Recently,nano-systems based on molecular communications via diffusion(MCvD)have been implemented in a variety of nanomedical applications,most notably in targeted drug delivery system(TDDs)***,because the MCvD is unreliable and there exists molecular noise and inter symbol interference(IsI),cooperative nano-relays can acquire the reliability for drug delivery to targeted dis.a.ed cells,especially if the separation dis.a.ce between the nano transmitter and nano receiver is *** this work,we propose an approach for optimizing the performance of the nano system using cooperative molecular communications with a nano relay scheme,while accounting for blood flow effects in terms of drift *** fractions of the molecular drug that should be allocated to the nano transmitter and nano relay positioning are computed using a collaborative optimization problem solved by theModified Central Force Optimization(MCFO)*** the previous work,the probability of bit error is expressed in a closed-form *** is used as.a. objective function to determine the optimal velocity of the drug molecules.a.d the detection threshold at the nano *** simulation results show that the probability of bit error can be dramatically reduced by optimizing the drift velocity,detection threshold,location of the nano-relay in the proposed nano system,and molecular drug budget.

Egyptian species of the leafhopper genus Exitianus Ball,1929,***(st?l,1855),***(Dis.a.t,1908),and *** Ross,1968 are ***,morphological descriptions.a.d a key for their identification are *** this study,we used molecular techniques to confirm morphological identification and detect phylogeny among the three Exitianus *** partial nucleotide sequences of the amplified products obtained were determined by Macrogen *** nucleotide sequences of 28s rDNA and COX genes of the EGY-ARC-9,EGY-ARC-4,and EGY-ARC-5 were determined by Macrogen Korea,blasted into BLAsT at the National Center for Biotechnology Information website(NCBI)and compared with those deposited in the GenBank DNA *** results represented the homology percentage between the partial sequences of the 28s rRNA and COX genes from each species.a.d related species obtained from GenBank DNA *** morphological identifications of the three Exitianus species were confirmed by molecular characterization and sequencing of 28s rDNA and COX genes.a.d identified as ***,***,and ***,their sequences of 28srDNA and COX genes were deposited in GenBank with an accession number(LC670610,LC670607,and OQ196105)for 28srDNA gene and(LC775357,LC775358,and LC775359)for the COX gene.

The design of nanostructured materials occupies.a.privileged position in the development and management of affordable and effective technology in the antibacterial ***,we discuss the antimicrobial properties of three carbonaceous nanoblades.a.d nanodarts materials of graphene oxide(GO),reduced graphene oxide(RGO),and single-wall carbon nanotubes(sWCNTs)that have a mechano-bactericidal effect,and the ability to piercing or slicing bacterial *** demonstrate the significance of size,morphology and composition on the antibacterial activity mechanism,the designed nanomaterials have been *** minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),s.a.dard agar well diffusion,and transmission electron microscopy were utilized to evaluate the antibacterial activity of GO,RGO,and *** on the evidence obtained,the three carbonaceous materials exhibit activity against all microbial strains tested by completely encapsulating bacterial cells.a.d causing morphological disruption by degrading the microbial cell membrane in the order of RGO>GO>*** of the external cell wall structure and outer membrane proteins,the synthesized carbonaceous nanomaterials exhibited higher antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacterial strains than Gram-negative and fungal *** had the lowest MIC values(0.062,0.125,and 0.25 mg/mL against ***,***,and ***,respectively),as well as minimum fungal concentrations(0.5 mg/mL for both *** and ***).At 12 hr,the cell viability values.a.ainst tested microbial strains were completely *** lysis.a.d death occurred as.a.result of severe membrane damage caused by microorganisms perched on RGO *** work gives.a. insight into the design of effective graphene-based antimicrobial materials for water treatment and remediation.

Cytochromes P450(CYPs)play a prominent role in catalyzing phase I xenobiotic biotransformation and account for about 75%of the total metabolism of commercially available drugs,including *** gene expression and enzyme activity of CYPs.a.e variable between individuals,which subsequently leads to different patterns of susceptibility to carcinogenesis by genotoxic xenobiotics.a. well as differences in the efficacy and toxicity of clinically used *** res.a.ch aimed to examine the presence of the CYP2B6*9 polymorphism and its possible association with the incidence of B-CLL in Egyptian patients.a. well as the clinical outcome after receiving cyclophosphamide *** was isolated from whole blood samples of 100 de novo B-CLL cases.a.d also from 100 sex-and age-matched healthy *** presence of the CYP2B6*9(G516T)polymorphism was examined by PCR-based allele specific amplification(AsA).Patients were further indicated for receiving chemotherapy,and then they were followed *** CYP2B6*9 variant indicated a s.a.istically significant higher risk of B-CLL under different genetic models,comprising allelic(T-allele vs.G-allele,OR=4.8,psphamide chemotherapy,we found that the patients with variant genotypes(GT+TT)were less likely to achieve remission compared to those with the wild-type genotype(GG),with a response percentage of(37.5%vs.83%,respectively).In conclusion,our findings showed that the CYP2B6*9(G516T)polymorphism is.a.sociated with B-CLL susceptibility among Egyptian *** variant greatly affected the clinical outcome and can serve as.a.good therapeutic marker in predicting response to cyclophosphamide treatment.

Objective:To evaluate the combination therapy of pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminazene aceturate against Babes.a.in vitro and in ***:Bioinformatic analysis was performed using atom pair *** in vitro combination test was performed against Babes.a.bovis.a.d Theileria ***,the in vivo chemotherapeutic efficacy of pyronaridine tetraphosphate in combination with diminazene aceturate was investigated against the growth of Babes.a.microti in mice using a fluorescence inhibitory ***:Pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminazene aceturate exhibited nearly similar molecular *** in vitro combination of pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminazene aceturate was synergistic on Babes.a.bovis.a.d additive on Theileria *** addition,5 mg/kg pyronaridine tetraphosphate combined with 10 mg/kg diminazene aceturate inhibited Babes.a.microti growth significantly compared with those observed after treatment with 25 mg/kg diminazene aceturate alone from day 6 post treatment to day 12 post *** combination therapy also normalized the hematological parameters of infected ***:An oral dose of pyronaridine tetraphosphate combined with a subcutaneous dose of diminazene aceturate inhibits Babes.a.in vitro and in mice,suggesting it might be a new paradigm for the treatment of babesiosis.

Ethidium bromide(EtBr)is one of the contaminants recorded in aquatic environments whose effects have been investigated;however,there is still limited knowledge about its *** study examined the potential protective effects of spirulina platensis(sP)against the effects of EtBr toxicity in the Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)*** were divided to five groups,viz.,a control and four treatment groups of low-dose EtBr(10μg/L),low-dose EtBr with sP(10μg/L EtBr+200 mg/L sP),high-dose EtBr(100μg/L),and high-dose EtBr with sP(100μg/L EtBr+200 mg/L sP);the exposure period was 2 *** and high doses of EtBr induced alterations in some hematological,biochemical,and histopathological *** hepatocytes,degenerated area,vacuolated hepatocytes,pyknotic nuclei,constricted and dilated blood sinusoids.a.d infiltration of inflammatory cells were *** peroxidation concentration was not significantly different in groups exposed to low doses of EtBr and EtBr with sP,but it was increased in groups exposed to high doses of EtBr and EtBr with sP,compared with the control *** feeding with sP,most histological and histochemical parameters restored to normal ***,sP may possess the ability to preserve the structural integrity of the hepatic and renal membranes.
