Vitamin.B 12 is an.organ.metallic compoun. with importan. metabolic derivatives that act as cofactors of certain.en.ymes,which have been.grouped in.o three subfamilies depen.in. on.their *** them,methylmalon.l-CoA mutase (MCM) has been.exten.ively *** en.yme catalyzes the reversible isomerization.of L-methylmalon.l-CoA to succin.l-CoA usin. aden.sylcobalamin.(AdoCbl) as a cofactor participatin. in.the gen.ration.of radicals that allow isomerization.of the *** crystal structure of MCM determin.d in.Propion.bacterium freuden.eichii *** has helped to elucidate the role of this cofactor AdoCbl in.the reaction.to specify the mechan.sm by which radicals are gen.rated from the coen.yme an. to clarify the in.eraction. between.the en.yme,coen.yme,an. *** existen.e of human.methylmalon.c acidemia (MMA) due to the presen.e of mutation. in.MCM shows the importan.e of its role in.*** recen. crystallization.of the human.MCM has shown.that despite bein. similar to the bacterial protein.there are sign.fican. differen.es in.the structural organ.zation.of the two *** studies have iden.ified the in.olvemen. of an.accessory protein.called MMAA,which in.eracts with MCM to preven. Backgroun.:Medication.error can.occur throughout the drug treatmen. process,with special relevan.e in.children.given.the risk of adverse effects resultin. from a medication.error is more prevalen. than.in.*** sign.fican.e of medication.error in.children.is also greater because small error that would be tolerated in.adults can.cause sign.fican. damage in.***,the likelihood of in.ury is higher than.in.*** sources:Based on.the data published,most medication.errors take place in.prescribin. an. admin.stration.stages in.both *** in.accoun. that child's risk factors are differen. from those of adults,with some specific causes to pediatrics,we have reviewed available data about n.w techn.logies as a strategy to reduce pediatric medication.***:Even.though there is a lack of stan.ardized defin.tion. an. termin.logy that makes studies difficult to compare,we checked that n.w techn.logies have proven.to be effectives in.reducin. medication.errors,main.y computerized physician.order en.ry(CPOE)an. platforms to aid ***,we also observed that the use of these in.ormatic tools can.also gen.rate n.w ***:Implemen.ation.of CPOE programs for pediatrics,commun.cation.improvemen. between.healthcare profession.ls takin. care of admitted children.an. the kn.wledge of these programs should be the mayor priorities for the safety of hospitalized children.

The n.type thermoelectric Bi_(1.9)Lu_(0.1)Te_3 was prepared by microwave-solvothermal method an. spark plasma sin.erin.. The magn.tic field an. temperature depen.en.es of tran.verse magn.to resistan.e measured within.temperature 2-200 K in.erval allow fin.in. the peculiarities characteristic for stron.ly disordered an. in.omogen.ous semicon.uctors. The first peculiarity is due to appearan.e of lin.ar-in.agn.tic field con.ribution.to the total magn.to resistan.e reflected in.a crossover from quadratic magn.toresistan.e at low magn.tic fields to lin.ar magn.to resistan.e at high magn.tic fields. The lin.ar magn.toresistan.e can.result from the Hall resistan.e picked up from macroscopically distorted curren. paths due to local variation. in.stoichiometry of the compoun. studied. The secon. peculiarity is that both lin.ar magn.toresistan.e magn.tude an. crossover field are fun.tion. of carrier mobility which is in.agreemen. with the Parish an. Littlewood model developed for disordered an. in.omogen.ous semicon.uctors. An.in.rease in.the mobility due to a decrease in.temperature is accompan.ed by an.in.rease in.the magn.toresistan.e magn.tude an. a decrease in.the crossover field. Fin.lly, the third peculiarity is related to the remarkable deviation.of the total magn.toresistan.e measured at various temperatures from the Kohler's rule. Presen.e of stron. in.omogen.ity an. disorder in.the Bi_(1.9)Lu_(0.1)Te_3 structure con.luded from the magn.toresistan.e peculiarities can.be respon.ible for the remarkable reduction.in.the total thermal con.uctivity of this compoun..

The ammon.a electrooxidation.reaction.AmER)has attracted con.iderable atten.ion.due to its poten.ial for hydrogen.storage an. tran.portation.as well as its possible application.in.direct ammon.a fuel *** the presen. work,we studied ammon.a electrooxidation.on.carbon.supported Pt/C n.n.particles(n.s)of four average sizes of 1.3,2.2,2.8,an. 4.2 ***-supported Pt n.s with a 20 wt% metal loadin. were syn.hesized usin. the polyol method,an. the con.rol of the syn.hesis solution.pH allowed the formation.of Pt n.s of differen. average sizes,which was con.irmed by *** on.et poten.ial was more n.gative for the smallest n.n.particles(1.3 n.)compared to those for the larger ***/C with a mean.particle size of 2.2 n. showed better stability while exhibitin. comparable activity to the 1.3 n. *** revealed by in.situ polarization.modulation.in.rared reflection.absorption.spectroscopy(PM-IRRAS),the oxidation.products in.luded n.H species,azide ion.,an. n.trate an. n.trite *** n.H stretchin. peak was observed at about 2800 cm^(-1) on.the Pt surface an. in.the bulk of the ***,the in.en.ity of peaks correspon.in. to the reaction.products was differen. on.the surface of Pt an. in.the bulk of the ***_(2)−was mostly observed in.the bulk of the *** con.rast,n._(3)−was presen. on.the Pt ***-IRRAS demon.trated that the particle size affected the catalytic activity of Pt/C n.s but n.t their *** addition.the PM-IRRAS techn.que allowed,for the first time,distin.uishin. both symmetric an. asymmetric n.O bon.s that were n.t observed previously usin.
