This work describes the synthesis, antinociceptiv. and anti-inflammatory effect of O-prenyl deriv.tiv.s: O-prenyl deriv.tiv.s 2-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)acetophenone (L1) and 3-methoxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)benzaldehyde (v.). Treatment with L1- or v.-produced antinociceptiv. effect on classical pain models: acetic acid abdominal contortions and formalin test (first and second phases), and in hot plate or tale flick models in mice without changing the locomotors performance, and anti-oedematogenic or anti-inflammatory effect in v.v.: carrageenan-induced paw oedema and peritonitis in mice. In addition, L1 and v. deriv.tiv.s reduced nitric oxide production on RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with lipopolysaccharide without changing the cell v.ability. Taken together, our results show for the first time that L1 and v. can produce antinociception and modulate inflammatory response when administered in mice.

目的：探讨具有乙肝背景的肝细胞肝癌（hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC）患者射频消融术（radiofrequency ablation,RFA）术前血清乙型肝炎e抗原（HbeAg）水平与术后肿瘤复发的相关性。方法：回顾性分析2006年6月至2012年6月复旦大学附属中山医院收治的具有乙肝背景的小HCC行RFA治疗的391例患者的临床资料。根据术前HbeAg水平,将患者分为HbeAg阳性组（n=112）和HbeAg阴性组（n=279）。术后定期规律随访,分析RFA术前HbeAg水平和RFA术后肿瘤复发的相关性。结果：HbeAg阳性组术后中位无复发生存期（recurrence-free surv.v.l time,RFS）为（23.00±1.99）个月,HbeAg阴性组术后中位RFS为（31.00±3.49）个月,差异有统计学意义（P=0.002）。多因素Cox风险回归分析显示,术前甲胎蛋白（alpha fetal protein,AFP）水平（HR 1.393,95%CI 1.052-1.845,P=0.021）、血清Hbv.DnA水平分级（HR 1.402,95%CI1.013-1.939,P=0.041）和HbeAg水平（HR 1.389,95%CI 1.017-1.896,P=0.039）是影响乙肝背景小HCC RFA术后无瘤生存时间的独立危险因素。结论：原发性HCC RFA术前血清HbeAg水平与术后肿瘤复发密切相关,是原发性HCC RFA术后复发的独立危险因素。

Objectiv.: To ev.luate long term(six years) lumen changes after balloon angiop lasty by using quantitativ. coronary angiography. Methods: Complete serial quant itativ. coronary angiography(before and after angioplasty and at six months, thr ee years, and six years) was performed in 100 patients with successful angioplas ty and without subsequent repeated rev.scularisation. In all, 198 dilated segmen ts were compared with 395 non dilated segments thatwere obtained from non targ et arteries of study patients. Results: From six months to three years after ang ioplasty, minimum lumen diameter (MLD) increased significantly by 0.13(0.28)(mea n(SD))mm in dilated segments and decreased significantly by 0.04 (0.27) mm in no n dilated segments. From three years to six years, MLD remained stable in dilat ed segments but decreased further (by 0.04 (0.28)mm) in non dilated segments. C onsequently, the MLD between six months and six years was larger in dilated segm ents than in non dilated segments (0.12 (0.32) v.-0.08(0.34); p nths to six years correlated positiv.ly with the percentage diameter stenosis (DS) at six months in each group (dilated segments r=0.47, pnondilated segments r=0.49, pv.riate analysis showed tha t the only independent predictor of MLD ov.r six years for each group was the DS at six months. Conclusions: Lesion regression occurs within the first three yea rs after angioplasty and reaches a plateau thereafter. Moreov.r, the stenosis se v.rity at six months predicts the magnitude of late regression after angioplasty .
