Background:Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is globally epidem.c. Several m.cocutaneous diseases are well established in association with HCV infection. Few case reports describe the recently recognized HCV-related skin disorder term.d necrolytic acral erythem. (NAE). m.thods:Thirty patients with NAE were identified in a university-based derm.tology clinic in Cairo, Egypt. These patients were observed over tim. to docum.nt the clinical and histologic findings of this disorder. Results:All patients were infected with HCV. Erythem.tous papules arose m.st com.only on the dorsal aspect of the feet, particularly the dorsal surface of the great toe. Progression resulted in confluence into erythem.tous dusky plaques with adherent scale and central erosion. The eruption extended to involve the lower leg and other regions in som. patients but never affected palm. or soles, the nail bed, nail plate, or m.cous m.m.ranes. Skin biopsy specim.ns from.fully evolved lesionsdisplayed psoriasiform.changes in association with m.re characteristic findings of keratinocyte necrosis and papillom.tosis. Lim.tations:We did not perform.a prospective review of patients known to be infected with HCV. Patients were identified from.a general clinic population and then assayed for HCV serology. Conclusions:NAE is a distinctive skin disorder associated with HCV infection in all cases reported to date. Recognition of this disease should alert practitioners to the need for viral testing and appropriate counseling of patients.

为准确评价参试玉米品种在新疆博河流域的适应性,对各参试品种的生物学性状、农艺性状及产量等进行的综合分析。结果表明,初步筛选出适合新疆博河流域春播地膜栽培的玉米品种为先玉335和九圣禾626。新育6391、华西707、九圣禾620和强盛360折合(14%水分)单产均达到1300 kg/667 m.2以上,可以作为搭配品种在新疆博河流域适量种植。

以从传统发酵酸驼乳中优势菌种粪肠球菌作为浓缩型酸驼乳发酵剂的原料菌,制备粪肠球菌液芯微胶囊,以液芯微胶囊作为微反应器,将乳清粉作为基础培养基,补充适当碳氮源、促生长因子、p H缓冲剂通过单因素实验和响应曲面实验优化高密度发酵培养的培养基配方。微囊化粪肠球菌的最佳培养基配方:乳清粉60 g/L,蔗糖18.22 g/L,蛋白胨35.94 g/L,胡萝卜汁152.82 m.L/L,CaCO_39.21 g/L,m.SO_40.28 g/L,m.SO_40.18 g/L。按照此配方进行增殖培养时,粪肠球菌的菌体浓度可达到2.1×10^(14)cfu/g。为浓缩型酸驼乳发酵剂提供依据。
