A dark pulse mode-locked laser is experimentally dem.nstrated using the indium tin oxide(iTO)coated Dshape fiber as a saturable absorber(SA).Using the polishing wheel technique,a D-shape single mode fiber was fabricated.A 60-nm-thick layer of iTO was deposited over the D-shape fiber using the electron beam deposition *** SA has a saturation intensity of 40.32 mW/cm^2 and a modulation depth of 3.5%.A stable dark pulse mode-locked laser was observed at a central wavelength of 1559.4 nm with repetition rate 0.98 mHz,pulse width 370 ns and signal-to-noise ratio 61 dB.

Electron spin resonance （ESR） in polycrystalline diamond films grown by dc arc-jet and microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition is studied. The films with nitrogen impurity concentration up to 8 × 10^18 cm^-3 are also characterized by Raman, cathodoluminescence and optical absorption spectra. The ESR signal from P1 centre with g-factor of 2.0024 （nitrogen impurity atom occupying C site in diamond lattice） is found to exhibit an inversion with increasing the microwave power in an H102 resonator. The spin inversion effect could be of interest for further consideration of n-doped diamonds as a medium for masers operated at room temperature.

The addition of magnetic Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles to the superconducting Cu0.5Tl0.5-1223 phase has been used to investigate the electrical resistivity behavior of the composite above the superconducting transition temperature Tc. This was studied according to the opening of spin gap and fluctuation conductivity. The results indicated that the pseudogap temperature (T*) and superconducting fluctuation temperature (Tscf) change by increasing the addition of Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles. it was found that T* is related to hole carrier concentration P and it also depends on the antiferromagnetic fluctuation affected by magnetic nanoparticles. The excess-conductivity analysis showed four different fluctuation regions started from high temperature up to Tc, and they were denoted by short wave (sw), two-dimensional (2D), three-dimensional (3D), and critical (cr) fluctuations. The crossover temperature between 3D and 2D (T3D-2D) in the mean field region was decreased by increasing the addition of Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles, in accordance with the decrease in Tscf with x. The coherence length at 0 K along c-axis ξc(0), effective layer thickness of the 2D system d, and inter-layer coupling strength J were estimated as a function of Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticle addition. moreover, the thermodynamics, lower and upper critical magnetic fields, as well as critical current density have been calculated from the Ginzburg number nG. it was found that the low concentration of Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles up to x = 0.08 wt% improves the superconducting parameters of Cu0.5Tl0.5-1223 phase. The age at which a woman enters natural menopause has also been associated to death from any cause. menopause is a natural component of aging that happens between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average menopausal age being 51. Previous research has revealed the age at which women reach menopause, but there is no evidence to support the link between menopause and longevity. We made a study in assessing the limits of maximum lifespan at menopausal age in our previous article. in this paper, we aim to predict the maximum lifespan of women at mean menopausal age.

The Burpala alkaline massif contains rocks with more than 50 minerals rich in Zr,nb,Ti,Th,Be and rare earth elem.nts（REE）.The rocks vary in composition from shonkinite,melanocratic syenite,nepheline and alkali syenites to alaskite and alkali granite and contain up to 10%LiLE and HSFE,3.6%of REE and varying amounts of other trace elem.nts（4%Zr,0.5%Y,0.5%nb,0.5%Th and 0.1%U）.Geological and geochemical data suggest that all the rocks in the Burpala massif were derived from alkaline magma enriched in rare earth *** extreme products of magma fractionation are REE rich pegmatites,apatite-fiuorite bearing rocks and *** Sr and nd isotope data suggest that the source of primary melt is enriched mantle（em-Ⅱ）.We correlate the massif to mantle plume impact on the active margin of the Siberian continent.

Using a previous model, which was developed to describe the light-induced creation of the defect density in the a-Si：H gap states, we present in this work a numerical modelling of the photodegradation effect in the a-Si：H p–i–n solar cell under continuous illumination. We first considered the simple case of a monochromatic light beam with a wavelength λ between 530–540 nm non uniformly absorbed, then the global standard solar spectrum（am1.5） illumination is taken into account. The photodegradation is analysed on the basis of the resulting changes in the free carrier＇s densities, recombination rate, band structure, electrical potential and field, space charge, and current densities. Changes in the cell＇s external parameters： the open circuit voltage Voc, the short circuit current density Jsc, the fill factor FF and the maximum power density Pmaxare also presented.

Using the generalized viscoelastic fluid model, we derive the dielectric response function in a strongly coupled dusty magnetoplasma which reveals two different dust acoustic（DA） wave modes in the hydrodynamic and kinetic limits. The effects of the strong interaction of dust grains and the external magnetic on these DA modes, as well as on the shear wave are examined. it is found that both the real and imaginary parts of DA waves are significantly modified in strongly coupled dusty magnetoplasmas. The implications of our results to space and laboratory dusty plasmas are briefly discussed.
