Me.hods Re.e.se.transcription-polyme.ase.chain re.ction and We.te.n blotting we.e.use. to e.aluate.the.spe.ime.s for mRNA and prote.n e.pre.sion, including 28 spe.ime.s with normal tissue. 28 spe.ime.s with atypical ductal hype.plasia, 33 spe.ime.s with ductal carcinoma in situ, and 51 spe.ime.s with invasive.ductal carcinoma. Re.ults Compare. with in situ and invasive.cance. spe.ime.s, both normal and atypical hype.plasia spe.ime.s had gre.te. rate. of de.e.table.mRNA （WWOX rate.ratio=2.95, 95% CI 1.24-7.08; FHIT rate.ratio=4.58, 95% CI 1.82-11.81） and We.te.n blotting de.e.table.prote.n （WWOX rate.ratio=4.12, 95% CI 1.63-10.73; FHIT rate.ratio=3.76, 95% CI 1.44-10.06）. For both prote.ns, diffe.e.ce. be.we.n normal and atypical hype.plasia spe.ime.s and be.we.n in situ and invasive.carcinoma spe.ime.s we.e.e.plainable.by chance.（P 〉0.05 for e.ch analysis）. Within e.ch histological cate.ory, diffe.e.ce. among fractions of spe.ime.s showe. that FHIT and WWOX mRNA and prote.n e.pre.sion we.e.e.plainable.by chance.（P 〉0.05 for e.ch analysis）. Conclusion e.pre.sion of FHIT and WWOX de.re.se. along with bre.st tissue.progre.s from a normal histological appe.rance.to atypical ductal hype.plasia, in situ cance., and the.final invasive.cance..

背景：Nisse.胃底折叠术（Nisse. fundoplication，NF）已不是治疗胃食管返流性疾病（gastroe.ophage.l re.lux dise.se.Ge.D）的唯一、有效的方法。对于能降低胃酸的手术方式来讲，如高选择性迷走神经切断术（highly se.e.tive.vagotomy，HSV），也不仅仅是一种辅助治疗方法。对高选择性迷走神经切断术联合Nisse.胃底折叠术（Nisse. fundoplication with highly se.e.tive.vagotomy，NFHSV）治疗Ge.D的作用目前尚无完整的评价。方法：2003年6月～2005年6月8例女性病人接受NFHSV，8例均有6个月Ge.D病史，经药物治疗症状无缓解，有餐前痛、消化性溃疡或严重的胃炎。平均随访时间12个月，术前、术后进行烧心严重程度评分测定（he.rt burn se.e.ity score.HSS）。结果：平均手术时间110min，无手术并发症。1例术后须用质子泵抑制剂，术后经戒烟5个月后停药。8例术后症状和烧心严重程度评分测定有明显改善。结论：NFHSV是有效的联合手术方式，尚需要进一步的研究证实这一联合术式的完全有效性和安全性。

Give. the.high and incre.sing lightning incide.ce.ove. the.Southe.st of Brazil and the.various impacts that this phe.ome.on ge.e.ate. to socie.y, the.e.is a growing ne.d in pre.icting its occurre.ce. in orde. to minimize.its conse.ue.ce.. In this conte.t, this work pre.e.ts the.de.e.opme.t of a me.hodology for the.proje.tion of lightning in the.State.of S?o Paulo (Southe.ste.n Brazil), using the.HadGe.2-e. and CSIRO-Mk3.6 mode.s in two IPCC climate.change.sce.arios: RCP4.5 and RCP8.5. Since.lightning is not an output variable.of climate.mode.s, te.ts we.e.carrie. out to e.aluate.the.re.ationship be.we.n the.obse.ve. data of oce.nic and atmosphe.ic fie.ds, which are.known as outputs of the.mode.s, and the.lightning from the.RINDAT and BrasilDAT de.e.tion ne.works. As re.ult, a corre.ation of 0.84 was obtaine.. In the.proje.tions, it was ve.ifie. that, while.during a large.portion of the.curre.t climate.we.obse.ve. e.e.ts of lightning be.ow the.ave.age. the.future.climate.re.e.ls the.pre.onde.ance.of anomalously above.ave.age.e.e.ts, both in the.sce.ario of inte.me.iate.low e.issions (RCP4.5) and in the.sce.ario of high e.issions (RCP8.5), sugge.ting a change.in the.patte.n of the.lightning incide.ce.in the.State.of S?o Paulo.
