Polymeric amin.s are bein. studied in.en.ively as compon.n.s of systems for gen. delivery in.gen.tic en.in.erin. an. gen. therapy of gen.tic disorders, in.ludin. can.er. Despite remarkable achievemen.s in.the field, polymeric amin.s, such as polyethylen.imin., show some disadvan.ages. Stron. in.eraction.between.the amin.-con.ain.n. polymer an. n.cleic acid hampers the release of n.cleic acid in.the cell cytoplasm. Amin. groups can.in.eract with the cell membran. which results in.cell death. These limitation. of polymeric amin.s stimulated an.in.estigation.of n.w structures for gen. delivery. Imidazole-con.ain.n. polymers have attracted atten.ion.as lesser basic substan.es, while they are able to in.eract with polymeric acids. Further developmen. of imidazole-based gen. delivery agen.s requires kn.wledge about some fun.amen.al aspects of in.eraction.between.n.cleic acids, an. polymeric imidazoles. In.this work, we studied the complexation.of poly(1-vin.limidazole) an. oligomeric Dn.. We foun. that the n.mber of active sites capable of bin.in. with n.gatively charged phosphate groups is comparable with the n.mber of proton.ted imidazole un.ts in.the case of high molecular weight polymer. The in.rease in.polymer charge by 1-bromopropan. quatern.zatin. 1%?5% imidazole un.ts or by decreasin. the pH to 6.5?7 con.iderably in.reased the ability of poly(1-vin.limidazole) to in.eract with oligon.cleotides. The pH sen.itivity of this in.eraction.is in.erestin. for can.er gen. therapy because the tumours have a lowered in.ercellular pH (stable oligon.cleotide complex) an. a higher extracellular pH which can.lead to complex dissociation. The large reserves of oil are disposed in.zon.s of permafrost in.shelf an. con.in.n.al fields. In.Europe the subarctic an. arctic tun.ra are abun.an. on.y in.n.n.tsky auton.mous area an. in.the n.rth-east of the republic of Komi. Oil an. gas production.activity has threaten.d richest biological resources an. health of the population.of the region. A sin.ularity of petroliferous fields of the n.rth of Russia is the existen.e of the thick strata of permafrost. On.top of them differen. heat-in.ulatin. overlyin. layers (sn.w, biogen.c covers) reside. State an. dyn.mics of permafrost cause progressin. dan.erous exogen.c geoecological processes, which are exhibited completely. State of permafrost is in.tituted by exchan.e of heat in.n.ar-surface strata of a geological section. Durin. the developmen. of oil fields there is a disturban.e of a temperature schedule of permafrost. For estimation.of techn.cal attack the an.lytical computation.l method of in.luen.e of the differen. factors on.value of an.ual heat exchan.e an. prediction.of geocryological con.ition. is proposed. It is shown. that such dan.erous phen.men. as degradation.of permafrost an. thermokarst would develop in.the first place, which would cause the destruction.of n.tural ecosystems.
