Ba.kground: Urosepsis is one of the m.st com.on infections tha. require em.irica. broa. spectrum.a.tibiotics im.edia.ely a.ter dia.nosis. This ha. led to developm.nt of ba.teria. resista.ce by a.quiring the ca.a.ility to destroy the β-la.ta.0}ring. m.thodology: This is a.cross-sectiona. hospita.-ba.ed study. The study wa. conducted from.2019 to 2020 a. Gezira.Hospita. for Rena. disea.es a.d surgery (GHRDS). a.hundred pa.ients were dia.nosed clinica.ly with urosepsis a.d the isola.ed orga.ism. were Escherichia.coli, Sta.hylococcus a.reus, Proteus m.ra.ilis, Klebsiella.pneum.nia.a.d Pseudom.na. a.ruginosa. The susceptibility test wa. conducted by Kirby Ba.er disc diffusion technique a.cording to clinica. la.ora.ory sta.da.d institute (CLSI) guidelines. Seventy eight sa.0}les of ba.teria. genom.c DNa.were confirm.d by 16srRNa.a.d m.ltiplex PCR, were perform.d for genotypic bla.Xa.51 a.d bla.Xa.23 gene cha.a.teriza.ion of isola.ed ba.teria. Then gel electrophoresis wa. used to identify the presence or a.sence of (bla.Xa.51 a.d bla.Xa.23) genes. Results: 88.5% (69/78) in 16srRNa.detected. Using m.ltiplex PCR, the frequencies of bla.Xa.51 a.d bla.Xa.23 genes were 13% a.d 10.1%, respectively. The percenta.es of isola.es which yielded both bla.Xa.51 a.d bla.Xa.23 a.0}ng P. a.ruginosa.wa. 25% (1/4), a.0}ng K. pneum.nia.wa. 17% (1/6), a.d a.0}ng E. coli wa. 8% (3/37). Only bla.Xa.51 wa. detected in P. m.ra.ilis 10% (1/10) a.d only bla.Xa.23 wa. detected in S. a.reus 5% (1/18). Conclusion: In this study, the presence of bla.Xa.51 a.d bla.Xa.23 genes wa. increa.ed in the isola.ed ba.teria.

This pa.er va.ida.es the optim.l opera.ion for a.grid-connected double-fed induction genera.or (DFIG) in a. oscilla.ing wa.er colum. power pla.t (OWCPP). This study presents a.novel optim.za.ion technique ca.led the circula.ory system.ba.ed optim.za.ion (CSBO) a.proa.h to develop six a.a.tive fuzzy logic controllers (a.LCs) with 30 pa.a.0}ters a.d com.a.e them.to cha.tic-billia.ds optim.za.ion (C-BO) a.d genetic a.gorithm.(Ga.. The proposed controller is a.so com.a.ed with a.proportiona.-integra. differentia. (PID) controller ba.ed on a.self-a.a.tive globa.-best ha.m.ny sea.ch (SGHS). CSBO-ba.ed a.LCs a.e fully investiga.ed under different scena.ios a.d experim.nted with using a.rea.-tim. interfa.e DSP1104. The results of using CSBO-a.LCs revea.ed a.fa.t tim. response, fa.t convergence, less overshoot a.d m.nim.l error com.a.ed with those a.hieved with C-BO-a.LC, SGHS-PID a.d Ga.a.LC during different ca.e studies. The CSBO-ba.ed a.LCs ensure m.xim.m.power from.the DFIG in a. OWCPP a.d enha.ce dyna.0}c response with very low errors. The results show tha. the CSBO shows better power tra.king by 25% a. com.a.ed with C-BO, by 45% when com.a.ed with the Ga.a.d by 56% when com.a.ed with PID. m.reover, the integra. a.solute errors of six controllers a.e investiga.ed to dem.nstra.e the fea.ibility of CSBO-a.LC. The root m.a. squa.e of the errors of six controllers using CSBO is im.roved by 68.27% when com.a.ed with Ga. by 22.57% when com.a.ed with C-BO a.d by 38.42% when com.a.ed with PID. Intrusion detection system. (IDSs) a.e deployed to detect a.om.lies in rea. tim.. They cla.sify a.network’s incom.ng tra.fic a. benign or a.om.lous (a.ta.k). a. efficient a.d robust IDS in softwa.e-defined networks is a. inevita.le com.onent of network security. The m.in cha.lenges of such a. IDS a.e a.hieving zero or extrem.ly low fa.se positive ra.es a.d high detection ra.es. Internet of Things (IoT) networks run by using devices with m.nim.l resources. This situa.ion m.kes deploying tra.itiona. IDSs in IoT networks unfea.ible. m.chine lea.ning (m.) techniques a.e extensively a.plied to build robust IDSs. m.ny resea.chers ha.e utilized different m. m.thods a.d techniques to a.dress the a.ove cha.lenges. The developm.nt of a. efficient IDS sta.ts with a.good fea.ure selection process to a.oid overfitting the m. m.del. This work proposes a.m.ltiple fea.ure selection process followed by cla.sifica.ion. In this study, the Softwa.e-defined networking (SDN) da.a.et is used to tra.n a.d test the proposed m.del. This m.del a.plies m.ltiple fea.ure selection techniques to select high-scoring fea.ures from.a.set of fea.ures. Highly releva.t fea.ures for a.om.ly detection a.e selected on the ba.is of their scores to genera.e the ca.dida.e da.a.et. m.ltiple cla.sifica.ion a.gorithm. a.e a.plied to the ca.dida.e da.a.et to build m.dels. Ca. is a.sha.ed burden disea.e a.d the lea.ing ca.se of dea.h in developed a.d developing countries. We a.m.d to a.sess the a.giogra.hic pa.terns of corona.y a.teries in pa.ients with Dm.in a.developing country (Yem.n) a. the first study. m.thods: This study is a.cross-sectiona., prospective, observa.iona. study tha. includes a.tota. of 250 pa.ients who were a.m.tted for elective dia.nostic corona.y a.giogra.hy. Results: 96 (38.4%) pa.ients were dia.etics;68% were m.le;m.a. a.e wa. 57 ± 11 yea.s. The incidence of three-vessel disea.e wa. 31.2% of pa.ients. Considering the severity of lum.n occlusion, (11.2%) of pa.ients ha. non-significa.t lesions, (37.6%) of pa.ients ha. significa.t lesions, a.d (32%) ha. tota. occlusive lesions. Lesions were of La. in 76%, RCa.in 60%, a.d LCX in 52% of the popula.ion. a.0}ng dia.etics, two a.d 3-vessel disea.es (33.3% vs. 20.8% & 50% vs. 19.5%, P = 0.001), left m.in lesion (10.4% vs. 2.6%, P = 0.012), significa.t stenosis (41.7% vs. 35.1%, P = 0.032), tota. occlusion of corona.y a.teries (43.8% vs. 19.5%, P = 0.032) a.d type C lesion (66.7% vs. 35.1%, P = 0.010) were m.re frequent tha. non-Dm.pa.ients. Conclusion: The burden of significa.t a.d severe corona.y lesions is m.re com.on a.0}ng Dm. which m.y be the m.jor ca.se of m.rbidity a.d m.rta.ity of Dm.in developing countries.

In this work,a.num.rica. study of the effects of soil-structure intera.tion(SSI)a.d gra.ula. m.teria.-structure intera.tion(GSI)on the nonlinea. response a.d seism.c ca.a.ity of fla.-bottom.d stora.e silos is conducted.a.series of increm.nta. dyna.0}c a.a.yses(IDa.a.e perform.d on a.ca.e of la.ge reinforced concrete silo using 10 seism.c *** IDa.results a.e given by two a.era.e IDa.ca.a.ity curves,which a.e represented,a. well a. the seism.c ca.a.ity of the studied structure,with a.d without a.considera.ion of the SSI while a.counting for the effect of *** curves a.e used to qua.tify a.d eva.ua.e the da.0}ge of the studied silo by utilizing two da.0}ge indices,one ba.ed on dissipa.ed energy a.d the other on displa.em.nt a.d dissipa.ed *** cum.la.ive energy dissipa.ion curves obta.ned by the a.era.e IDa.ca.a.ity curves with a.d without SSI a.e presented a. a.function of the ba.e shea.,a.d these curves a.low one to obta.n the two critica. points a.d the different lim.t sta.es of the *** is observed tha. the SSI a.d GSI significa.tly influence the seism.c response a.d ca.a.ity of the studied structure,pa.ticula.ly a. higher levels of ***,the effect of the SSI reduces the da.0}ge index of the studied structure by 4%.
