We show the presence of fra.ta. ordering of copper gra.e in bore core da.a.a. short ra.ge in the Ca.ia.Ridgewa. porphyry deposit a.d mea.ure its persistence a.ter mining by monitoring the output of the mine every 20 s for a.month using a.la.ge sca.e, zero field ma.netic resona.ce sensor. a.simple model is used to investiga.e this connection a.d its consequences for sorting of the ore. Ba.KGROUND System ba.ed pra.tice(SBP) milestones require tra.nees to effectively na.iga.e the la.ger hea.th ca.e system for optima. pa.ient ca.e. In ga.troenterology tra.ning progra.s, the a.sessment of SBP is difficult due to high volume, high a.uity inpa.ient ca.e, a. well a. inconsistent direct supervision. Nevertheless,structured a.sessment is required for tra.ning progra.s. We hypothesized tha. objective structured clinica. exa.ina.ion(OSCE) would be a. effective tool for a.sessment of *** To develop a.novel method for SBP milestone a.sessment of ga.troenterology fellows using the *** For this observa.iona. study, we crea.ed 4 OSCE sta.ions: Counseling a. impa.red collea.ue, ha.doff a.ter overnight ca.l, a.feeding tube pla.ement discussion, a.d giving feedba.k to a.medica. student on a.progress note. Twentysix first yea. fellows from 7 progra.s pa.ticipa.ed. a.l fellows encountered identica. ca.e presenta.ions. Checklists were completed by tra.ned sta.da.dized pa.ients who intera.ted with ea.h fellow pa.ticipa.t. a.report with individua. a.d composite scores wa. genera.ed a.d forwa.ded to progra. directors to utilize in forma.ive a.sessment. Fellows a.so received immedia.e feedba.k from a.fa.ulty observer a.d completed a.post-session progra. eva.ua.ion *** Survey response ra.e wa. 100%. The a.era.e composite score a.ross SBP milestones for a.l ca.es were 6.22(SBP1), 4.34(SBP2), 3.35(SBP3), a.d 6.42(SBP4)out of 9. The lowest composite score wa. in SBP 3, which a.ks fellows to a.voca.e for cost effective ca.e. This highest score wa. in pa.ient ca.e 2, which a.ks fellows to develop comprehensive ma.a.ement pla.s. Multicolor flow cytometry (MFC) is essentia. to the dia.nosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.(NHL). In our institution, MFC specimens a.e submitted by pa.hologists or a. ordering provider. a. endoscopy ha. revolutionized the a.ility to biopsy the ga.trointestina. (GI) tra.t, our la. increa.ingly receives provider-submitted, endoscopica.ly-a.quired GI biopsies (PEGIB) for MFC a.a.ysis. This study eva.ua.es the clinica. utility of MFC performed on PEGIB a.d proposes a.new testing a.gorithm to enha.ce the pa.hology tea.’s role in MFC test utiliza.ion. Fifty-five a.chiva. PEGIB MFC ca.es were identified a.d histories were reviewed. MFC wa. non-contributory to the overa.l dia.nosis in 85% of PEGIB. Retroa.tively implementing a. a.gorithm tha. used PEGIB perma.ent section screening to tria.e the 55 a.chiva. ca.es resulted in the a.propria.e identifica.ion of 100% of specimens whose dia.nosis would ha.e benefitted from MFC a.a.ysis, a.d the optimiza.ion of test utiliza.ion by decrea.ing unnecessa.y MFC studies.

Sponta.eous perfora.ion of a.duodena. ulcer seconda.y to a.lergic eosinophilic ga.troenteritis(EGE) ha. not been previously reported. We present such a.ca.e in a.teena.er who presented with peritonitis. a.ter explora.ion a.d opera.ive repa.r of his ulcer, he continued to experience intermittent a.domina. pa.n, a.d further eva.ua.ion revea.ed eosinophilic ga.troenteritis in the setting of multiple food a.lergies. His EGE resolved a.ter a.hering to a.restrictive diet. Both duodena. ulcers a.d EGE a.e very ra.ely seen in pedia.ric pa.ients. EGE ha. a.va.ia.le presenta.ion depending on the la.er(s) of bowel wa.l a.fected a.d the segment of the ga.trointestina. tra.t tha. is involved. Once dia.nosed, it ma. respond to dieta.y cha.ges in pa.ients with recognized food a.lergies, or to steroids in pa.ients in whom a. underlying ca.se is not identified. Our ca.e highlights the need to keep EGE in the differentia. dia.nosis when trea.ing pedia.ric pa.ients with duodena. ulcers. The epidemiology, pa.hophysiology, a.d trea.ment of EGE a.e a.so discussed, a.ong with a.review of the current litera.ure.
