The present article represents an analysis of reflection of P-wave and SV-wave on the boundary of an isotropic and homogeneous generalized thermoelastic half-space when the boundary is stress-free as well as isothermal. The modulus of elasticity is taken as a linear function of reference temperature. The basic governing equations are applied under four theories of the generalized thermoelasticity： Lord-Shulman （L-S） theory with one relaxation time, Green-naghdi （G-n） theory without energy dissipation and Tzou theory with dual-phase-lag （DPL）, as well as the coupled thermoelasticity （CTE） theory. it is shown that there exist three plane waves, namely, a thermal wave, a P-wave and an SV-wave. The reflection from an isothermal stress-free surface is studied to obtain the reflection amplitude ratios of the reflected waves for the incidence of P- and SV-waves. The amplitude ratios variations with the angle of incident are shown graphically. Also the effects of reference temperature of the modulus of elasticity and dual-phase lags on the reflection amplitude ratios are discussed numerically.

Dual equal channel lateral extrusion (DECLE), as a severe plastic deformation (SPD) process, was employed forimproving the mechanical properties of AA5083 aluminum alloy. Several experiments were conducted to study the influences of theroute type, namely A and B, and pass number on mechanical properties of the material. The process was conducted up to 6 passeswith decreasing process temperature, specifically from 573 to 473 K. Supplem.ntary experiments involving metallography, hardnessand tensile tests were carried out in order to evaluate the effects of the process variables. The hardness measurem.nts exhibitedreasonably uniform distributions within the product with a maximum increase of 64% via a 6-pass operation. The yield and ultimatestrengths also amended 107% and 46%, respectively. These significant improvem.nts were attributed to the severe shear deformationof grains and decreasing pass temperature, which intensified the grain refinem.nt. Tem images showed an average grain sizereduction from 100 μm for the annealed billet to 200 nm after 6 passes of DECLE. Finally, the experimental findings for routes A andB were compared and discussed and some important conclusions were drawn.

论文尝试采用生产理论中的距离函数方法评估印度工业行业污水减排的成本。以印度水污染行业为研究对象，采用线性规划和随机前沿模型进行了距离函数的估计，从而得到了某些企业的污染物影子价格、效率值和规模经济。估计结果表明，印度水污染行业平均每减少一吨BOD和COD，分别需要24.6万印度卢比和7.7万印度卢比。在不同的企业，污染物的影子价格之间存在很大的差异，这反映了企业使用污水处理技术的非效率情况。这些企业的影子价格——或者说是减少BOD和COD排放的边际成本与其合规指数(污染负荷与销售值之比)之间的关系，以及获得的污染负荷减少量，证实了之前针对印度工业水污染治理的经验研究的结论。这些研究发现，对于企业来说，污染浓度的降低会导致边际成本的增加，而污染负荷的下降则会导致边际成本的减少。

We investigate the spin wave （SW） modes in high-aspect-ratio single-crystal ferromagnetic nanowires （FmnWs） using an all-optical time-resolved magnetooptical Kerr effect （TR-mOKE） microscope. The precessional magnetization dynamics in such FmnWs unveil the presence of uniform and quantized SW modes that can be tuned by varying the bias magnetic field （H）. The frequencies of the modes are observed to decrease systematically with a decreasing magnetic field, and the number of modes in the spectrum is reduced from four to three for H 〈 0.7 kOe. To understand these results, we perform micromagnetic simulations that reveal the presence of edge, standing wave, and uniform SW modes in the nanowires （nWs）. Our simulations clearly show how the standing wave and uniform SW modes coalesce to form a single mode with uniform precession over the entire nW for H 〈 0.7 kOe, reproducing the experimentally observed reduction in modes. Our study elucidates the possibility of manipulating the SW modes in magnetic nanostructures, which is useful for applications in magnonic and spintronic devices.

Complexes of La（Ⅲ）, Ce（Ⅲ）, Pr（Ⅲ）, nd（Ⅲ）, Sm（Ⅲ）, Eu（Ⅲ）, Gd（Ⅲ）, Dy（Ⅲ）, Yb（Ⅲ）, and Lu0iD with 2-（n-o- hydroxyacetophenone）amino-3-carboxyethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene （HAAT） formed by the condensation of o-hydroxyacetophenone and 2-amino-3-carboxyethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene were synthesized and characterized on the basis of elem.ntal analyses, molar conductance measurem.nts, magnetic susceptibility data, UV-Visible, iR, and nmR spectral studies. The spectral data revealed that the ligand acted as a neutral tridentate coordinating to the metal ion through OnO donor sequence. A coordination number nine was proposed for the complexes. Thermal decomposition studies of the ligand and lanthanum（Ⅲ） complex were carried out and kinetic parameters were calculated using Coats-Redfem equation. The decomposition reactions followed random nucleation mechanism with one nucleus on each particle.

Anthogranulomatous cystitis (XC) is an inflammatory condition of the urinary bladder that is benign and rarely seen. XC is a unique disease in which there have been only 26 cases described in the literature, including our case. Patients with XC often present with lower urinary tract symptoms, hematuria, abdominal pain, or abdominal mass. We present the unusual case of an 81 year old female who presents with urinary incontinence, which was later diagnosed as a vesicovaginal fistula. After describing the treatment of this patient, a review of the literature is detailed including presentation, possible etiologies, and treatment of XC.

Geochemistry and geochronology of mafic rocks from the Spanish Central System:Constraints on the mantle evolution beneath central Spain

The Spanish Central System(SCS)contains several suites of Palaeozoic mafic igneous intrusions with contrasting geochemical affinity:Ordovician tholeiitic metabasites,Variscan calc-alkaline gabbros(Gb1)and microdiorites(Gb2),shoshonitic monzogabbros(Gb3)and alkaline diabases and lamprophyres(Gb4).not all of these rocks are accurately dated,and several aspects of their genesis are still poorly *** present new whole-rock geochemical data(major and trace elem.nts,and Sr-nd isotopes),U-Pb and Lu-Hf isotopic ratios on magmatic zircons and 40 Ar/39Ar amphibole geochronology results in order to establish a precise chronology for the successive events of magmatism in the SCS,and discuss the nature of their mantle *** ages have been determined for the Variscan gabbros(305-294 ma),the microdiorites(299 ma)and the accompanying felsic porphyries(292 ma),the shoshonitic monzogabbros(285 ma),and the alkaline diabases(274 ma)and monzosyenites(271-264 ma).According to this information,the Variscan mafic magmatism would be mainly concentrated in the range of 305-294 ma,with a final manifestation represented by the minor shoshonitic *** alkaline magmatism proved to be slightly older than previously thought and yielded at least two distinct pulses:diabases and *** Hf isotopes evidence the involvem.nt of depleted and slightly enriched mantle *** bulk of the eHf values are in the broad range of-8 to+11,indicative of melting both depleted and enriched mantle *** high within-sample Hf isotope variation(up to-11 epsilon units)shown by samples from the Variscan series(gabbros,microdiorites and monzogabbros)could be explained mainly by hybridisation of magmas derived from heterogeneous lithospheric mantle *** estimates indicate that the Variscan mafic magmas were extracted from the *** nd-Hf isotopic composition of these suites of rocks suggests the recycling of pelitic sediments during the Cad
