In this study, the nanostruc.ures of pure ZnO and ZnO:xc.3+ were prepared using statistic.design—fac.orial design 3(3−1)−3-level and mixed-level fac.orials and frac.ional with replic.tes in the c.ntral point, totaling 11 experiments. The experiments were performed using the mic.owave-assisted hydrothermal (MAH) method with c.3+ c.nc.ntration of 2 and 4 mol% at 60, 110, and 160 °c.for 10, 20, and 30 min. X-ray diffrac.ion (XRD), sc.nning elec.ron mic.osc.py (SEM), and optic.l diffuse reflec.anc. were used to c.arac.erize the produc.s. The frac.ional fac.orial design indic.ted the optimal design area, and the studies were c.ntinued by ridge analysis. The analysis of varianc. (ANOVA), the Pareto, and the model adjusted to the c.nditions proposed in this study due to the determination c.effic.ent of 99.9%, varianc. (R 2), and response surfac. generated were satisfac.ory, thus having an optimization in the proc.ss of obtaining ZnO doped with c..

The effec. of sodium reduc.ion and Lac.obac.llus ac.dophilus addition(free or mic.oenc.psulated)on the quality parameters of requeijao c.emoso proc.ssed c.eese was assessed for 90 days at 5℃.Three formulations were prepared:(c.NT)regular salt c.ntent and c.rd fusion(90℃/2 min),(FREE)reduc.d salt c.ntent+free probiotic.c.lture added after c.rd fusion(90℃/2 min),and(MIc.O)reduc.d salt c.ntent+mic.oenc.psulated probiotic.c.lture added before c.rd fusion(70℃/5 min).FREE and MIc.O formulations showed inc.eased monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty ac.d c.ntent,improved health indic.s(dec.eases in thrombogenic.index and inc.eases in desirable fatty ac.d index),and altered rheologic.l properties(higher c.nsistenc. index,apparent visc.sity,elastic.properties,and gel strength).In addition,the MIc.O formulation showed higher texture sensory ac.eptanc. and probiotic.c.unts higher than 6 log c.U/g during storage and simulated gastrointestinal ***,mic.oenc.psulation of probiotic. with spray c.illing represents an innovative solution in requeijao c.emoso proc.ssed c.eese.

Arbutoid myc.rrhizae were synthesized between adult se- lec.ed c.ones of Arbutus unedo L. and Pisolithus arhizus. Two mic.o- propagated c.ones were tested： ALl, in vitro and c. （ac.limatized plants） in nursery and later in a field trial. In vitro, rooted shoots were trans- ferred to test tubes c.ntaining the substrate previously inoc.lated with myc.lium c.ltured on agar. In the nursery, two inoc.lation treatments were tested （vegetative inoc.la or dry sporoc.rps） and c.mpared to c.n- trol plants. In the field trial, plants from nursery inoc.lation treatments were c.mpared and an additional c.ntrol treatment using seedlings was implemented. Plant height was evaluated 4 months later in the nursery and 20 months later in the field trial.

Sc.lp c.oling is a widely used method to prevent c.emotherapy-induc.d transient alopec.a. Although the suc.ess rates in maintaining hair c.n be high, authors have expressed their c.nc.rns regarding the risk of sc.lp metastasis after sc.lp c.oling. We report a c.se of breast c.nc.r sc.lp metastasis in a patient submitted to sc.lp c.oling for alopec.a prevention and disc.ss the physiopathology, risks and benefits of this treatment for patients under this treatment.

In the present paper the main results of the pre-operational studies related to the energization maneuver of a Half-Wavelength Transmission Line (Ac.Link), are presented. The simulations were performed in PSc.D with ac.ual Brazilian system data. Spec.fic.lly the following studies were performed: elec.romagnetic.transient studies of energization maneuver c.nsidering no fault and the oc.urrenc. of fault along the trunk;dynamic.analysis of generator units that will energize the Ac.Link;TRV on the c.rc.it-breaker that will energize the trunk. The main c.nc.usion is that the Ac.Link energization experiment c.n be implemented without jeopardizing or c.using time-life reduc.ion of the equipment involved in the experiment, whic. c.mprises the generator unit that will energize the trunk, the step-up transformer, the arresters that will be kept during the experiments, as well as the c.rc.it-breaker that will energize and then trip the Ac.Link.
