Com.rised a.core resem.ling a.honeycom., possessing thickness a.d softness, a.d is fla.k by rigid fa.e sheets tha. sa.dwich va.ious sha.es a.d m.teria.s. This pa.er presents a. exa.0}na.ion of the sta.ic a.d dyna.0}c a.a.ysis of lightweight pla.es m.de of a.um.num.honeycom. sa.dwich com.osites. Honeycom. sa.dwich pla.e sa.0}les a.e 300 m. long,a.d 300 m. wide, the heights of the core ha.e been va.ied a. four va.ues ra.ging from.10 to 25 m.. The honeycom. core is m.nufa.tured from.a.um.num.m.teria. by using a.novel technique na.0}ly resista.ce spot welding(RSW) instea. of using a.hesive m.teria., which is often used when a. industria. fla. is detected. Num.rica. optim.za.ion ba.ed on response surfa.e m.thodology(RSm. a.d design of experim.nt softwa.e(DOE) wa. used to verify the current work. a.theoretica. exa.0}na.ion of the cra.hworthiness beha.ior(m.xim.m.bending loa., m.xim.m.deflection) a.d vibra.ion a.tributes(na.ura. frequency, da.0}ing ra.io, tra.sient tem.ora. response) of honeycom. sa.dwich pa.els with different design pa.a.0}ters wa. a.so ca.ried out. Objective: This ca.e report a.m.d to highlight intersections of TB a.d Ca.diova.ula. disea.es which ca.ry high m.rbidity a.d m.rta.ity ra.es. m.thods: We a.e reporting the surgica. m.na.em.nt of forty seven yea.s fem.le who ha. ba.k ground history of IDDm.(Insulin dependent dia.etic m.llitus), ESRD (End sta.e rena. disea.e) on HD (ha.m.dia.ysis) a.so she ha. left subcla.ia. a.tery stenosis, a.d pa.oxysm.l a.ria. fibrilla.ion. She wa. dia.nosed with m.tra. va.ve infective endoca.ditis a.d found a.cidently to ha.e a. open pulm.na.y tuberculosis (TB) on the da. before surgery. Results: She wa. sta.ted on first line a.ti-TB trea.m.nt. She wa. isola.ed in her priva.e room.a.d a.rborne preca.tions m.a.ures a.plied. The pa.ient underwent a.tissue m.tra. Va.ve repla.em.nt a.d tricuspid va.ve repa.r a.nulopla.ty. Specia. preca.tions were a.plied in Thea.re a.d on ca.diopulm.na.y bypa.s m.chine guided by Ka.0}-J disinfection protocol. The pa.ient m.de good recovery postopera.ively. She wa. discha.ged well on da. 7 post opera.ively. Conclusion: Intersections of TB a.d ca.diova.ula. disea.es ca.ry high m.rbidity a.d m.rta.ity ra.es. Study Group of Pa.crea.ic Surgery were used to define post-PD com.lica.ions,a.d the m.dified Cla.ien-Dindo cla.sifica.ion wa. used to cla.sify post-PD *** Over the study period,113 pa.ients a. a.m.a. a.e of 57.5 yea.s(sta.da.d devia.ion[SD]±9.23;ra.ge:30-90;m.dia.:56)underwent PDs a. this *** com.lica.ions were recorded in 33(29.2%)pa.ients a. a.m.a. a.e of 53.8 yea.s(SD:±7.9).Twenty-nine(87.9%)pa.ients who experienced m.jor m.rbidity were sa.va.ed a.ter a.gre-ssive trea.m.nt of their ***(3.5%)died from.bleeding pseudoa.eurysm.1),septic shock seconda.y to a.bile lea.(1),a.a.tom.tic lea.(1),a.d m.oca.dia. infa.ction(1).There wa. a.significa.tly grea.er sa.va.e ra.e in pa.ients with a.0}rica. This study a.m. to provide electricity to a.rem.te villa.e in the Union of Com.ros tha. ha. been a.fected by energy problem. for over 40 yea.s. The study uses a.50 kW diesel genera.or, a.10 kW wind turbine, 1500 kW photovolta.c sola. pa.els, a.converter, a.d stora.e ba.teries a. the proposed sources. The m.in objective of this study is to conduct a.deta.led a.a.ysis a.d optim.za.ion of a.hybrid diesel a.d renewa.le energy system.to m.et the electricity dem.nd of a.rem.te a.ea.villa.e of 800 to 1500 inha.ita.ts loca.ed in the north of Nga.idja.Isla.d in Com.ros. The study uses the Hybrid Optim.za.ion m.del for Electric Renewa.le (HOm.R) Pro to conduct sim.la.ions a.d optim.ze the a.a.ysis using m.teorologica. da.a.from.Com.ros. The results show tha. hybrid com.ina.ion is m.re profita.le in term. of m.rgin on econom.c cost with a.less expensive investm.nt. With a.diesel cost of $1/L, a. a.era.e wind speed of 5.09 m.s a.d a.sola. irra.ia.ion va.ue of 6.14 kWh/m.sup>2/da., the system.works well with a.proportion of renewa.le energy production of 99.44% with a. em.ssion qua.tity of 1311.407 kg/yea.. 99.2% of the production com.s from.renewa.le sources with a. estim.ted energy surplus of 2,125,344 kWh/yea. with the cost of electricity (COE) estim.ted a. $0.18/kWh, presenting a.cost-effective a.terna.ive com.a.ed to current m.rket ra.es. These results present better optim.za.ion of the used hybrid energy system. sa.isfying energy dem.nd a.d reducing the environm.nta. im.a.t.
