Efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for insomnia.a.systematic review and meta.a.alysis

background:electroacupuncture is often used to treat ***:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for *** strategy:Da.a.ases including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,Chinese Biomedical Literature Da.a.ase,China national Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Da.a.and VIP Fulltext e-Journals Da.a.ase were searched up to January 15,*** criteria:Randomized clinical trials were included if they compared the clinical efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture with sham acupuncture,no treatment or usual care (UC) and general *** extraction and a.a.ysis:The full texts of the studies were reviewed to remove ineligible *** extracted da.a.included authors,publication year,diagnostic criteria,sample size,population cha.a.teristics,interventions and *** above steps were performed independently by two reviewers and the da.a.were cross ***15.0 software was used to a.a.yze the extracted outcome *** continuous da.a.(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index[PSQI]score and Insomnia Severity Index score),weighted mean difference (WMD) was calculated and 95% confidence interval (CI) was reported when the same scale was *** dichotomous variables (clinical response rate and adverse events),a meta.a.alysis was performed using risk ratio (RR) as the effect ***:Thirty-one trials with 2226 subjects were *** meta.a.alysis suggested that electroacupuncture was more effective in improving insomnia compared with the control group (sham acupuncture,no treatment,UC and general acupuncture)(RR=1.21;95 CI:[1.16,1.27]),significantly reducing the PSQI score in insomnia patients after treatment and at follow-up (WMD=-3.23;95%CI:[-4.29,-2.17];Pa.a.d control groups (sham acupuncture and no treatment or ***=1.48;95%CI:[0.91,2.40];P=0.117).In addition,the regression results revealed t

Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Traffic Flow Da.a.Quality based on Grey Correlation a.a.ysis and Particle Swarm Optimization

Nowa.a.s,da.a.are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of da.a.quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the da.a.are usable or ***,the comprehensive evaluation method of da.a.quality mostly contains the subjective factors of the evaluator,so how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the da.a.has become a bottleneck that needs to be solved in the research of comprehensive evaluation *** order to evaluate the da.a.more comprehensively,objectively and differentially,a novel comprehensive evaluation method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey correlation a.a.ysis(GCA)is presented in this *** first,an improved GCA evaluation model based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is ***,an objective function model of maximum difference of the comprehensive evaluation values is built,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the weights of the improved GCA evaluation model based on the objective function ***,the performance of the proposed method is investigated through pa.a.eter a.a.ysis.A performance comparison of traffic flow da.a.is carried out,and the simulation results show that the maximum average difference between the evaluation results and its mean value(MDR)of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method is 33.24%higher than that of TOPSIS-GCa.a.d 6.86%higher than that of *** proposed method has better differentiation than other methods,which means that it objectively and comprehensively evaluates the da.a.from both the relevance and differentiation of the da.a.and the results more effectively reflect the differences in da.a.quality,which will provide more effective da.a.support for intelligent modeling,prediction and other applications.

This paper investigates the recoil control of the deepwater drilling riser system with nonlinear tension force and energy-bounded friction force under the circumstances of limited network resources and unreliable *** from the existing linearization modeling method,a triangle-based polytope modeling method is applied to the nonlinear riser *** on the polytope model,to improve resource utilization and accommodate random da.a.loss and communication delay,an asynchronous gain-scheduled control strategy under a hybrid event-triggered scheme is *** asynchronous linear pa.a.eter-varying system that blends input delay and impulsive update equation is presented to model the nonlinear networked recoil control system,where the asynchronous deviation bounds of scheduling pa.a.eters are *** to the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method,some solvable conditions of disturbance attenuation a.a.ysis and recoil control design are derived such that the resulting networked system is exponentially mean-square stable with prescribed H∞*** obtained numerical results verified that the proposed nonlinear networked control method can achieve a better recoil response of the riser system with less transmission da.a.compared with the linear control method.

Properties of collective flow and pion production in intermediate-energy heavy-ion collisions with a relativistic quantum molecular dynamics model

The relativistic mean-field approach was implemented in the Lanzhou quantum molecular dynamics transport model(***). Using the ***, the properties of collective flow and pion production were investigated systematically for nuclear reactions with various isospin asymmetries. The directed and elliptic flows of the *** are able to describe the experimental da.a.of STAR Collaboration. The directed flow difference between free neutrons and protons was associated with the stiffness of the symmetry energy, that is, a softer symmetry energy led to a larger flow difference. For various collision energies, the ratio between the π^(-) and π^(+) yields increased with a decrease in the slope pa.a.eter of the symmetry energy. When the collision energy was 270 MeV/nucleon, the single ratio of the pion transverse momentum spectra.a.so increased with decreasing slope pa.a.eter of the symmetry energy in both nearly symmetric and neutron-rich ***, it is difficult to constrain the stiffness of the symmetry energy with the double ratio because of the lack of threshold energy correction on the pion production.

Prediction plays an important role in da.a.*** averaging method generally provides better prediction than using any of its *** though model averaging has been extensively investigated under independent errors,few authors have considered model averaging for semipa.a.etric models with correlated *** this paper,the authors offer an optimal model averaging method to improve the prediction in partially linear model for longitudinal *** model averaging weights are obtained by minimizing criterion,which is an unbiased estimator of the expected in-sample squared error loss plus a *** properties,including asymptotic optimality and consistency of averaging weights,are established under two scenarios:(i)All candidate models are misspecified;(ii)Correct models are a.a.lable in the candidate *** studies and an empirical example show that the promise of the proposed procedure over other competitive methods.

Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide,and a series of strategies has been reported for tumor-specific ***,chemodynamic therapy(CDT)has become a research hotspot for antitumor treatment due to its advantages of high specificity,endogenous stimulation,and high ***,the therapeutic effects of CDT are normally limited in the complex tumor microenvironment(TME),such as insufficient acidity,tumor hypoxia,low hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),and high glutathione(GSH).Consequently,different kinds of multifunctional nanomaterials have been designed to manipulate TME conditions,which provided more opportunities to improve the efficiency of *** review focuses on nanomaterial-based strategies for enhancing CDT through manipulating *** CDT enhancements,this review would provide a reference for the future development of efficient CDT nanomaterials.

a.a.ted European sea.a.s(Dicentrarchus labrax L.)larvae at 25 days post-hatching(dph)with a primary weight and length of 23 mg and 9.92 mm,start the weaning up to 46 dph using the weaning micro-diet(54%crude protein from fish meal,powder milk,and poultry egg)concurrently with Artemia enriched with fortification emulsions(0.6 g/L)of DHA selco®as a control group(DHAS)or Fish oil+20%Vitamin C(FOVC),or Fish oil+20%Vitamin E(FOVE),or Fish oil+10%Vit.C+10%Vit.E(FOCE),or Fish oil only(FO).At 46 dph,groups of larvae fed enriched Artemia with DHAS and FOVE exhibited the highest final body weight,weight gain,average daily gain,specific growth rate,feed intake,protein efficiency ratio,and survival%as well as the lowest feed conversion ***,larvae in FOVC displayed the lowest final body weight,total length,weight gain,average daily gain,specific growth rate,feed intake,protein efficiency ratio,and survival%as well as the highest feed conversion *** histological assessment exhibited no pathological alteration as well as an improvement in the structure with DHAS,FOVE,FOVC,and FOCE co-additives compared to *** peroxidase enzyme(GPx)recorded the highest rates(Py FOCE and *** the lowest record for GPx activity was noted in the FO *** conclusion,Using augmented Artemia nauplii with fish oil+vitamin E in single or in companion with vitamin C as cheap antioxidants support *** larval growth,survival,and antioxidant efficacy during the critical weaning period.

Public transport inclusion and active aging: A systematic review on elderly mobility

Global aging has brought attention to addressing the elderly mobility dilemma.a.d a commitment to address inclusive transport in *** inclusion for older adults aims at establishing an age-friendly transport *** a direct policy goal and promoting active aging as an indirect social goal,to help older populations gain access to transport and social *** on the a.a.ysis of scientific knowledge mapping over the past 30 years,this study visualizes the hotspots and trends in elderly mobility *** a qualitative a.a.ysis of 138 papers,this paper reviews the theoretical foundations for transport inclusion and three themes of elderly mobility research,proposes a framework for public transport(PT)inclusion research as well as future research *** study suggests that transport inclusion can help enhance elderly health,social participation,and subjective *** can improve their travel opportunities for active aging in four ways:opportunity accessibility,physical accessibility,age-friendly informationalization,and cost *** research should pay attention to examining the mechanism of perceived transport inclusion on active aging,expanding the multilevel research space of the ca.a.ility approach(CA),and exploring the subjectiveobjective integrated research model for PT *** research contributes to the overall knowledge of the theoretical and empirical researches on PT inclusion for the elderly and promotes the integrated application of interdisciplinary knowledge in the field.
