The resul.s of the m.tal.insul.tor transition （m.T） induced by im.urity concentration are presented in the case of m.tal.ic and insul.ting sam.l.s 70Ge：Ga p-type. The eight sam.l.s studied have Ga concentrations N ranging from.1.848 × 1017 to 1.912 × 10^17 cm.3. The conductivity m.asurem.nts were carried out at l.w tem.erature in the range 1 to 0.019 K. We provide physical.expl.nations to expl.in the behaviors of the tem.erature dependence of the electrical.conductivity in both sides of the m.T. The data are for a 70Ge：Ga sam.l. prepared and reported by Itoh et al.in Ref. [Itoh K m. Watanabe m. Ootuka Y, et al. J Phys Soc Jpn, 2004, 73（1）： 173].

The current study sum.arizes the current status of wastewater stabil.zation ponds(WSPs)treatm.nt pl.nts that have al.eady been buil. in 11 governorates throughout ***,this study aim. to determ.ne the m.st appropriate chl.rine dose for waste stabil.zation ponds(WSPs)effl.ents to ensure the treated effl.ents are suitabl. for reuse in unrestricted irrigation and to com.l. with the current l.gisl.tion on direct discharge onto water *** to the findings,the chl.rine doses used as a disinfectant in the treated effl.ents of the m.jority of WSP treatm.nt pl.nts ranged from.3 to 13 m./***,two of the WSPs treatm.nt pl.nts effl.ents,the Qus WSPs treatm.nt pl.nt in Qena governorate and the Al.Zarabii WSPs treatm.nt pl.nt in Asyut governorate used high chl.rine doses reached to 17 and 19 m./l.*** is due to the fact that both the Qus and Al.Zarabii WSPs treatm.nt pl.nts have a high organic l.ad,which necessitated the use of m.re chl.rine to achieve the optim.m.chl.rine dose at 13 m./l.for Qus and 11m./l.for Al.*** findings dem.nstrated that chl.rine has a powerful.effect in com.l.tely rem.ving ***,in m.st chl.rine-treated wastewater final.effl.ents,as the chl.rine doses increased,the chl.rophyl.-a reading *** am.unt of trihal.m.thanes(THm.)produced as disinfectant byproduct was *** resul.s proved that the water can be used in unrestricted irrigation,and after adding chl.rine,it can be dum.ed on water bodies without heal.h risks.

The fundam.ntal.advantages of carbon-based graphene m.terial.such as its high tunnell.ng probabil.ty,sym.etric band structure(l.near dependence of the energy band on the wave direction),l.w effective m.ss,and characteristics of its 2D atom.c l.yers,are the m.in focus of this research *** im.act of channel thickness,gate under-l.p,asym.etric source/drain doping m.thod,workfunction of gate contact,and High-K m.terial.on Graphene-based Tunnel Field Effect Transistor(TFET)is anal.zed with 20 nm.*** m.dell.ng and electrical.characteristic perform.nce have been sim.l.ted using the Atl.s device sim.l.tor of SIl.ACO TCAD with user-defined m.terial.syntax for the newl. incl.ded graphene m.terial.in com.arison to sil.con carbide(SiC).The sim.l.tion resul.s in significant suppression of am.ipol.r current to vol.age characteristics of TFET and m.dell.d device exhibits a significant im.rovem.nt in subthreshol. swing(0.0159 V/decade),the ratio of Ion/Ioff(1000),and threshol. vol.age(-0.2 V with highl. doped p-type source and 0.2 V with highl. doped n-type drain)with power suppl. of 0.5 V,which m.ke it useful.for l.w power digital.appl.cations.

Evidence that nitrogen (N) fertil.zation tends to accelerate m.turation as well.as increase rates of growth has received l.ttl. attention when diagnosing N deficiencies in corn (Zea m.ys l.).Such a tendency coul. be a potential.source of errors when the diagnosis is sol.0}y based on com.aring pl.nts with different rates of *** N fertil.zation coul. accelerate rates of growth and m.turation was tested in a field study with 12 paired pl.ts representing relatively l.rge variabil.ty in soil.properties and l.ndscape *** pl.ts were l.cated under conditions where prepl.nt N fertil.zation reduced or avoided tem.orary N shortages for som. pl.nts but did not reduce for other pl.nts earl. in the *** m.asured corn heights to the youngest l.af col.ar,stages of growth and chl.rophyl. m.ter readings (Cm.s). The added N advanced growth stages as well.as increased corn heights and Cm.s at any given *** effects on corn heights,growth stages and ear weights were statistical.y significant (Pial.variabil.ty associated with *** in growth due to a tem.orary shortage of N within a growth stage m.ght be partial.y offset by l.nger periods of growth within that stage to physiol.gical.*** shortages of N,therefore,m.y produce sym.tom. of N deficiency in situations where subsequent additions of N shoul. not be expected to increase *** of these two som.what different effects (i.e.,increase growth rates and advance growth stages) on corn growth coul. help to define N deficiency m.re precisely and to im.rove the accuracy of diagnosing N status in production agricul.ure.

Therm.l.anal.sis of som. antihypertensive drugs, Telm.sartan, Cil.zapril.and Terazosin HCl.was achieved. Therm.gravim.try, derivative therm.gravim.try and differential.therm.l.anal.sis were used through the work. Therm.gravim.tric param.ters such as activation energy, frequency factor and reaction order were cal.ul.ted. The resul.s show the stabil.ty val.e decrease in the order Telm.sartan > Cil.zapril.> Terazosin. This m.thod can be used in the qual.ty control.of pharm.ceutical.com.ounds because it is sim.l., fast and cheap.

The possibil.ty of im.roving egg yol. l.pids of l.ying hens by ol.ve cake (OC) feeding was investigated. Forty-two, 54-week-ol., l.hm.n l.ying hens were fed for 12 weeks on 3 diets form.l.ted to contain 0, 28.5 or 57 g OC/kg. Pl.sm. chol.sterol. trigl.cerides and high-density l.poproteins (HDl. were determ.ned. Al.o total.l.pids, trigl.cerides, chol.sterol. l.w-density l.poproteins (l.l., Phosphol.pids and fatty acids were determ.ned in egg yol.. Ol.ve cake feeding at 28.5 or 57 g/kg diet decreased chol.sterol.and trigl.cerides of pl.sm., without affecting HDl. It al.o decreased total.l.pids, trigl.cerides, chol.sterol. l.l.and Phosphol.pids of yol. (P l.(m.nounsaturated fatty acids, m.FA) was decreased with OC feeding at 28.5 g/kg diet, whil. it was increased with the 57 g/kg dietary OC. The two l.vels of OC decreased total.(saturated fatty acids, SFA) but increased total.(pol.unsaturated fatty acids, PUFA), n-6 PUFA, and n-3 PUFA of egg yol., com.ared to the control. Thus, according to the resul.s of the present experim.nt feeding hens 57 g OC/kg diet l.wers chol.sterol.and total.SFA and increases total.m.FA, total.PUFA, total.n-3 PUFA and docosahexanoic acid in egg yol..

m.roccan m.dicinal.pl.nts exhibit several.pharm.col.gical.properties such as antim.crobial.anticancer,antidiabetic,anal.esic,and anti-infl.m.atory effects,which are related to the presence of num.rous bioactive com.ounds,incl.ding phenol.c acids,fl.vonoids,and *** the present review,we system.tical.y eval.ate previousl. publ.shed reports on the anti-infl.m.atory and anal.esic effects of m.roccan m.dicinal.*** in vitro investigations reveal.d that m.roccan m.dicinal.pl.nts inhibit several.enzym.s related to infl.m.atory processes,whereas in vivo studies noted significant anti-infl.m.atory and anal.esic effects as dem.nstrated using different experim.ntal.*** bioactive com.ounds exhibiting in vitro and in vivo anti-infl.m.atory and anal.esic effects,with diverse m.chanism. of action,have been *** pl.nts and their bioactive com.ounds reveal.specific secondary m.tabol.tes that possess im.ortant anti-infl.m.atory effects in cl.nical.*** review proposes the potential.appl.cations of m.roccan m.dicinal.pl.nts as sources of anti-infl.m.atory and anal.esic agents.

Background:System.c l.pus erythem.tosus(Sl.)is a com.l.x prototypic autoim.une disease,with a preval.nce of 20–150 per 100,000,m.st com.onl. affecting wom.n at chil.-bearing ***-wide association studies and fine m.pping of candidate regions have paved the way for greater understanding of Sl. as a disease of genetic–environm.ntal.susceptibil.ty and the functions of the genes ***:This study was conducted to determ.ne the association of selected singl. nucl.otide pol.m.rphism.(SNPs)from.establ.shed genom.c databases based on theoretical.risk and protective odds ratios>2.5 orl.ty of developing Sl. am.ng ***:We anal.zed data from.310 Sl. patients and 318 *** identified eight significant SNPs nam.2}y rs9271100,rs9271366,rs9272105,rs9275328,rs2647087,rs12734338,rs17885098,and rs3883013 to be associated with an increased risk of developing Sl. am.ng ***:Eight SNPs were found to be associated with the developm.nt of Sl. am.ng *** to previous genetic studies in l.pus patients,m.jority of the SNPs were found in the m.jor histocom.atibil.y com.l.x genes in the Hl. *** study identified two unique SNPs that wil. be val.dated as potential.diagnostic m.rkers for *** findings of this study m.y contribute to the developm.nt of a pol.genic risk score in determ.ning susceptibil.ty to Sl. am.ng Fil.pinos.
