The Zeit sand reservoir is one of the most prolific formations at Northwestern side of the Gulf of *** this research we will try to coordinate between electrical,petrophysical properties,depositional environment and facies discrimination in order to evaluate the hydrocarbon potentiality of studied Zeit *** statistical parameters for potassium(K),thorium(Th)and Th/U ratio contents have a general increase towards northwestern parts,whereas uranium(U)content has a general increase towards southeastern *** sandstone facies is distinguished from the other facies by its thorium content>4 ppm.U has high carbonate content(U≥1 ppm).Rocks'electrical properties vary greatly depending on a number of *** measurements were taken at frequencies range of(5×10^(-4)Hz-100 kHz)for fully saturated samples(clayey sandstone)with NaCl(20 gm/L).As salinity,clay content,and frequency increase,consequently does the electrical *** continental condition are present in northwestern part(back-sea)which is distinguished by high K percent,high Th,high Th/U ratio,and low U *** K,Th,and Th/U ratio contents,with high U contents,characterize the marine depositional environment that existed around the east and southeastern parts(foresea coincide with the dipping of strata).Furthermore,the studied Zeit Formation has good petrophysical properties that coincide with marine *** middle and eastern parts(around ISS-94 and CSS-288)is a good reservoir(porosity 36%-39%,shale content<15%,hydrocarbon saturation 71%-92%,and net pay thickness 17-63 feet).

Effect of different metal sulfate precursors on structural and catalytic performance of zirconia in dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether

ZrO_2 was treated with 10% SO_4^(2-) from different metal sulfate precursors for methanol dehydration to dimethyl *** the samples exhibited tetragonal phase and no diffraction peaks corresponding to metal sulfates or metal oxides were *** FT-IR results revealed that there were different interactions between sulfate and ZrO_2,and this had a great effect on the surface area of the *** catalytic activity was measured over the catalysts in the temperature range of 100-300 ℃.The results revealed that sulfated zirconia with CuSO_4·5 H_2O and Al_2(SO_4)_3·16 H_2O showed the best catalytic *** maximum yield of DME ≈87% was obtained over CuSZ at a reaction temperature of 275 ℃.Moreover,the catalytic activity of the catalysts was correlated well with their surface acidity that measured by dehydration of isopropanol.

Coronary artery disease(CAD)is one of themost authentic cardiovascular afflictions because it is an uncommonly overwhelming heart *** breakdown of coronary cardiovascular disease is one of the principal sources of death all over *** deterioration is a challenge,especially in youthful and rural countries where there is an absence of humantrained *** heart diseases happen without apparent signs,high-level detection is *** paper proposed a robust and tuned random forest model using the randomized grid search technique to *** proposed framework increases the ability of CADpredictions by tracking down risk pointers and learning the confusing joint efforts between ***,the healthcare industry has a lot of data but needs to gain more *** proposed framework is used for extracting knowledge from data stores and using that knowledge to help doctors accurately and effectively diagnose heart disease(HD).We evaluated the proposed framework over two public databases,Cleveland and Framingham *** datasets were preprocessed by using a cleaning technique,a normalization technique,and an outlier detection ***,the principal component analysis(PCA)algorithm was utilized to lessen the feature dimensionality of the two ***,we used a hyperparameter tuning technique,randomized grid search,to tune a random forest(RF)machine learning(ML)*** randomized grid search selected the best parameters and got the ideal CAD *** proposed framework was evaluated and compared with traditional *** proposed framework’s accuracy,sensitivity,precision,specificity,and f1-score were 100%.The evaluation of the proposed framework showed that it is an unrivaled perceptive outcome with tuning as opposed to other ongoing existing frameworks.

MHD Boundary Layer Flow of a Power-Law Nanofluid Containing Gyrotactic Microorganisms Over an Exponentially Stretching Surface

This study focusses on the numerical investigations of boundary layer flow for magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)and a power-law nanofluid containing gyrotactic microorganisms on an exponentially stretching surface with zero nanoparticle mass flux and convective *** nonlinear system of the governing equations is transformed and solved by Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg *** impacts of the transverse magnetic field,bioconvection parameters,Lewis number,nanofluid parameters,Prandtl number and power-law index on the velocity,temperature,nanoparticle volume fraction,density of motile microorganism profiles is *** addition,the impacts of these parameters on local skin-friction coefficient,local Nusselt,local Sherwood numbers and local density number of the motile microorganisms are *** results reveal that the power law index is considered an important factor in this *** to neglecting the buoyancy force term,the bioconvection and nanofluid parameters have slight effects on the velocity *** resultant Lorentz force,from increasing the magnetic field parameter,try to decrease the velocity profiles and increase the rescaled density of motile microorganisms,temperature and nanoparticle volume fraction ***,an augmentation of power-law index drops the reduced local skin-friction and reduced Sherwood number,while it increases reduced Nusselt number and reduced local density number of motile microorganisms.

The alignment operation between many protein sequences or DNAsequences related to the scientific bioinformatics application is very *** is a trade-off in the objectives in the existing techniques of MultipleSequence Alignment (MSA). The techniques that concern with speed ignoreaccuracy, whereas techniques that concern with accuracy ignore speed. Theterm alignment means to get the similarity in different sequences with highaccuracy. The more growing number of sequences leads to a very complexand complicated problem. Because of the emergence;rapid development;anddependence on gene sequencing, sequence alignment has become importantin every biological relationship analysis process. Calculating the numberof similar amino acids is the primary method for proving that there is arelationship between two sequences. The time is a main issue in any alignmenttechnique. In this paper, a more effective MSA method for handling themassive multiple protein sequences alignment maintaining the highest accuracy with less time consumption is proposed. The proposed method dependson Artificial Fish Swarm (AFS) algorithm that can break down the mostchallenges of MSA problems. The AFS is exploited to obtain high accuracyin adequate time. ASF has been increasing popularly in various applicationssuch as artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, and dataintensive application. It basically mimics the behavior of fish trying to getthe food in nature. The proposed mechanisms of AFS that is like preying,swarming, following, moving, and leaping help in increasing the accuracy andconcerning the speed by decreasing execution time. The sense organs that aidthe artificial fishes to collect information and vision from the environmenthelp in concerning the accuracy. These features of the proposed AFS make thealignment operation more efficient and are suitable especially for large-scaledata. Detection of Salmonella typhimurium in retail chicken meat and chicken giblets

Objective:To detect Salmonella typhimurium(***),one of the most frequently isolated serovars from food borne outbreaks throughout the world,in retail raw chicken meat and ***:One hundred samples of retail raw chicken meat and giblets(Liver,heart and gizzard)which were collected from Assiut city markets for detection of the organism and by using Duplex PCR amplification of DNA using rfbj andfliC ***:*** was detected at rate of 44%,40%and 48%in chicken meat,liver and heart,respectively,but not detected in ***:The results showed high incidence of *** in the examined samples and greater emphasis should be applied on prevention and control of contamination during processing for reducing food-borne risks to consumers.

Influence of host age and host deprivation on longevity, egg load dynamics and oviposition rate in Microplitis rufiventris

Adult size, longevity, egg load dynamics and oviposition ofMicroplitis rufiventris Kok. which began their development in the first, second, third （preferred hosts） or fourth （non-preferred hosts） instar larvae of Spodoptera littoralis （Boisd.） were studied. The parasitoid size was largely determined by the initial host size at parasitism. Non-ovipositing females derived from older hosts lived for longer periods than those derived from younger ones. However, the ovipositing females, irrespective of their size, lived for almost the same periods. At emergence, the oviducts of adult females contain a significant amount of mature eggs available for oviposition for a few hours on eclosion day. Egg load increases during the early phase of adult life. The amount of additional mature eggs and rate of egg maturation per hour was greater for wasps derived from preferred hosts compared with those in females derived from non-preferred hosts. The pattern of egg production in M. rufiventris females depended on the availability of hosts for parasitization. Host-deprived females depleted the egg complement with aging; the longer the host deprivation, the lower the oviduct egg load. Marked reduction in both realized or potential fecundity of host-deprived females was observed following host availability. Host privation for more than 3 days induced a marked deficit fecundity pattern through the female＇ s life. The realized fecundity was determined by the interaction among host availability, the number of eggs that are matured over the female＇ s life span, oviposition rate and host size from which the female was derived. These results suggest that：（i） M. rufiventris wasp is a weak synovigenic species; （ii） the maturation of additional eggs is inhibited once the maximum oviduct egg load is reached; （iii） the egg load of the newly emerged female is significantly less than the realized fecundity; and （iv） because M. rufiventris females oviposit fewer eggs when they begin depleting their

A recent study by Zoufaly et *** in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine describes encouraging data from the first severe COVID-19 patient successfully treated with human recombinant soluble angiotensin-converting enzyme-2(hrsACE2).1 The published data document upon treatment of an adaptive immune response,the disappearance of the virus swiftly from the serum,the nasal cavity and lungs,and a reduction of inflammatory cytokine levels that are critical for COVID-19 ***,the use of hrsACE2 did not impede the generation of neutralizing antibodies,leading to a significant clinical improvement of the treated patient.
