Data harmonization and documentation of the data processing are essential prerequisites for enabling Canonical Analysis *** recently revised Terabyte-scale air quality database system,which the Tropospheric Ozone Assessment Report(TOAR)created,contains one of the world's largest collections of near-surface air quality measurements and considers FAIR data principles as an integral part.A special feature of our data service is the on-demand processing and product generation of several air quality metrics directly from the underlying *** this paper,we show that the necessary data harmonization for establishing such online analysis services goes much deeper than the obvious issues of common data formats,variable names,and measurement units,and we explore how the generation of FAIR Digital Objects(FDO)in combination with automatically generateddocumentation may support Canonical Analysis Workflows for airquality and related data.

We study a numerical method for solving a system of Volterra-renewal integral equations with space fluxes,that represents the Chapman-Kohnogorov equation for a class of piecewise deterministic stochastic *** solution of this equation is related to the time dependent distribution function of the stochastic process and it is a non-negative and non-decreasing function of the *** on the Bernstein polynomials,we build up and prove a non-negative and non-decreasing numerical method to solve that equation, with quadratic convergence order in space.

中亚造山带发育众多大型-超大型斑岩型Cu矿床。尽管这些矿床通常发育时代相近的大规模岩浆作用,但只存在少数成矿岩浆。因此,如何区分矿区内的成矿和贫矿岩浆对于找矿勘查至关重要。为了探讨这一问题,本文对哈萨克斯坦科翁腊德矿集区石炭纪的贫矿岩浆岩和成矿花岗闪长斑岩中的磷灰石、角闪石、黑云母和斜长石进行结构和成分分析,对弱蚀变岩石开展全岩主量元素分析。测试结果显示,贫矿岩浆岩和成矿花岗闪长斑岩均为富H_(2)O的(>~4%)氧化性(>~ΔNNO+1.63)岩浆,属于中钾或高钾钙碱性系列岩石。贫矿岩浆岩中斜长石An值存在显著变化(ΔAn在26~34)并与FeO含量呈正相关,表明其经历了明显的岩浆混合作用,而该过程在成矿花岗闪长斑岩中不明显。磷灰石、角闪石和黑云母成分对比显示,成矿花岗闪长斑岩的氧逸度和H_(2)O含量与贫矿岩浆岩没有显著差别,但它具有更高的岩浆Cl和S含量。岩浆矿物结构和成分研究表明,在岩浆迁移至地壳浅部仍含有充足的Cl、S和成矿元素是科翁腊德矿集区斑岩型Cu矿床形成的关键。在科翁腊德矿集区,具有一定成矿潜力的岩浆(如合适的氧逸度、H_(2)O含量和存在基性岩浆补给)由于在深部过早的发生流体出溶造成Cl、S和成矿元素从岩浆中散失(如贫矿辉长岩、闪长岩、花岗闪长岩),或者岩浆中Cl含量和Cu溶解度过低造成岩浆运移和富集成矿元素能力低(如贫矿花岗岩),最终不能形成斑岩型Cu矿床。本文研究结果表明,岩浆的Cl和S含量是区分科翁腊德矿集区成矿和贫矿岩体的有效标识,而岩浆的氧逸度、H_(2)O含量和F含量在两者间没有明显差异。

Since taking part as leading actors in driving the metastatic process,circulating tumor cells(CTCs)have displayed a wide range of potential applications in the cancer-related research *** their well-proved prognostic value,the role of CTCs in both predictive and diagnostics terms might be extremely informative about cancer properties and therefore highly helpful in the clinical decision-making ***,CTCs are scarcely released in the blood circulation and their counts vary a lot among different types of cancer,therefore CTC detection and consequent characterization are still highly *** this context,in vitro CTC cultures could potentially offer a great opportunity to expand the number of tumor cells isolated at different stages of the disease and thus simplify the analysis of their biological and molecular features,allowing a deeper comprehension of the nature of neoplastic *** aim of this review is to highlight the main attempts to establish in vitro CTC cultures from patients harboring different tumor types in order to highlight how powerful this practice could be,especially in optimizing the therapeutic strategies available in clinical practice and potentially preventing or contrasting the development of treatment resistance.
