The urban condition of the European territory requires new approaches to explain the current development of cities and to propose new planning tools. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that we can support an innovative perspective based on intermediate geographical scales, more useful for outlining the specific features of territory. While we analyze the territory, we should overcome the strictly local scale of the administrative boundaries and create new relationship between contemporary urban concepts （metropolization of territory and metapolis） and the regional ecological patterns. In the case of Valladolid （E） urban/metropolitan area, we focus on both causes and process of city growth. We have understood that it could be inefficient for planning forgetting the real spatial configuration （the city is located in an intersection between two territorial corridors） and misunderstanding the territorial role of the city at different scales （the double centrality in the emerging urban area and in the region）. The significance of this case is to reveal the inter-scalar condition of places as generators of constraints in the contemporary urban fabric and, at the same time, to show the quality and the potential of places in the future urban realm.

Dielectric optical antennas have emerged as a promising nanophotonic architecture for manipulating the propagation and localization of ***,the optically induced Mie resonances in an isolated nanoantenna are normally with broad spectra and poor𝑄-factors,limiting their performances in sensing,lasing,and nonlinear ***,we dramatically enhance the𝑄-factors of Mie resonances in silicon(Si)nanoparticles across the optical band by arranging the nanoparticles in a periodic *** select monocrystalline Si with negligible material losses and develop a unique method to fabricate nanoparticle arrays on a quartz *** extinction dispersion measurements and electromagnetic analysis,we can identify three types of collective Mie resonances with𝑄-factors∼500 in the same nanocylinder arrays,including surface lattice resonances,bound states in the continuum,and quasi-guided *** work paves the way for fundamental research in strong light-matter interactions and the design of highly efficient light-emitting metasurfaces.

目的：本研究目的是在探讨治疗颈痛,肌筋膜扳机点理论与传统针灸理论的相关性,并比较它们的解剖位置、主治、疼痛感传路线、针感和针刺手法相似性。方法：文献研究互联网与手工检索相结合。搜索使用英语在,EBSCO, PUBMED, MEDLINE, ELSEVIER,中国知网数据库与关键词进行"trigger points and acupuncture", "dry needling and acupuncture", "rayofascial pain and acupuncture", "trigger point and neck pain" and "acupuncture and neck pain"从研究参考资料进行进一步研究。理论分析：收集总结扳机点和针灸相关的现存研究。纳入研究被分类按以下标准：1)扳机点与穴位解剖位置的重叠性2)扳机点与针灸主治的相关性3)扳机点疼痛感传路线与经络一致4)针感的相似性5)针刺手法相似性讨论结论：肌筋膜扳机点理论与传统针灸学理论有共同原则用于治疗疼痛障碍。经比较发现,在Dr. Travel1 And Simon的The Trigger Point Manual扳机点手册中发现有255个扳机点,234的扳机点与腧穴在解剖部位上相对应,而214针灸穴位所主治的疼痛与其对应的扳机点相似和56个有躯体内脏的对应关系。扳机点与腧穴均可以引发类似的线性感传,线性感传和经络之间共有221的对应关系。此外,有类似的针刺感觉和针刺手法。对于颈痛治疗结果表明,每一个扳机点的颈部疼痛都有相应的针灸穴位,也表明所有的扳机点对颈痛也有相关的主治。扳机点疼痛感传路线和经络在颈部疼痛治疗有同意的对应关系。除颈多裂肌的颈百劳穴是一个额外的点不属于经络,和冈下肌的扳机点与天宗有部分一致,其他所有的点的疼痛感传路线都和经络完全一致。此外,有得气和局部抽搐之间的相似性以及针刺后的感觉。在针刺技术方面,扳机点和针刺有共同的特点,他们都使用毫针以及手法“雀啄”与“提插手法”。干针技术支持者承认这一技术某些方面的灵感来自针灸。这些考虑表明,扳机点和传统穴位在治疗疼痛障碍可能代表了相同的物理现象。也可以认为,扳机点疗法代表了腧穴的重新发现。

The permanent magnet skew is one of the techniques mostly used on the Permanent Magnet Linear Syn-chronous Motors (PMLSMs) to reduce the thrust ripple;even though there is a reduction in the amplitude of ripple and at the same time a significantly decrease of the motor’s thrust. This article proposes a combined technique between the Finite Elements Method (FEM) and statistical regression, to obtain an objective function that will allow the achievement of the optimal Permanent Magnet (PM) skew angle, so that there is a greater reduction of ripple with the minimum thrust diminishment.

Multiple partnerships and risk for HIV among the Garífuna minority population in Belize

Belize has the highest rates of HIV infection in Central America and is experiencing a generalized epidemic. The Garífuna, a minority ethnic population, is at risk for HIV. This study uses survey data from Garífuna men and women to examine the frequency of multiple partnerships as well as sociodemographic characteristics and behavioral constructs correlated with having multiple partners. A high proportion of respondents reported having multiple partners, but rates were significantly higher for men, and men had a higher mean number of partners than women. A high proportion of respondents reported having a sexually transmitted infection (STI) in the last year, with more men reporting a history of STIs than women. Regression results show the importance of improving men and women’s perceived susceptibility for HIV and encouraging them to know their HIV status. Reinforcing a social norm for partner reduction would also benefit men. Study findings support the need for HIV counseling and testing in Garífuna communities as well as STI prevention, diagnosis and treatment. This study demonstrates that reducing multiple partnerships among Garífuna men and women is critical for reducing the spread of HIV in Belize.

Leiomyosarcoma of the ovary is a rare disease, with aggressive behavior and poor prognosis, which mainly occurs in postmenopausal women. Surgery is the cornerstone of treatment, while the role of chemotherapy and radiotherapy is still not clear because substantial data is lacking. This paper presents the case of an adult woman who is diagnosed with primary leiomyosarcoma of the left ovary, and who receives a surgical approach and adjuvant treatment with chemotherapy currently achieving 20 months free from disease.

Patient-derived tumor xenografts(PDXs)are a powerful tool for drug discovery and screening in ***,current studies have led to little understanding of genotype mismatches in PDXs,leading to massive economic ***,we established PDX models from 53 lung cancer patients with a genotype matching rate of 79.2%(42/53).Furthermore,17 clinicopathological features were examined and input in stepwise logistic regression(LR)models based on the lowest Akaike information criterion(AIC),least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)-LR,support vector machine(SVM)recursive feature elimination(SVM-RFE),extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost),gradient boosting and categorical features(Cat Boost),and the synthetic minority oversampling technique(SMOTE).Finally,the performance of all models was evaluated by the accuracy,area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC),and F1 score in 100 testing *** multivariable LR models revealed that age,number of driver gene mutations,epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene mutations,type of prior chemotherapy,prior tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)therapy,and the source of the sample were powerful ***,Cat Boost(mean accuracy=0.960;mean AUC=0.939;mean F1 score=0.908)and the eight-feature SVM-RFE(mean accuracy=0.950;mean AUC=0.934;mean F1 score=0.903)showed the best performance among the ***,application of the SMOTE improved the predictive capability of most models,except Cat *** on the SMOTE,the ensemble classifier of single models achieved the highest accuracy(mean=0.975),AUC(mean=0.949),and F1 score(mean=0.938).In conclusion,we established an optimal predictive model to screen lung cancer patients for non-obese diabetic(NOD)/Shi-scid,interleukin-2 receptor(IL-2R)γ^(null)(NOG)/PDX models and offer a general approach for building predictive models.
