Density-dependent nuclear symmetry energy is directly related to iso spin asymmetry for finite and infinite nuclear *** is critical to determine the coefficients of symmetry energy and their related observables because they hold great importance in different areas of nuclear physics,such as the analysis of the structure of ground state exotic nuclei and neutron star *** ground state bulk properties of Scandium(Z=21) and Titanium(Z=22) nuclei are calculated,such as their nuclear binding energy(B.E.),quadrupole deformation(β_2),two-neutron separation energy(S_(2 n)),differential variation in the two-neutron separation energy(dS_(2 n)),and root-mean-square charge radius(r_(ch)).The iso spin properties,namely the coefficient of nuclear symmetry energy and its components,such as the surface and volume symmetry energy of a finite isotopic chain,from the corresponding quantities of infinite nuclear matter,are also ***,we correlate the neutron-skin thickness with the coefficient of symmetry energy and the related observables corresponding to the isotopic chains of these *** coherent density fluctuation model(CDFm) is used to estimate the iso spin-dependent properties of finite nuclei,such as symmetry energy,surface symmetry energy,and volume symmetry energy,from their corresponding component in infinite nuclear *** relativistic mean-field(RmF) formalism with non-linear nL3 and relativistic-Hartree-Bogoliubov theory with density-dependent DD-mE2 interaction parameters are employed in the *** weight function |F(x)|^(2) is estimated using the total density of each nucleus,which in turn is used with the nuclear matter quantities to obtain the effective symmetry energy and its components in finite *** calculate the ground state bulk properties,such as nuclear binding energy,quadrupole deformation,two-neutron separation energy,differential variation in the two-neutron separation energy,and root-mean-square charge radius,fo

Some Pseudomonas syringae pathovars secrete tabtoxin, a monocyclic β-lactam antibiotic, responsible for chlorosis, the principal halo blight symptom in susceptible plants as oats, rye, barley, wheat and sorghum, among other. Here, we dem.nstrated that the production of tabtoxin in a P. syringae strain increased at least 150%, when choline, betaine or dimethylglycine were used as nitrogen source, or when choline was added as osmoprotectant in hyperosmolar culture media. Besides, we investigated the induction of phosphorylcholine phosphatase (PchP) activity when choline or its metabolites were used as nitrogen sources. PchP is an enzyme involved in Pseudomonas aeruginosa pathogenesis through its contribution to the breakdown of choline-containing compounds of the host cells. Considering these results and that the success of a pathogenic microorganism depends on its ability to survive and proliferate in its target tissue, we propose that choline is one of the plant signals that contribute to establishment of the infection by tabtoxin-producing strains of P. syringae.

The development of some computational algorithms based on cellular automaton was described to simulate the structures formed during the solidification of steel *** algorithms described take results from the steel thermal behavior and heat removal previously calculated using a simulator developed by present authors in a previous *** time is used for displaying the steel transition from liquid to mushy and *** it is also used to command computational subroutines that reproduce nucleation and grain *** routines are logically programmed using the programming language C＋＋ and are based on a simultaneous solution of numerical methods （stochastic and deterministic） to create a graphical representation of different grain structures *** grain structure obtained is displayed on the computer screen using a graphical user interface （GUi）.The chaos theory and random generation numbers are included in the algorithms to simulate the heterogeneity of grain sizes and morphologies.

The applications of intelligent techniques have increased exponentially in recent days to study most of the non-linear parameters. in particular, the behavior of earth resembles the non- linearity applications. An efficient tool is needed for the interpretation of geophysical parameters to study the subsurface of the earth. Artificial neural networks （Ann） perform certain tasks if the structure of the network is modified accordingly for the purpose it has been used. The three most robust networks were taken and comparatively analyzed for their performance to choose the appropriate network. The single- layer feed-forward neural network with the back propagation algorithm is chosen as one of the well- suited networks after comparing the results. initially, certain synthetic data sets of all three-layer curves have been taken tk^r training the network, and the network is validated by the field datasets collected from Tuticorin Coastal Region （78°7＇30＂E and 8°48＇45＂n）, Tamil nadu, india. The interpretation has been done successfully using the corresponding learning algorithm in the present study. With proper training of back propagation networks, it tends to give the resistivity and thickness of the subsurface layer model of the field resistivity data concerning the synthetic data trained earlier in the appropriate network. The network is trained with more Vertical Electrical Sounding （VES） data, and this trained network is dem.n- strated by the field data. Groundwater table depth also has been modeled.

Background:Concurrent extrahepatic autoimmune disorders(CEHAiD)are frequently observed in autoimmune hepatitis(AiH).it is not clear whether there is any prognostic significance of CEHAiD on *** aim of this study was to examine the prognostic impact of CEHAiD and the correlation with the disease severity of ***:This study included 65 hospitalized subjects who fulfilled the accepted criteria for AiH during an 8-year period(2009–2016).All records were manually screened for presence of associated autoimmune *** severity of AiH was assessed by liver laboratory tests including the ratio of aspartate aminotransferase to alanine aminotransferase(AST/ALT)and liver ***:among the enrolled patients,52(80%)were female(median age 61 years,iQR 45–75).Fifty-six(86.2%)were classified as type-1 *** 26(40%)patients at least one additional extrahepatic autoimmune disease was ***-four subjects were referred to our hospital because of acute presentation of AiH(supposed by an acute elevation of hepatic enzymes)for subsequent liver biopsy resulting in initial diagnosis of *** group was stratified into 3 subgroups:(A)AiH alone(n=14);(B)overlap with primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC)/primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC)(n=11);and(C)with CEHAiD(n=9).AST/ALT ratio was the lowest in subgroup C(median 0.64,iQR 0.51–0.94;P=0.023),compared to subgroup A(median 0.91,iQR 0.66–1.10)and subgroup B(median 1.10,iQR 0.89–1.36).Patients with AiH alone showed a trend to the highest grade of fibrosis(mean 2.3;95%Ci:1.5–3.0)with no statistical significance compared to subjects with CEHAiD(lowest grade of fibrosis;mean 1.5;95%Ci:0.2–2.8;P=0.380)whereas the ongoing inflammation was ***:AST/ALT ratio and extent of fibrosis were lower in subjects with AiH and CEHAiD,compared to subjects with only ***,the occurrence of CEHAiD might be a predictor for lower disease severity of newly diagnosed acute onset AiH,possibly caused by an e

The significant positive green environment influence of magnesium alloy usage in transport could be compromised by catastrophic fast fracture caused by stress corrosion cracking(SCC). Transgranular stress corrosion cracking(TGSCC) of AZ91 was evaluated using the linearly increasing stress test(LiST) and the constant extension rate test(CERT). The TGSCC threshold stress was 55-75 mPa in distilled water and in 5 g/L naCl. The TGSCC velocity was 7×10-10-5×10-9 m/s. A delayed hydride-cracking(DHC) model for TGSCC was implem.nted using a finite elem.nt script in mATLAB and the model predictions were compared with experiment. A key outcome is that,during steady state TGSCC propagation,a high dynamic hydrogen concentration is expected to build up behind the crack tip. A number of recommendations are given for preventing SCC of mg alloys in service. One of the most important recommendations might be that the total stress in service(i.e. the stress from the service loading + the fabrication stress + the residual stress) should be below a threshold level,which,in the absence of other data,could be(conservatively) estimated to be about 50% of the tensile yield strength.

This paper is a report of a 34-year-old man with chronic renal failure undergoing Continuous ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis which developed peritonitis due to Geotricum candidum. The diagnosis was established by culture of dialysis fluid. The purpose of this report is to provide data on a fungal peritonitis due to a non-common agent.
