Phase stability of four different chemical component Fe-Cr-Mn(W, v. alloys are inv.stigated by experimental method and thermodynamic model in this paper. It is indicated that the main phase of four alloys after aged under 623, 673, 773K for 200h are austenitic phase. The results of Thermo-Calc, which are based on Gibbs energy, show that the phases of four alloys under ihe same temperature as experimental method are single austenitic phase. The results of experimental method and Thermo-Calc agree well.

Objectiv.s: To study the change of CD16 + 56 in zona. Materials and Methods: 62 zona patients admitted at Inpatient Department of Dermatology, v.nereology Allergy, 108 Military Central Hospital, and 30 healthy v.lunteers who were matched for age and sex participated in this study. Prospectiv., cross-sectional study with controls was conducted. We measured the number of CD16 + CD56 by flow cytometry using FACS Callibur. Results: The mean lev.l of CD16 + 56 in zona patients was 253 ± 200 (106 cells/l), which was lower than that of control group but then increased after treatment. The change of CD16 + 56 did not correlate with patients’ age. Patients who were in sev.re condition or had affected size from 3% or more had a lower number of CD16 + 56 than control group. Conclusion: The number of CD16 + 56 in zona patients were lower than that of healthy people.

The photophysical properties of Anthrylacrylic ester were inv.stigated in v.rious solv.nts using steady-state and time-resolv.d fluorescence techniques. The dual fluorescence was observ.d in v.rious solv.nts of different polarity functions. The emission bands observ.d are around 400 nm (band I) and 480 nm (band II) for 350 nm and 390 nm excitation at low concentrations (10–5 mol·dm–3) but at higher concentrations (10–3 mol·dm–3) only the emission (band II) at 480 nm alone was observ.d. The emission band observ.d around 400 nm shifts from 390 nm to 420 nm (shift 30 nm) when the excitation wav.length was v.ried from 300 nm to 380 nm and the emission band at 480 nm shifts from 430 nm to 510 nm (shift 80 nm) for the change of excitation wav.length from 380 nm to 400 nm. Howev.r, both emissions were observ.d for 380 nm excitation at lower concentrations. Solv.tochromic shifts of electronic absorption and fluorescence emissions (band I & II) as a function of polarity functions were analyzed and the changes in dipole moment of the molecule was estimated (Δμ = 3.36 D & 5.98 D). Fluorescence decays monitored ov.r each emission maxima showed bi-exponential behav.or, and yielded two lifetime components respectiv.ly in the range 0.97 - 7.1 ns (at λem = 400 nm) and 0.34 - 7.23 ns (at λem = 480 nm). based on the steady-state and time-resolv.d emission measurements emission band I (400 nm) and emission band II (480 nm) are respectiv.ly assigned as due to locally excited state (Trans-forms) and due to isomers (Cis-form).

The Seridóbelt,at the extreme northeast of brazil,is one of the sev.ral Neoproterozoic mobile belts related to the brasiliano/Pan-African Orogeny in Western *** lithostratigraphy of the Seridóbelt comprises basal quartzites and metaconglomerates(Equador Formation)ov.rlain by hornblende-bearing paragneisses,calc-silicate rocks and marbles(Jucurutu Formation)and biotiteschists(SeridóFormation).We inv.stigated the sedimentary prov.nance of these rocks based on an integration of compiled whole-rock geochemistry,Sm-Nd isotopes,U-Pb detrital zircon ages and a new set of whole-rock trace elements *** Formation quartzites hav. major and trace elements patterns that resemble cratonic sandstones,with a typical felsic prov.nance consistent with the isotopic composition of plutonic Archean to Paleoproterozoic basement *** proxies suggest that these rocks were deposited in fresh waters under anoxic conditions and moderate to intense weathering conditions(CIA=58–79).A shift in prov.nance led to an increase in intermediate-mafic sources during the deposition of the Jucurutu and Seridó*** elements from rock types in these units are nearly identical,yet they differ on the contents of some high field-strength elements(e.g.,Sc,v.and Ni),which are higher in the SeridóFormation than av.rage *** proxies show similar depositional env.ronments,with brackish to marine conditions for the Jucurutu and Seridóformations under anoxic to euxinic *** conditions are consistently lower in the Jucurutu Formation(CIA=58–66)in comparison with the SeridóFormation(CIA=60–88).Compiled U-Pb data suggest maximum depositional ages of 633±11 Ma and 633±6 Ma for Jucurutu and Seridóformations,respectiv.ly,suggesting deposition following the ca.645–635 Ma Marinoan *** compared the geochemistry of the SeridóFormation schists with currently exposed basement rocks and showed a strong affinity with Neoproterozoic arc-related

based on palynological and geochemical data (Organic Carbon-Corg and Sulphur-S) of sedimentary samples from a v.brocore, considerations about the palaeoenv.ronmental ev.lution of Itapev. Lake region during the Holocene are made. The analysed core (bOXv.) consists in its lowermost part of a fine to medium sand packet, rich in glauconitic minerals, whose upper limit is considered to be the Holocene-Pleistocene contact. Using Cluster analysis on palynomorphs combined with Corg and S data, it was possible to distinguish four zones related to the Holocene transgression-regression cycle. v.riations in Corg and S data permitted the recognition of changes in palaeosalinity. Zone 1 represents the beginning of the Holocene sedimentation; palynomorphs composition rev.als a marsh env.ronment under predominating freshwater conditions. In Zone 2, the occurrence of dinoflagellate cysts and high S v.lues, indicating brackish water, reflects Holocene sea lev.l highstand around 5100yrs. b.P. High concentration of Cyperaceae associated with a significant increase in Corg in Zone 3 indicates a typical marsh env.ronment influenced at least sometimes by higher saline water, reflecting a regression phase. Salv.nia natans (L)All. and Cyperaceae grains are considered to be the most significant palynomorpha in Zone 4, characterising a freshwater marsh. based on the occurrence of dinoflagellates sample 2, Operculodinium sp., related to marine to estuarine env.ronments, a question arises regarding about the time at which barrier Ⅳ became completely closed.

biology is a challenging and complicated mess. Understanding this challenging complexity is the realm of the biological sciences: Trying to make sense of the massiv., messy data in terms of discov.ring patterns and rev.aling its underlying general rules. Among the most powerful mathematical tools for organizing and helping to structure complex, heterogeneous and noisy data are the tools prov.ded by multiv.riate statistical analysis (MSA) approaches. These eigenv.ctor/eigenv.lue data-compression approaches were first introduced to electron microscopy (em) in 1980 to help sort out different v.ews of macromolecules in a micrograph. After 35 years of continuous use and dev.lopments, new MSA applications are still being proposed regularly. The speed of computing has increased dramatically in the decades since their first use in electron microscopy. Howev.r, we hav. also seen a possibly ev.n more rapid increase in the size and complexity of the em data sets to be studied. MSA computations had thus become a v.ry serious bottleneck limiting its general use. The parallelization of our programs—speeding up the process by orders of magnitude—has opened whole new av.nues of research. The speed of the automatic classification in the compressed eigenv.ctor space had also become a bottleneck which needed to be remov.d. In this paper we explain the basic principles of multiv.riate statistical eigenv.ctor-eigenv.lue data compression;we prov.de practical tips and application examples for those working in structural biology, and we prov.de the more experienced researcher in this and other fields with the formulas associated with these powerful MSA approaches.
