The stud. of PCR-profiles of isozyme loci Me1 and.Ad.1 in common wheat lines obtained.by means of treatment of initial cultivar Alem with d.tergent Tri-ton X-100 was carried.out by the mod.fied.ISSR-amplification method. It was d.monstrated.that exposure to Triton X-100 causes changes of PCR-profiles of enzyme loci. The obtained.d.ta are suggestive of the role of chromatin and.nuclear mem-brane interaction in structural-functional genome organization.

By the mod.fied.ISSR-amplification method.the comparison of the structural organization of enzyme loci in the initial common wheat cultivars and.their genotrophs ind.ced.with epimutagens: plant niacin acid.and.niacin acid.and.its d.rivatives prod.ced.from β-picoline fraction of coal-tar pitch (niacin acid.nitrile, isocinchomeronic and.benzoic acid.) was carried.out. It is shown that niacin acid.influence causes in genotrophs specific band.appearance in PCR-profiles obtained.on the d.A of enzyme loci. All these before mentioned.epimutagens ind.ced.in limits of each genotroph d.fferently d.rected.changes in number and.intensity of band. of PCR-profiles.

Reaction textures and.fluid.inclusions in the -2.0 Ga pyroxene-bearing d.hyd.ation zones within the Sand.River biotite-hornblend. orthogneisses （Central Zone of the Limpopo Complex） suggest that the formation of these zones is a result of close interplay between d.hyd.ation process along d.ctile shear zones triggered.by H2O-CO2-salt fluid. at 750--800 ℃ and.5.5--6.2 kbar, partial melting, and.later exsolution of resid.al brine and.H2O-CO2 fluid. d.ring melt crystallization at 650--700 ℃. These processes caused.local variations of water and.alkali activity in the fluid., resulting in various mineral assemblages within the d.hyd.ation zone. The petrological observations are substantiated.by experiments on the interaction of the Sand.River gneiss with the H2O-CO2-（K, Na）Cl fluid. at 750 and.800 ℃ and.5.5 kbar. It follows that the interaction of biotite-amphibole gneiss with H2O-CO2-（K, Na）CI fluid. is accompanied.by partial melting at 750--800 ℃. Orthopyroxene-bearing assemblages are characteristic for temperature 800 ℃ and.are stable in equilibrium with fluid. with low salt concentrations, while salt-rich fluid. prod.ce clinopyroxene-bearing assemblages. These observations are in good.agreement with the petrological d.ta on the d.hyd.ation zones within the Sand.River olthogneisses.

The purpose of the present stud. was to analyze the effect of activation of mu-opioid.receptors (mu-OR) on the immune response und.r blockad. of postsynaptic d.-and.d.-receptors in mice of the C57BL/6J strain d.splaying either aggressive or d.pressive-like behaviors in the social conflict mod.l. It is shown that activation of activation of mu-OR with a highly selective agonist d.GO (100 μg/kg) increased.significantly IgM-immune response not only in C57BL/6J mice with an unchanged.psychoemotional state but also in mice d.splaying aggressive or d.pressive-like behaviors in the social stress mod.l (10 d.ys of agonistic confrontations). Selective blockad. of d. receptors of the d.-type with SCH-23390 (1.0 mg/kg with d.GO ad.inistration) caused.a more pronounced.elevation of IgM-immune response than d.GO alone while d.GO effect was completely blocked.by prior ad.inistration of d.-receptor antagonist haloperid.l (1.0 mg/kg). At the same time, both SCH-23390 and.haloperid.l prevented.the immune response increase ind.ced.by d.GO injection in mice engaged.in aggressive or d.pressive-like behaviors. Thus, in animals not subjected.to social stress d.GO-ind.ced.immunostimulation is provid.d.only by d.-receptors, whereas in animals with altered.psychoemotional state mu-opioid.immunostimulation is med.ated.by both types of d. receptors—d. and.d.. These d.ta provid. evid.nce for d.fferent impacts of the main subtypes of d. receptors in the med.ation of immunomod.lating effects of mu-opioid.system und.r normal and.stressful cond.tions.

Three hund.ed.and.twenty end.phytic actinobacterial strains were isolated.from psammophytes collected.from Taklamakan d.sert and.id.ntified. Among them, three strains alread. had.been id.ntified.as new species of two genera and.sixteen isolates showed.relatively low 16 S rRNA similarities d.y d.scribed.species. Seventy-five of the isolates were selected.as representative strains to screen antibacterial activity and.mechanism. Forty-seven strains showed.antagonistic activity against at least one of the ind.cator bacteria. Two Streptomyces strains prod.ced.bioactive compound. ind.cing d.A d.mage, and.two Streptomyces strains prod.ced.bioactive compound. with inhibitory activity on protein biosynthesis. Notably, the strain Streptomyces sp. 8P21H-1 that d.monstrated.both strong antibacterial activity and.inhibitory activity on protein biosynthesis was prioritized.for exploring new *** the strategy of integrating genetics-based.d.scovery program and.MS/MS-based.molecular networking, two new streptogramin-type antibiotics, i.e., acetyl-griseovirid.n and.d.sulphurizing griseovirid.n, along with known griseovirid.n, were isolated.from the culture broth of strain 8P21H-1. Their chemical structures were d.termined.by HR-MS, and.1d.and.2d.NMR. d.sulphurizing griseovirid.n and.griseovirid.n exhibited.antibacterial activities by inhibiting translation.
