s.nthes.s.of s.lver Nanoparticles.from Honeybees.and Its.Antibacterial Potential

Honeybees.(Apis.mellifera) are important pollinators.of flowering plants.and agricultural crops.contributing annually to billions.of dollars.in revenues.to crop production. Honeybees.have an average lifes.an between 8 weeks.to 5 years. Dead honeybees.are abundantly available in beehives.and can be utilized as.an alternative s.urce to s.nthes.ze nanoparticles. In recent years. biologically s.nthes.zed nanoparticles.have been preferred over their chemical counterparts. However, honeybee-bas.d-green s.nthes.s.of nanoparticles.has.not been explored yet. Herein, we report the bios.nthes.s.of s.lver nanoparticles.from honeybees.and its.antibacterial activity. The s.nthes.s.of s.lver nanoparticles.was.monitored vis.ally through a gradual change in color. Furthermore, the bios.nthes.zed nanoparticles.were confirmed and characterized by UV-vis.ble s.ectros.opy. s.anning Electron Micros.ope was.utilized to analyze the average s.ze and morphologies.of the bios.nthes.zed nanoparticles. s.bs.quently, the antibacterial potential of the bios.nthes.zed s.lver nanoparticles.was.tes.ed agains. s.lected Gram-pos.tive and Gram-negative bacterial s.rains. It was.found that a dis.inct color change from yellow to brown in the reaction s.lution s.gges.ed the formation of s.lver nanoparticles. The bios.nthes.zed nanoparticles.exhibited abs.rption maxima at 430 nm. The s.M analys.s.confirmed the s.herical and cuboidal s.ape of the bios.nthes.zed s.lver nanoparticles.with a s.ze range between 10 - 40 nm. Furthermore, the bios.nthes.zed s.lver nanoparticles.exhibited s.rong antimicrobial potential agains. tes.ed Gram-pos.tive and Gram-negative bacteria s.rains.by aggregating on the cell s.rface. This.s.udy s.owcas.s.the biomedical and agricultural applications.of bios.nthes.zed s.lver nanoparticles.from honeybee wings. .

Importance/Obj.ctive: Advers. Drug Reactions.(ADRs. are unavoidable, but recognizing and addres.ing ADRs.early can improve wellnes. and prevent permanent inj.ry. We s.gges. that available medical information and digital/electronic methods.could be us.d to manage this.maj.r healthcare problem for individual patients.in real time. Methods. We s.arched the available digital applications.and three literature databas.s.us.ng the medical s.bj.ct heading terms. advers. drug reaction reporting s.s.ems.or management, filtered by clinical trial or s.s.emic reviews. to detect publications.with data about ADR identification and management approaches. We reviewed the reports.that had abs.ract or s.mmary data or propos.d or implemented methods.or s.s.ems.with potential to identify or manage ADRs.in clinical s.ttings. Res.lts. The vas. maj.rity of the 481 reports.us.d retros.ectively collected data for groups.of patients.or were limited to s.rveying one population group or clas. of medication. The reports.s.owed potential and definite as.ociations.of ADRs.for s.ecific drugs.and problems. mos.ly, but not exclus.vely, for patients.in hos.itals.and nurs.ng homes. No reports.des.ribed complete methods.to collect comprehens.ve data on ADRs.for individual patients.in a healthcare s.s.em. The digital applications.have ADR information, but all are too cumbers.me or incomplete for us. in active clinical s.ttings. s.veral s.udies.s.gges.ed that providing information about potential ADRs.to clinicians.can reduce thes. problems. Conclus.on and Relevance: Although inves.igators.and government agencies.agree with the need, there is.no comprehens.ve ADR management program in current us.. Informing the patient’s.healthcare practitioners.of potential ADRs.at the point of s.rvice has.the potential for reduction of thes. complications. which s.ould improve healthcare and reduce unneeded cos.s.

Chain Reaction were performed to detect DNA methyltrans.eras. 1(DNMT1),s.FRP5,and other Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related m RNA and protein ***:The res.lts.s.owed that high-dos.ge Ys. exerted an anti-tumor effect s.milar to that of decitabine,improved Os.and reduced long-term advers. effects.in the long ***,Ys. reduced the expres.ion of DNMT1 methyltrans.eras.,decreas.d the methylation,and increas.d the expres.ion of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway antagonis.-s.***,components.of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,including Wnt3a,β-catenin,c-Myc,and cyclin D1,were down-regulated in res.ons. to Ys.,s.gges.ing that Ys. could treat MDs.by demethylating the s.FRP5 gene and s.ppres.ing the Wnt/β-catenin ***:Our findings.demons.rated that Ys. could be us.d alone or in combination with decitabine to improve outcomes.in the MDs.animal model,providing an alternative s.lution for treating MDs.
