Bac.ground: Breast c.nc.r is inc.easingly c.mmon in soc.ety and post-mastec.omy pain is a striking c.ndition assoc.ated with surgery, both intra and postoperatively. The post-mastec.omy syndrome is c.arac.erized by the persistenc. of pain for more than 3 months after the proc.dure. It is mostly of neuropathic.origin and is highly refrac.ory to treatments, whic. vary from c.inic.l to surgic.l measures and alternative tec.niques. In this c.ntext, it is essential to understand the possible approac.es to these patients. Objec.ive: Understand alternatives for pain management in patients undergoing mastec.omy, espec.ally in those in whom pain persists for more than 3 months. Methods: Systematic.literature review, c.nduc.ed in the Virtual Health Library databases inc.udes: Lilac., Sc.ELO, Medline, PubMed and c.c.rane between 2018 and 2023, restric.ed to artic.es in English with the desc.iptors: Mastec.omy, c.ronic.Pain, Nerve Bloc.s and Breast c.nc.r. 317 artic.es were found involving the desc.iptors presented, all in English. After reading the abstrac.s, 28 artic.es were selec.ed. Results: This review analyzed 28 sc.entific.studies that rigorously met the previously established c.arac.eristic. in the sample selec.ion. The synthesis inc.uded the following aspec.s: author/year of public.tion, artic.e title, objec.ive, type of study and database. c.nc.usion: It was c.nc.uded that, ac.ording to the analyzed studies, post-mastec.omy pain is a problem that has inc.eased its inc.denc. and that needs the attention of health professionals. The use of antineuropathic.medic.tions, nerve bloc.s, fat grafting, lymph node transplantation, therapy, physic.l ac.ivity and ac.punc.ure are some examples of therapeutic.approac.es for these women. Therefore, the team must assist the patients, seeking to provide a better prognosis, quality of life and c.mfort.

c.mparative Heat Transfer Data for Solid-Liquid Phase c.ange of D-Mannitol and Adipic.Ac.d

The goal of this work was to measure the heat transfer rates from thermofluid, Therminol 66, to two phase c.ange materials, D-mannitol and adipic.ac.d. It c.nc.rns the determination of heat transfer c.effic.ents for the design of a c.nc.ntrated solar energy plant requiring Pc. thermal energy storage and is part of a wider set of experiments, where several Pc.s were tested. An experimental installation was used with a c.lindric.l vessel with three tubes disposed almost horizontally (5°inc.ination), c.ntaining the phase c.ange material, around whic. the thermal fluid flowed almost perpendic.lar to the tubes. The experimental installation allowed to rec.eate heating and c.oling c.c.es. In order to evaluate the influenc. of the flow on the rate at whic. the heating and c.oling proc.sses took plac., tests were performed at different thermofluid mass flow rates, c.nc.uding that there is no great influenc., sinc. the thermal resistanc. inside the tubes is muc. higher than on the outside. D-mannitol and adipic.ac.d, present different phase c.ange temperatures, 164°c.for D-mannitol and 152°c.for adipic.ac.d. The average heat transfer c.effic.ent, during the phase c.ange proc.ss, was of 340 W/(m2K) for D-mannitol and 1320 W/(m2K) for adipic.ac.d.

为了解巴西对中国矿产出口贸易的发展情况及其出口优势,本文对HS体系26章中所有重要矿产品的市场占有率、贸易规模、贸易结构进行了分析,并采用比较优势和贸易互补性指数分析。结果显示,巴西的铁、铝矿和铌铁具有极强的贸易优势和巨大的发展潜力。继而,使用随机前沿分析法(SFA)并辅以中介效应模型进行实证分析研究来估算巴西矿产品对中国的出口效率及潜力,并划定和分析影响巴西对中国矿产出口的“边界背后”的因素。其中,SFA分为两个模型:随机前沿引力(SFG)模型和技术效率(TE)模型。SFG时变模型的研究结果表明,巴西等矿产供应国的GDP和人口对中国矿产出口贸易具有重要作用,随着巴西等矿产供应国GDP和人口的增长,对中国的矿产出口额趋于减少。TE模型分析结果显示,资源禀赋、对外直接投资和贸易协定对中国矿产品出口贸易额的增长具有重要作用。另外,中介效应分析表明,货币兑换间接影响对中国矿产品出口贸易。巴西和其他矿产供应国的矿产出口潜力估计结果显示,矿产品的出口潜力主要与各国的出口额和矿藏量相关联。出口潜力分析表明,巴西对中国矿产出口贸易潜力巨大,出口效率高,仅低于澳大利亚的出口效率。然而,巴西矿产品出口潜力的提升空间大,超过澳大利亚矿产品出口潜力的提升空间。基于上述研究结果,本文提出加强巴中矿产出口贸易合作的四项对策建议:巴西需要利用其资源禀赋生产具有高附加值的产品,以提高其在生产过程中的参与度;投资改善国内基础设施建设,促进拉美国家间的互联互通;推进巴中、以及巴西和南方共同市场成员体之间的自由贸易区建设;推进巴西与中国间基于当地货币的贸易和投资协定。

Sublethal Doses of Insec.ic.des Affec. the Fec.ndity and Fertility of the <i>c.rysodeixis inc.udens</i>?

The objec.ive was to determine lethal c.nc.ntrations and to evaluate the effec.s of sublethal doses of insec.ic.des on c.rysodeixis inc.udens under laboratory c.nditions. The standard population of c. inc.udens was kept on artific.al diet under c.ntrolled c.nditions (25°c.± 5°c. 60% ± 10 RU, 12:12 h). The ac.ive princ.ples used were B. thuringiensis, Indoxac.rb and Teflubenzuron. The c.25 and Lc.0 obtained from dose response c.rve (estimated from eight c.nc.ntrations of eac. ac.ive princ.ple) were diluted in water and applied to the bac. of third instar c.terpillars and c.mpared to the c.ntrol (water). The insec.ic.des used showed lethal and sublethal effec.s in c. inc.udens. Bac.llus thuringiensis was 6.21 and 2.79 times more toxic.to soybean looper when c.mpared to the produc.s Indoxac.rb and Teflubenzuron, respec.ively. Insec.ic.des applied to the c.terpillars reduc.d survival and affec.ed the biomass gain with inc.eased larvae and pupae longevity, with a signific.nt reduc.ion in fertility (40%) and fec.ndity (94.97%) in adults. In the present study it was observed that both survival and larval biomass gain have a direc. effec. on fec.ndity and fertility, respec.ively. Therefore the ac.ive ingredients Indoxac.rb, Teflubenzuron and B. thuringiensis c.n be used in rotation as a tool in the c. inc.udens.

Evaluation of the Fertility and Mortality in Women at Fertile Age

The female population is passing through many transformations as on the familiar life as for the soc.ety. This inequality among the genders reflec.s on the health, mainly, on the women. The women morbidity and mortality surveillanc. is one of the priorities of the Health Ministry. This worksheet aims to evaluate the fertile women fertility and mortality, from 10 to 49 years old, in Trairi/RN. It is desc.iptive, ec.logic.l and temporary, whose analysis is based on the Mortality Information System data, in a period of 5 years (2010-2014), at the Vth Public.Health Regional c.nter (URSAP), whic. embrac.s the Trairi region, c.mposed by 21 c.ties, in Rio Grande do Norte. The data proc.ssing and analysis were used by the SPSS software. It was observed the mortality c.effic.ent with a dec.ine from 2011 (0.84) and bac. to inc.ease in 2014 (0.94). This reveals the nec.ssity of better health ac.ions and monitoring from other fac.ors that may interfere on women health.

AIM： Although inc.eased insulin-like growth fac.or-I rec.ptor （IGF-IR） gene expression has been reported in hepatoc.llular c.rc.noma, studies assessing IGF-IR in c.ronic.hepatitis c.（c.c. and c.rrhosis are sc.rc.. We therefore aimed to evaluate IGF-IR and IGF-I rnRNA expression in liver from patient with c.c. METHODS： IGF-IR and IGF-I rnRNA c.ntent were determined by semi-quantitative RT-Pc. and IGF-IR protein expression was determined by immunohistoc.emistry in hepatic.tissue obtained from patients with c.c.before （34 patients） and after （10 patients） therapy with interferon-α and ribavirin. RESULTS： An inc.ease of IGF-IR rnRNA c.ntent was observed in hepatic.tissue obtained from all c.c.patients as well as from 6 c.daveric.liver donors following orthopic.transplantation （an attempt to evaluate normal livers） in c.mparison to normal liver, while no relevant modific.tions were detec.ed in IGF-I mRNA c.ntent. The irnrnunohistoc.emic.l results showed that the raise in IGF-IR rnRNA c.ntent was related both to duc.ular reac.ion and to inc.eased IGF-IR expression in hepatoc.tes. A dec.ease in IGF-IR rnRNA c.ntent was observed in patients who ac.ieved sustained virologic.l response after therapy, suggesting an improvement in hepatic.damage. c.Nc.USION： The up-regulation of IGF-IR expression in hepatoc.tes of patients with c.c.c.uld c.nstitute an attempt to stimulate hepatoc.te regeneration. c.nsidering that liver is the organ with the highest levels of IGF-I, our finding of inc.eased IGF-IR expression after both ac.te and c.ronic.hepatic.damage highlights the need for additional studies to eluc.date the role of IGF-I in liver regeneration.

Objec.ive: To evaluate the influenc. of fruiting phenologic.l stage on total flavonoid c.ntent, antioxidant ac.ivity, and antiproliferative effec.s of c.reus jamac.ru(c. jamac.ru)(mandac.ru) c.adodes and fruit. Methods: Fruit and c.adodes at vegetative and fruiting stage of c. jamac.ru were c.llec.ed. The fruit was dissec.ed and bark, pulp, and seeds were separated. Vegetative and fruiting c.adodes, together with bark, pulp, and seeds were used to obtain five hydroalc.holic.extrac.s. The extrac.s were investigated for total flavonoid c.ntent, using Alc.3 c.lorimetric.method, antioxidant ac.ivity by 2,2-diphenyl-1-pic.ylhydrazyl and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic.ac.d) radic.l sc.venging c.pac.ty and Fe^(2+) ion c.elating ac.ivity, and in vitro antiproliferative effec.s(sarc.ma 180 c.lls) by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2 H-tetrazolium bromide assay. Results: The extrac. of c. jamac.ru c.adodes at the fruiting stage showed higher flavonoid c.ntent c.mpared to the other extrac.s. Seed extrac.s showed the highest antioxidant ac.ivity in 2,2-diphenyl-1-pic.ylhydrazyl and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic.ac.d) assays, and the extrac. of c.adodes at vegetative stage showed better antioxidant ac.ivity in Fe^(2+) ion c.elating ac.ivity. The extrac. of fruiting c.adodes promoted higher antiproliferative effec.s c.mpared to the other extrac.s. c.nc.usions: These findings suggest that fruiting inc.eases the c.ntent of flavonoids and antiproliferative effec.s of c. jamac.ru c.adodes. Data reinforc. the potential use of c. jamac.ru c.adodes and fruits as natural antioxidants and potent antic.nc.r agent.

Sec.ndary forests and human-made forest gaps are c.nspic.ous features of tropic.l ***,behavioral responses to these aspec.s of anthropogenic.lly modified forests remain poorly ***,we analyze the effec.s of small human-made c.earings and sec.ndary forests on tropic.l bats by examining the guild-and spec.es-level ac.ivity patterns of phyllostomids sampled in the c.ntral Amazon,***,we c.ntrast the temporal ac.ivity patterns and degree of temporal overlap of 6 frugivorous and 4 gleaning animalivorous spec.es in old-growth forest and sec.nd-growth forest and of 4 frugivores in old-growth forest and forest *** ac.ivity patterns of frugivores and gleaning animalivores did not c.ange between old-growth forest and sec.nd-growth,nor did the ac.ivity patterns of frugivores between old-growth forest and ***,at the spec.es level,we detec.ed signific.nt differenc.s for Artibeus obsc.rus(old-growth forest ***-growth)and ***(old-growth forest ***).The degree of temporal overlap was greater than random in all sampled ***,for frugivorous spec.es,the degree of temporal overlap was similar between old-growth forest and sec.nd-growth;whereas for gleaning animalivores,it was lower in sec.nd-growth than in old-growth *** the c.ntrary,forest c.earings were c.arac.erized by inc.eased temporal overlap between *** in ac.ivity patterns and temporal overlap may result from differential foraging opportunities and dissimilar predation ***,our analyses suggest that ac.ivity patterns of bats in sec.nd-growth and small forest c.earings,2 of the most prominent habitats in humanized tropic.l landsc.pes,varies little from the ac.ivity patterns in old-growth forest.

AIM:To investigate the effec. of querc.tin supplementation on the myenteric.neurons and glia in the c.c.m of diabetic.***:Total preparations of the musc.lar tunic.were prepared from the c.c. of twenty-four rats divided into the following groups:c.ntrol(c.,c.ntrol supplemented with querc.tin(200 mg/kg querc.tin body weight)(c.),diabetic.D)and diabetic.supplemented with querc.tin(DQ).Immunohistoc.emic.l double staining tec.nique was performed with Huc.D(general population)/nitric.oxide synthase(nNOS),Huc.D/S-100and *** analysis of the general neuronal population Huc.D-IR,the nNOS-IR(nitrergic.subpopulation)and the enteric.glial c.lls(S-100)was performed,and the morphometry and the reduc.ion in varic.sity population(VIP-IR)in these populations were ***:Diabetes promoted a signific.nt reduc.ion(25%)in the neuronal density of the Huc.D-IR(general population)and the nNOS-IR(nitrergic.subpopulation)c.mpared with the c.*** also signific.ntly inc.eased the areas of neurons,glial c.lls and VIP-IR *** with querc.tin in the DQ group prevented neuronal loss in the general population and inc.eased its area(Pc.subpopulation(Pc.mpared to c.*** induc.d a VIP-IR and glial c.lls areas(Pc.mpared to c.c. and D ***:In diabetes,querc.tin exhibited a neuroprotec.ive effec. by maintaining the density of the general neuronal population but did not affec. the density of the nNOS subpopulation.
