Glutamine is one of the most abundant non-essential amino acids in human plasma and play. a crucial role in many.biological processes of the human body. Tumor cells take up a large amount of glutamine to meet their rapid proliferation requirements, which is supported by.the upregulation of glutamine transporters. Targeted inhibition of glutamine transporters effectively.inhibits cell growth and proliferation in tumors. Among all cancers, digestive sy.tem malignant tumors (DSMTs) have the highest incidence and mortality.rates, and the current therapeutic strategies for DSMTs are mainly.surgical resection and chemotherapy. Due to the relatively.low survival rate and severe side effects associated with DSMTs treatment, new treatment strategies are urgently.required. This article summarizes the glutamine transporters involved in DSMTs and describes their role in DSMTs. Additionally. glutamine transporter-target drugs are discussed, providing theoretical guidance for the further development of drugs DSMTs treatment. © 2024 The Authors.

Magnetosonic waves are an important medium for energy.transfer in collisionless space *** waves have been widely.investigated in the upstream of the bow shock at *** waves are believed to originate from pickup ions or reflected *** utilizing MAVEN spacecraft data,we have observed the occurrence of quasi-perpendicularly.propagating magnetosonic emissions near the proton gy.ofrequency.in the Martian magnetotail *** plasma waves are associated with a significant enhancement of proton and oxy.en *** excited magnetosonic waves could possibly.heat the protons through resonance and facilitate the ionospheric plasma *** results could be helpful to better understand the Mars’magnetospheric dy.amics and offer insights into possible energy.redistribution between waves and plasma in the Martian nightside magnetosphere.

We study.the dy.amic of scalar bosons in the presence of Aharonov-Bohm magnetic field. First, we give the differential equation that governs this dy.amic. Secondly. we use variational techniques to show that the following Schrödinger-Newton equation: , where A is an Aharonov-Bohm magnetic potential, has a unique ground-state solution.

Background: Oral cancer, a malignancy.that is prevalent worldwide, is often diagnosed at an advanced stage. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) in circulating exosomes have emerged as promising cancer biomarkers. The role of miRNA let-7c-5p in oral cancer remains underexplored, and its potential involvement in tumorigenesis warrants comprehensive investigation. Methods: Serum samples from 30 patients with oral cancer and 20 healthy.controls were used to isolate exosomes and quantify.their RNA content. Isolation of the exosomes was confirmed through transmission electron microscopy. Quantitative PCR was used to assess the miRNA profiles. The effects of let-7c-5p and TAGLN overexpression on oral cancer cell viability. migration, and invasion were analy.ed via CCK-8 and Transwell assay.. Moreover, we conducted mRNA sequencing of exosomal RNA from exosomes overexpressing let-7c-5p to delineate the gene expression profile and identify.potential let-7c-5p target genes. Results: let-7c-5p was upregulated in serum-derived exosomes of patients with oral cancer. Overexpression of let-7c-5p in the TCA8113 and CAL-27 cell lines enhanced their proliferative, migratory. and invasive capacities, and overexpression of let-7c-5p cell-derived exosomes promoted oral cancer cell invasiveness. Exosomal mRNA sequencing revealed 2,551 differentially.expressed genes between control cell-derived exosomes and overexpressed let-7c-5p cell-derived exosomes. We further identified TAGLN as a direct target of let-7c-5p, which has been implicated in modulating the oncogenic potential of oral cancer cells. Overexpression of TAGLN reverses the promoting role of let-7c-5p on oral cancer cells. Conclusion: Our findings highlight the role of exosomal let-7c-5p in enhancing oral cancer cell aggressiveness by.downregulating TAGLN expression, highlighting its potential as a diagnostic and therapeutic strategy. © 2024 The Authors.

A Cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared through hot-pressed sintering,and the material was subsequently.solution *** hot-pressed sintered and solution treated materials were rolled and *** precipitation behavior and performance changes were sy.tematically.studied by.using scanning electron microscopy.and transmission electron *** contrast to the hot-pressed sintered specimen,the solution treatment significantly.affects the thermal stability.and properties of the Cu-10wt%Fe *** Cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared after solid solution,cold rolling and aging at 773 K for 1 h,and it obtained excellent tensile strength of 494 MPa,uniform elongation of 16.3%,electrical conductivity.of 51.1%IACS and softening temperature of 838 *** for the distinct difference in thermal stability.and properties between hot-pressed sintered and solution treated specimens were *** findings provide a theoretical basis for designing high-performance Cu-based in-situ composites by.post treatment.
