The exocrine structure is significantly affected by diabetes because of endocrine structure-function disorder within the pancreas. Exocrine pancreatic dysfunction (EPD) is the general name of the malabsorption process resulting from inadequate production, release, decreased activation, and/or insufficient degradation of enzymes required for digestion from pancreatic acinar cells. It is important to diagnose patients early and correctly, since there may be both macro- and micro-nutrient deficiency in EPD. In this paper, EPD, the diabetes- EPD relationship, and the predictive, effective factors affecting the emergence of EPD are briefly explained and summarized with contemporary literature and our experienced based on clinical, lab, and radiological findings.

The research explored the ways and means of narrative design in which regional cultural elements are integrated into cultural and creative *** also researched a new way of thinking and methods of creative product design based on regional cultural elements in order to satisfy consumers’emotional and cultural *** theory takes the perspective of narrative expression in the design of cultural and creative *** regional cultural elements were used for better interactive communication with consumers in the form of cultural and creative *** the narrative of cultural and creative product design,intervening in the development of regional cultural and creative design from the perspective of narratology can better exert and create the cultural value of the region itself,with cultural and creative products playing an important role in“local cultural stories.”This research adopted a qualitative approach and provided ideas and guidance for the narrative design and expression of regional cultural elements in creative products through comparative analysis of case *** research highlighted the role of narrative design in creating multi-layered experiences,weaving regional cultural stories into products,and the importance of deep understanding and effective use of regional cultural elements in design.

Psychoacoustic parameters are mostly used for determining the sound quality of mechanical *** have also started to be used for evaluating soundscapes of open areas and enclosed *** research aims to find out the relationship between the psychoacoustic parameters and acoustic comfort in non-acoustic enclosed public spaces,specifically in eating *** on-site measurements and laboratory listening tests were conducted for five eating *** on-site measurements,a simultaneous questionnaire study was also carried *** and objective data were comparatively *** tests were based on auralizations with calibrated simulation *** provided a research model,that allows control over the acoustic environment without having to make real changes in the physical elements of the eating *** auralization sound files were presented to listening test participants with headphones and they evaluated soundscapes with different psychoacoustic *** results,better acoustic comfort was found to be related with higher sharpness,lower reverberation time,lower loudness and lower roughness values for the examined parameter ranges.

Genetic analysis of selected almond genotypes and cultivars grown in Turkey using peroxidase-gene-based markers

Peroxidase plays important roles in many stress-related interactions and catalyzes important reactions in various physiological processes. Since peroxidase played critical roles in the evolution of almond（Prunus dulcis Miller（D.A Webb） syn P. amygdalus Batsch）, peroxidase-gene-based analyses may increase the understanding of evolution of this species. Peroxidase gene polymorphism（POGP） markers were used to determine genetic diversity and relationships among 69 Turkish genotypes/cultivars and 27 foreign almond cultivars by using unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean（UPGMA） analysis. This study is the first evaluation of the use of POGP markers for diversity analysis in ***, 83 fragments were obtained from eight peroxidase primer pairs, and polymorphism was identified as 94 %.Similarity level among the genotypes ranged between 0.63 and 0.93, and all materials were distinguished. In general,Turkish and foreign genotypes were mixed in clusters since they share a common genetic background and gene migration among the sites. Clusters were not based on geographic regions except for some minor groupings. This study indicated that peroxidase gene markers can be reliably used to determine genetic relationships in almonds.

Influences of crystal-fields （DA and DB ） and interlayer coupling interactions （J3） on dynamic magnetic critical behaviors of a mixed-spin （3//2, 2） bilayer system under an oscillating magnetic field are investigated by the Glauber-type stochastic dynamics based on the mean-field theory. For this purpose, dynamic phase diagrams are constructed in the reduced temperature and magnetic field amplitude plane for the ferromagnetic/ferromagnetic （FM/FM）, antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic （AFM/FM） and AFM/AFM interactions in detail. We observe that the influences of DA, DB and Ja interactions parameters on the behavior of the dynamic phase diagrams are very much.

Objective To determine the metal contents of date palm （Pheonix dactylifera） samples in dry season from Denizli-Turkey for investigation of heavy metal-polluted traffic. Method The levels of iron, copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, nickel, chromium, and manganese ions in the leaves of thirty five date palm （Pheonix dactylifera） samples collected from various levels of traffic in the streets of Denizli-Turkey were determined by graphite furnace or flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The wet, dry, and microwave digestion procedures for the date palm （Pheonix dactylifera） leaves were compared. The accuracy of the digestion procedures was checked using a standard reference material （IAEA-336 Lichen, SRM）. Results Microwave digestion procedure for the leaves was preferred because it was more proper with respect to both time and recovery than dry and wet digestion. The levels of the heavy metal ions investigated were the highest on the samples from high traffic level. Also correlations between metal levels and traffic volume for all the metals were investigated. Conclusion In the light of our findings, the date palm （Phoenix dactylifera） leaves are suitable as a biomonitor for atmospheric heavy metal-polluted traffic. Significant correlations can be obtained between traffic levels and heavy metal concentrations.

Some species of females,e.g.,chicken,bird,fish etc.,might mate with more than one *** the mating of these polygamous creatures,there is competition between males as well as among their ***,male reproductive success depends on both male competition and sperm *** by this type of sexual life of roosters with chickens,a novel nature-inspired optimization algorithm called Roosters Algorithm(RA)is *** algorithm was modelled and implemented based on the sexual behavior of roosters.13 well-known benchmark optimization functions and 10 IEEE CEC 2018 test functions are utilized to compare the performance of RA with the performance of well-known algorithms;Standard Genetic Algorithm(SGA),Differential Evolution(DE),Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),Cuckoo Search(CS)and Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO).Also,non-parametric statistical tests,Friedman and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Tests,were performed to demonstrate the significance of the *** 20 of the 23 functions that were tested,RA either offered the best results or offered similar results to other compared ***,in this paper,we not only present a novel nature-inspired algorithm,but also offer an alternative method to the well-known algorithms commonly used in the literature,at least as effective as them.

Nuclear fusion is one of the world's primary energy sources. Studies on the structural fusion materials are very important in terms of the development of fusion technology. Chromium, nickel, zinc, scandium, titanium,and yttrium are important structural fusion materials. In this paper, for use in nuclear science and technology applications, the excitation functions of the ^(50)Cr(d, n)^(51)Mn,^(58)Ni(d, n)^(59)Cu,^(64)Zn(d, n)^(65)Ga,^(66)Zn(d, n)^(67)Ga,^(45)Sc(d,2n)^(45)Ti,^(47)Ti(d, 2n)^(47)V,^(48)Ti(d, 2n)^(48)V, and ^(89)Y(d, 2n)^(89)Zr nuclear reactions were investigated. The calculations that are based on the pre-equilibrium and equilibrium reaction processes were performed using ALICE–ASH computer code. A comparison with geometry-dependent hybrid model has been made using the initial exciton numbers n_0= 4–6 and level density parameters α = A/5; A/8; A/***, the present model-based calculations were compared with the cross sections obtained using the formulae suggested from our previous studies. Furthermore, the cross section results have been compared with TENDL data based on TALYS computer code and the measured data in the literature.
