The discoveries of binary asteroids have opened an important new field of research concerning the calculation of potential generated by irregular *** of them have an elongated shape.A simple model to describe the motion of a test particle in that kind of potential requires consideration of a finite homogeneous straight *** construct this model by adding an inhomogeneous distribution of mass. To be consistent with the geometrical shape of the asteroid,we explore a parabolic profile of the *** establish the closed analytical form of the potential generated by this inhomogeneous massive *** study of the dynamical behavior is fulfilled by the use of Lagrangian formulation,which allows us to calculate some two and three dimensional orbits.

Natural killer T lymphocytes （NKT） have been implicated in the regulation of autoimmune processes in both mice and humans. In response to stimuli, this subset of cells rapidly produces large amounts of cytokines thereby provoking immune responses, including protection against autoimmune diseases. NKT cells are present in all lymphoid compartments, but are most abundant in the liver and bone marrow. They are activated by interaction of their T-cell receptor with glycolipids presented by CDld, a nonpolymorphic, major histocompatibility complex class I-like molecule expressed by antigen presenting cells. Several possible ligands for NKT cells have recently been suggested. β-glucosylceramide, a naturally occurring glycolipid, is a metabolic intermediate in the anabolic and catabolic pathways of complex glycosphingolipids. Like other β-glycolipids, β-glucosylceramide has an immunomodulatory effect in several immune mediated disorders, including immune mediated colitis. Due to the broad impact that NKT cells have on the immune system, there is intense interest in understanding how NKT cells are stimulated and the extent to which NKT cell responses can be controlled. These novel ligands are currently being evaluated in animal models of colitis. Here, we discuss strategies to alter NKT lymphocyte function in various settings and the potential clinical applications of natural glycolipids.

This work presents a hybrid power system consisting of photovoltaic and solid oxide fuel cell(PV-SOfC)for electricity production and hydrogen *** simulation of this hybrid system is adjusted for Bou-Zedjar city in north *** software was used for this simulation to calculate the power output and the total net present *** method used depends on the annual average monthly values of clearness index and radiation for which the energy contributions are determined for each component of PV/SOfC hybrid *** economic study is more important criterion in the proposed hybrid system,and the results show that the cost is very suitable for the use of this hybrid system,which ensures that the area is fed continuously with the sufficient energy for the load which assumed to be 500 kW in the peak *** optimized results of the present study show that the photovoltaic is capable of generating 8733 kW electricity while the SOfC produces 500 kW *** electrolyzer is capable of producing 238750 kg of hydrogen which is used as fuel in the SOfC to compensate the energy lack in nights and during peak season.

The selection of working fluid significantly impacts the geothermal ORC’s *** a mixture as a working fluid is a strategy to improve the output of geothermal *** the current study,modelling and thermodynamic analysis of ORC,using geothermal as a heat source,is carried out at fixed operating *** model is simulated in the Engineering Equation Solver(EES).An environment-friendly mixture of fluids,i.e.,R245fa/R600a,with a suitable mole fraction,is used as the operating *** mixture provided the most convenient results compared to the pure working fluid under fixed operating *** impact of varying the evaporator pressure on the performance parameters,including energy efficiency,exergy efficiency and net power output is *** system provided the optimal performance once the evaporator pressure reached the maximum *** efficiencies:Energy and Exergy,and Net Power output of the system are 16.62%,64.08%and 2199 kW for the basic cycle and 20.72%,67.76%and 2326 kW respectively for the regenerative cycle.

CO_(2) emission is considerably dependent on energy consumption and on share of energy sources as well as on the extent of economic ***,these factors must be considered for CO_(2) emission prediction for seven middle eastern countries including Iran,Kuwait,United Arab Emirates,Turkey,Saudi Arabia,Iraq and *** order to propose a predictive model,a Multilayer Perceptron Artificial Neural Network(MLP ANN)is *** transfer functions including logsig,tansig and radial basis functions are utilized in the hidden layer of the ***,various numbers of neurons are applied in the structure of the *** is revealed that using MLP ANN makes it possible to accurately predict CO_(2) emission of these *** addition,it is concluded that using logsig transfer function leads to the highest accuracy with minimum value of mean squared error(MSE)which is followed by the networks with radial basis and tansig transfer *** R-squared of the networks with logsig,radial basis and tansig transfer functions are 0.9998,0.9997 and 0.9996,***,comparison of the proposed model with a similar study,considered five countries in the same region,reveals higher accuracy in term of MSE.

To meet the escalating electricity demand and rising fuel costs,along with notable losses in power transmission,exploring alternative solutions is *** turbines demonstrate high efficiency under ideal International Organization for Standardization(ISO)conditions but face challenges during summer when ambient temperatures reach 40℃.To enhance performance,the proposal suggests cooling inlet air by 15℃using a vapor absorption chiller(VAC),utilizing residual exhaust gases from a combined cycle power plant(CCPP)to maximize power ***,diverting a portion of exhaust gases to drive an organic Rankine cycle(ORC)for supplementary power generation offers added *** integrated approach not only boosts power output but alsominimizes environmental impact by repurposing exhaust gases for additional *** study presents a detailed energy and economic analysis of a modified combine cycle power plant,in Kotri,Pakistan.R600A is used as organic fuel for the ORC while LiBr-H2O solution is used for the *** performance parameters,efficiency and energy utilization factor,four energetic parameters,Work output of ORC,modified CCPP,original CCPP and cooling rate,and one economics parameter,payback period were examined under varying ambient conditions and mass fraction of exhaust gases from outlet of a gas turbine(ψ).A parametric investigation was conducted within the temperature range of 18℃to 50℃,relative humidity between 70%and 90%,and theψranging from 0 to *** findings reveal that under elevated ambient conditions(40℃,90%humidity)withψat 0,the Energy Utilization factor(EUf)exceeds 60%.However,the ORC exhibits a low work output of 100KWalongside a high cooling load of 29,000 ***,the modified system demonstrates an augmented work output of approximately 81,850 KWcompared to the original system’s 78,***,the integration of this systemproves advantageous across all ***,the payback period of the system

A distributed generation network could be a hybrid power system that includes wind-diesel power generation based on induction generators(IGs)and synchronous generators(SGs).The main advantage of these systems is the possibility of using renewable energy in their *** most important challenge is to design the voltage-control loop with the frequency-control loop to obtain optimal responses for voltage and frequency *** this work,the voltage-control loop is designed by an automatic voltage regulator.A linear model of the hybrid system has also been developed with coordinated voltage and frequency *** frequency response and voltage deviations are compared for different load disturbances and different reactive *** gains of the SG and the static volt-ampere reactive compensator(SVC)controllers in the IG terminal are calculated using the Black Widow Optimization(BWO)algorithm to insure low frequency and voltage *** BWO optimization algorithm is one of the newest and most powerful optimization methods to have been introduced so *** results showed that the BWO algorithm has a good speed in solving the proposed objective function.A 22%improvement in time adjustment was observed in the use of an optimal ***,an 18%improvement was observed in the transitory values.
