by introducing the Lucas-Riccati method and a linear variable separation method,new variable separationsolutions with arbitrary functions are derived for a(2+1)-dimensional modified dispersive water-wave *** mainidea of this method is to express the solutions of this system as polynomials in the solution of the Riccati equation thatthe symmetrical Lucas functions *** the variable separation solution and by selecting appropriate functions,some novel Jacobian elliptic wave structure with variable modulus and their interactions with dromions and peakons areinvestigated.

In this paper, the fractional auxiliary sub-equation expansion method is proposed to solve nonlinear fractional differential equations. To illustrate the effectiveness of the method, we discuss the space-time fractional KdV equation, the space-time fractional RLW equation, the space-time fractional boussinesq equation, and the (3+1)-space-time fractional ZK equation. The solutions are expressed in terms of fractional hyperbolic and fractional trigonometric functions. These solutions are useful to understand the mechanisms of the complicated nonlinear physical phenomena and fractional differential equations. Among these solutions, some are found for the first time. The analytical solution of homogenous linear FDEs with constant coefficients are obtained by using the series and the Mittag–Leffler function methods. The obtained results recover the well-know solutions when α = 1.

Estimation of crowd count is becoming crucial nowadays,as it can help in security surveillance,crowd monitoring,and management for different *** is challenging to determine the approximate crowd size from an image of the crowd’s *** in this research study,we proposed a multi-headed convolutional neural network architecture-based model for crowd counting,where we divided our proposed model into two main components:(i)the convolutional neural network,which extracts the feature across the whole image that is given to it as an input,and(ii)the multi-headed layers,which make it easier to evaluate density maps to estimate the number of people in the input image and determine their number in the *** employed the available public benchmark crowd-counting datasets UCF CC 50 and ShanghaiTech parts A and b for model training and testing to validate the model’s *** analyze the results,we used two metrics Mean Absolute Error(MAE)and Mean Square Error(MSE),and compared the results of the proposed systems with the state-of-art models of crowd *** results show the superiority of the proposed system.

增材制造AlSi10Mg合金存在显著的残余应力,对零件的形状尺寸精度、服役安全性和抗腐蚀性能等产生不利影响。在实际应用中,对残余应力敏感的应用需采用去应力退火以消除残余应力。然而,目前对增材制造AlSi10Mg合金退火后力学特性的理解还停留在宏观层面。为了更深入地揭示其微观力学行为与内在机制,本工作利用同步辐射X射线衍射技术,对合金进行原位变形研究,分析Al和Si相的晶格应变应力演化,明确各物相对合金加工硬化率的具体贡献,并对位错密度的演变进行了量化分析,从而阐明了退火热处理对增材制造AlSi10Mg合金载荷传递行为与位错行为的影响。

The present study deals with the detailed field geology,mineralogy,geochemistry,and spectrometric prospection of rare metals and radioactive minerals associated with granitic pegmatites in the Gabal Um LassafAbu Dob-Um Atelia-Kadabora-Kab El Rakeb area(LDAKK),which are situated in the central Eastern Desert of *** study area is composed of granodiorites and *** latter is dissected by granitic pegmatites with a discriminatory distribution of economically important mineralization(rare-metals and U-Th minerals).The granitic pegmatites display a zoning structure composed of feldspar-rich zones enveloping pockets of mica(mostly muscovite) and all zoning internal quartz ***,the monzogranite and granitic pegmatites are composed of potash-feldspar,albite,and quartz with a small amount of biotite and *** mineralogical investigation of the highly radioactive zones in the granitic pegmatite shows enrichment in kasolite,uranothorite,thorite,xenotime,columbite,zircon,bismuth,and ***,the granitic pegmatites are enriched with high field strength elements(HFSE;Zr,Nb,Th,and U) and ion lithophilic elements(LILE;Rb,and Pb) and depleted in ba,Sr,and *** are strongly peralkaline to metalumainous except for two samples,which are *** are formed by partial melting of metagreywackes at *** studied granitic pegmatites could belong to the NYF family(Niobium-Yttrium-Fluorine family) according to the geochemistry of the trace *** studied granitic pegmatites show deep negative Eu anomaly and display a strong M-type tetrad effect of rare earth *** field spectroscopy measurements showed the localization of the radiometric anomalous associated with the granitic pegmatites,which are intruded in the granitic host *** eU and eTh contents reached up to 316 and 1367 ppm,*** and thorium occurrences in the investigated granitic pegmatites are related to magmatic(syngenetic)ori

The current study was performed to evaluate the liver function status as well as molecular characterization of the recovered worms in rats experimentally infected with F. hepatica. Sixteen male Wister rats aged 30 days were randomly allocated into two groups (n = 8). The first group was infected orally with 15 viable encysted metacercaria of F. hepatica per animal. The other group was kept non-infected (control group). At zero time (before infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th and 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), blood and serum samples were collected via puncture of retro-orbital plexus of veins from each rat. Serum enzyme level (AST and ALT) and total protein were measured, and the serum protein profile was carried out using agarose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experiment, serum ALT and AST activities and serum total globulins significantly increased while serum total proteins and albumin markedly decreased in the infected group. On the 14th WPI, the data of the electropherogram showed that globulin fractions (α1-, β- and γ-globulin) levels were significantly increased while α2-globulin was markedly decreased in the infected group. The molecular analysis confirmed the amplification of the ITS1, ITS2 and NDI genes of F. hepatica recovered from the infected liver of rats with amplicon sizes of 630, 510 and 560 bp, respectively. Sequencing of the amplified ITS gene resulted in the determination of 3 strains (PP108836, PP108837, and PP108838). Also, analysis of the ITS2 gene resulted in obtaining 3 isolates under the accession numbers (PP109065, PP109066, and PP109067). In conclusion, fasciolosis in the rat model is suitable for routine experimental infections and caused a pronounced liver dysfunction with discharging of the Fasciola eggs in the faeces and the development of adult stages in the bile ducts.
