Dipper throated optimization(DTO)algorithm is a novel with a very efficient metaheuristic inspired by the dipper throated *** has its unique hunting technique by performing rapid bowing *** show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm,DTO is tested and compared to the algorithms of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA),Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO),and Genetic Algorithm(GA)based on the seven unimodal benchmark ***,ANOVA and Wilcoxon rank-sum tests are performed to confirm the effectiveness of the DTO compared to other optimization ***,to demonstrate the proposed algorithm’s suitability for solving complex realworld issues,DTO is used to solve the feature selection *** strategy of using DTOs as feature selection is evaluated using commonly used data sets from the University of California at Irvine(UCI)*** findings indicate that the DTO outperforms all other algorithms in addressing feature selection issues,demonstrating the proposed algorithm’s capabilities to solve complex real-world situations.

The article describes a new method for malware classification, based on a machine Learning (mL) model architecture specifically designed for malware detection, enabling real-time and accurate malware identification. Using an innovative feature dimensionality reduction technique called the Interpolation-based Feature Dimensionality Reduction Technique (IFDRT), the authors have significantly reduced the feature space while retaining critical information necessary for malware classification. This technique optimizes the model’s performance and reduces computational requirements. The proposed method is demonstrated by applying it to the BODmAS malware dataset, which contains 57,293 malware samples and 77,142 benign samples, each with a 2381-feature vector. Through the IFDRT method, the dataset is transformed, reducing the number of features while maintaining essential data for accurate classification. The evaluation results show outstanding performance, with an F1 score of 0.984 and a high accuracy of 98.5% using only two reduced features. This demonstrates the method’s ability to classify malware samples accurately while minimizing processing time. The method allows for improving computational efficiency by reducing the feature space, which decreases the memory and time requirements for training and prediction. The new method’s effectiveness is confirmed by the calculations, which indicate significant improvements in malware classification accuracy and efficiency. The research results enhance existing malware detection techniques and can be applied in various cybersecurity applications, including real-time malware detection on resource-constrained devices. Novelty and scientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method, which provides a robust and efficient solution for feature reduction in mL-based malware classification, paving the way for more effective and scalable cybersecurity measures. Urinary tract infection is one of the most common bacterial infections in humans. The urine cytobacteriological examination is the key test for its diagnosis. This work aims to Evaluate the prevalence of urinary tract infection at the microbiology Laboratory of the University Hospital mohamed VI in Tangier and to highlight its epidemiological and bacteriological characteristics. It was a descriptive study with retrospective data collection which took place from January 2021 to June 2022, at the microbiology Laboratory of the university hospital mohamed VI in Tangier. It covered all urine cytobacteriological examinations (ECBU) during the study period. We identified 77 cases of urinary tract infections out of 300 requests for (ECBU), that is a positivity rate of 25 %. The mean age was 55 years. The male gender was predominant. The epidemiological profile of the isolated strains was dominated by Enterobacteriaceae 81 %, followed by Gram-positive cocci 11 % and non-fermenting gram-negative bacteria 8 %. The main bacteria responsible for urinary tract infections in order of frequency: Escherichia coli 42 %, Klebsiella pneumoniae 20 %, Enterobacter cloacae 9 %, Staphylococcus aureus 6 %, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 5 % and Acinetobacter baumannii 3%. most of the analyzed organisms showed resistance, especially to the beta-lactam antibiotic;the enterobacteria strains isolated had revealed resistance to amoxicillin: 74%, to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid in 40% of cases, and to third-generation cephalosporins in 24%. In terms of resistance mechanisms, 11 % of the Enterobacteriaceae were extended-spectrum β-lactamase producers and 9 % of the specimens were identified as carbapenemase producers. Of the Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated, 75% were resistant to meticillin. The Glycopeptides and linezolid were the most active molecules on these isolated strains. 15% of Enterococcus species isolated in our laboratory were resistant to glycopeptides (vancomycin and teicoplanin).

Synthesis, spectral, optical and anti-inflammatory activity of complexes derived from 2-aminobenzohydrazide with some rare earths

Three new metal complexes derived from Er（Ⅲ）, Dy（Ⅲ） and Zr（Ⅳ） with 2-aminobenzohydrazide （ABH） were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, ^1H-NmR, ES-mS and transmission electron microscopy （TEm）. The morphology and the particle size were determined by TEm. The results showed that the ligand acted as neutral bi-dentate coordinating to the metal ions through the carbonyl oxygen and amidic amino nitrogen. The aromatic amine group remained inert towards coordination. The optical band gap was measured and found to be 3.3, 3.5 and 4.3 eV for Er（Ⅲ）, Dy（Ⅲ） and Zr（Ⅳ）, respectively. The optical band gap values indicated a semi-conducting nature of the investigated complexes. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of the tested compounds were determined and compared with standard meloxicam.

machine learning(mL)has taken the world by a tornado with its prevalent applications in automating ordinary tasks and using turbulent insights throughout scientific research and design *** is a massive area within artificial intelligence(AI)that focuses on obtaining valuable information out of data,explaining why mL has often been related to stats and data *** advanced meta-heuristic optimization algorithm is proposed in this work for the optimization problem of antenna architecture *** algorithm is designed,depending on the hybrid between the Sine Cosine Algorithm(SCA)and the Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO),to train neural networkbased multilayer Perceptron(mLP).The proposed optimization algorithm is a practical,versatile,and trustworthy platform to recognize the design parameters in an optimal way for an endorsement double T-shaped monopole *** proposed algorithm likewise shows a comparative and statistical analysis by different curves in addition to the ANOVA and *** offers the superiority and validation stability evaluation of the predicted results to verify the procedures’accuracy.

Synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles (Zn-NPs) via green method is an outstanding alternative to conventional/regular methods; however， the safety or toxicity of the biosynthesized ZnO-NPs in vivo is not fully explored. This study was conducted to evaluate the protective efficiency of cinnamaldehyde-loaded chitosan nanoparticles (Cin@CSNPs) against oxidative damage and genotoxicity of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) in mice. ZnO-NPs were biosynthesized using the extract of fresh leaves of mentha pulegium L. Cin was extracted from cinnamon essential oil， and was loaded into chitosan nanoparticle (Cin@CSNPs). Both ZnO-NPs， Cin@CSNPs and CSNPs were characterized. The in vitro release of Cin@CSNPs was determined. In the biological study， 6 groups of male Balb/c mice were treated by gavage for 3 weeks as follows， control group， the group received ZnO-NPs (25 mg/kg b.w)， the groups received Cin@CSNPs at low dose (50 mg/kg b.w) or high dose (100 mg/kg b.w)， and the groups received ZnO-NPs plus Cin@CSNPs at the two tested doses. Blood and tissue samples were collected for different biochemical， genetical and histological studies. The particle size of ZnO-NPs， CSNPs， and Cin@CSNPs were (20.78 ± 2.6)， (170.0 ± 3.7)， and (218.23 ± 2.9) nm， and ξ-potential were (32.7 ± 4.6)， (8.32 ± 0.27) and (4.8 ± 0.21)， respectively. ZnO-NPs disturbed the biochemical and oxidative stress indices， AFP， CEA， TNF-α， chromosomal aberrations in somatic and germ cells， and sperm abnormality along with severe pathological changes in the hepatic， renal， and testicular tissues. Cin@CSNPs improved significantly all the parameters tested and the histological picture in a dose-dependent. Therefore， the biosynthesized ZnO-NPs exhibit oxidative damage and genotoxicity， and Cin@CSNPs have potential protective effects against the risks of ZnO-NPs and may be a promising tool to overcome the challenges of using Cin in food and pharmaceuticals applications.

Objective:The inefficiency of conventional laboratory methods for diagnosis of Pleural tuberculosis(TBP) and the reliance on pleural biopsy have motivated the evaluation of alternative diagnostic *** goal was to evaluate different laboratory techniques Ziehl Neelsen,mantoux skin test,determination of interferon gamma in serum and pleural fluid,polymerase chain reaction and serological study of specific IgG,Igm and IgA beside bacteriological culture by BACTEC 460 TB for rapid and accurate diagnosis of tuberculosis pleurisy. methods:Patients presented with pleural effusions were subjected to study by ZN,PCR,serological study By specific IgG,Igm and IgA for A60 of tuberculosis compared to culture by BACTEC460 *** gamma was determined both in serum and pleural ***:mantoux skin test was positive in 19 TBP patients and four patients with exudative pleural effusion.Z.N staining results of pleural biopsy specimens were positive in only 1 of 23 patients(4.3%) in the tuberculous pleural effusion *** was positive in 20 cases of group 1(87%).Serum and pleural fluid interferon had significantly elevated levels(Pmeasurements had significant correlation in TBP(Pm IgA elISA test was positive in 7/23(30.4%),Igm was positive in 17/23(73.9%) patients and IgG was positive in 16/23(69%) *** of the non TBP had either ZN,PCR or positive serum IgA,IgG,or *** the positive results for IgG and Igm were combined together the serological tests correcdy identified 20/23(87%) of patients. Conclusion:We suggest that in TBP serological diagnosis by combined use of IgG and Igm for A60 antigen with serum determination of interferon gamma can provide rapid and non invasive diagnostic tool that can justify the starting of chemotherapy while awaiting the results of culture.
