The s.agnant water bodi.s.i. i.di. are s.0}k for contami.ant i.e. detergent, ferti.i.er, nutri.nts. heavy metal, pes.i.i.e, mi.robe, etc. The contami.ati.n and s.urces.of elements.i.e. Al, K, P, s. Cl, As. Ca, s., Ba, Ti. V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni. Cu, Zn and Pb i. the s.di.ent, s.udge and s.wage materi.ls.of the mos. i.dus.ri.li.ed ci.i.s.of central i.di. i.e. Rai.ur, Bhi.ai.and Korba i. des.ri.ed. The domi.ated metals.i.e. Al, K, Ca, Ti. Fe and Mn i. the geowas.e materi.ls.(n = 20) contri.uted i. the range of 4.8% - 36.3% wi.h mean value of 10.2% ± 2.9%. The ∑4 concentrati.n of nutri.nts.i.e. P, K, s.and Cl ranged from 1.2 - 12.5 g/kg wi.h mean value of 7.9 ± 1.3 g/kg. The concentrati.n of other heavy metals.(HMs. i.e. As. V, Cr, Ni. Cu, Zn and Pb ranged from 12 - 105, 35 - 175, 88 - 392, 14 - 77, 32 - 185, 38 - 626 and 18 - 228 mg/kg wi.h mean value of 644 ± 78, 83 ± 15, 182 ± 41, 44 ± 7, 68 ± 18, 199 ± 71 and 85 ± 25 mg/kg, res.ecti.ely. The s.ati.l and verti.al di.tri.uti.n, enri.hment and s.urces.of the elements.i. the s.di.ents.are di.cus.ed.

The dos.0}g range was.2 - 10 μg/mL (for qui.i.e s.lfate i. tablet), 4 - 12 μg/mL (for qui.i.e bi.hlorhydrate i. oral drop-metroni.azole benzaote i. oral s.s.ens.0}n) and 15 - 35 μg/mL (for amoxi.i.li. tri.ydrate i. caps.le). The vali.ated methods.were then appli.d i. determi.i.g the content of s.me analogous.medi.i.es.s.ld i. the Democrati. Republi. of Congo.
