides sca.a.le a.d secure fa.ia. a.a.ysis while protecting user priva.y. The study’s contributions includethe crea.ion of a.susta.na.le a.d sca.a.le solution for priva.y-a.a.e fa.e recognition, the implementa.ion of flexiblepriva.y computing a.proa.hes ba.ed on Blockcha.n networks, a.d the demonstra.ion of higher performa.ceover previous methods. Specifica.ly, the proposed StyleGa. model ha. a. outsta.ding a.cura.y ra.e of 93.84%while processing high-resolution ima.es from the Celeba.HQ da.a.et, bea.ing other eva.ua.ed models such a.Progressive Ga. 90.27%, CycleGa. 89.80%, a.d MGa. 80.80%. To minimize gra.t rejection,it is crucia. to reduce *** the present study,we investiga.ed immunologica. ma.kers in the blood of tra.spla.t pa.ients who did not receive *** a.so a.sessed a.lorea.tive CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Tregs both before tra.spla.ta.ion a.d a.ter ta.rolimus *** compa.a.ive a.a.ysis included 50 individua.s experiencing ea.ly rejection a.ter ta.rolimus discontinua.ion a.d 100 *** reducing ta.rolimus,rejectors exhibited eleva.ed levels of memory CD8+T cells compa.ed to Tregs,while non-rejectors displa.ed a.lower ra.io of memory CD4+T cells to *** ta.rolimus remova.,rejectors showed a. increa.e in na.ve T cells a.d a.decrea.e in effector T *** tra.spla.ta.ion,CD4+Treg levels declined,but their a.ti-donor regula.ory function rema.ned consistent in both rejectors a.d *** correla.ion revea.ed a. a.socia.ion between a.ute rejection a.ter ta.rolimus discontinua.ion a.d the pre-reduction ra.io of memory T cells to regula.ory T *** indica.ors identified individua.s whose immunosuppression could be sa.ely reduced.

Responses of a.nua. Va.ia.ility of Vegeta.ion NPP to Clima.e Va.ia.les Using Sa.ellite Techniques in Ga.a.if Sta.e, Suda.

Pla.ts pla. a. essentia. role in ma.ter a.d energy tra.sforma.ions a.d a.e key messengers in the ca.bon a.d energy cycle. Net prima.y productivity (NPP) reflects the ca.a.ility of pla.ts to tra.sform sola. energy into photosynthesis. It is very sensible for fa.tors a.fecting on vegeta.ion va.ia.ility such a. clima.e, soils, pla.t cha.a.teristics a.d huma. a.tivities. So, it ca. be used a. a. indica.or of a.tua. a.d potentia. trend of vegeta.ion. In this study we used the a.tua. NPP which wa. derived from MODIS to a.sess the response of NPP to clima.e va.ia.les in Ga.a.if Sta.e, from 2000 to 2010. The correla.ions between NPP a.d clima.e va.ia.les (tempera.ure a.d precipita.ion) a.e ca.cula.ed using Pea.son’s Correla.ion Coefficient a.d ordina.y lea.t squa.es regression. The ma.n results show the following 1) the correla.ion Coefficient between NPP a.d mea. a.nua. tempera.ure is Somewha. nega.ive for Fesha.a. Ra.d, Ga.a.if a.d Ga.a.a. a.ea. a.d wea.ly nega.ive in Fa. a.ea.2) the correla.ion Coefficient between NPP a.d a.nua. tota. precipita.ion is wea.ly nega.ive in Fa., Ra.d a.d Ga.a.a. a.ea. a.d somewha. nega.ive in Ga.a.a. a.d Ra.d a.ea.. This study demonstra.ed tha. the correla.ion a.a.ysis between NPP a.d clima.e va.ia.les (precipita.ion a.d tempera.ure) gives relia.ly result of NPP responses to clima.e va.ia.les tha. is clea.ly in a.very la.ge sca.e of study a.ea.
