Mesen.hymal stem cells(MSCs)have been.exten.ively studied for therapeutic poten.ial,due to their regen.rative an. immun.modulatory *** passage an. stress factors may affect the biological characteristics of MSCs,but the details of these effects have n.t been.recogn.zed *** To in.estigate the effects of stress factors(high glucose an. severe hypoxia)on.the biological characteristics of MSCs at differen. passages,in.order to optimize the therapeutic application. of *** In.this study,we in.estigated the impact of two stress con.ition.;severe hypoxia an. high glucose on.human.adipose-tissue derived MSCs(hAD-MSCs)at passages 6(P6),P8,an. ***,sen.scen.e an. apoptosis were evaluated measurin. WST-1,sen.scen.e-associated beta-galactosidase,an. an.exin.V,*** Cells at P6 showed decreased proliferation.an. in.reased apoptosis un.er con.ition. of high glucose an. hypoxia compared to con.rol,while the exten. of sen.scen.e did n.t chan.e sign.fican.ly un.er stress *** P8 hAD-MSCs cultured in.stress con.ition. had a sign.fican. decrease in.proliferation.an. apoptosis an. a sign.fican. in.rease in.sen.scen.e compared to coun.erpart cells at *** cultured in.high glucose at P10 had lower proliferation.an. higher sen.scen.e than.their coun.erparts in.the previous passage,while n. chan.e in.apoptosis was *** the other han.,MSCs cultured un.er hypoxia showed decreased sen.scen.e,in.reased apoptosis an. n. sign.fican. chan.e in.proliferation.when.compared to the same con.ition. at *** These results in.icate that stress factors had distin.t effects on.the biological processes of MSCs at differen. passages,an. suggest that sen.scen.e may be a protective mechan.sm for MSCs to survive un.er stress con.ition. at higher passage n.mbers.

Through a performan.e an.lysis of the CEC2013 ben.hmark, the AIWGOA demon.trates n.table advan.ages across various metrics. Subsequen.ly, an.evaluation.in.ex was employed to assess the en.an.ed han.written.documen.s an. images, affirmin. the superior practical application.of the AIWGOA compared with other algorithms.

Recyclin. of paper sludge waste is crucial for establishin. a sustain.ble green.*** waste con.ain. valuable sugars that can.be con.erted in.o importan. chemicals such as ethan.l,poly hydroxybutyrate,an. lactic ***,the main.challen.e in.obtain.n. sugars in.high yield from paper sludge is the high crystallin.ty of cellulose,which hin.ers *** address this,pretreatmen. usin. phosphoric acid was optimized usin. respon.e surface methodology to facilitate cellulose hydrolysis with min.mal en.rgy an. *** created prediction.model usin. the respon.e surface method con.idered factors such as acid con.en.ration.ran.in. from 60%to 85%),con.isten.y(ran.in. from 4%to 10%),temperature(ran.in. from 25℃to 80℃),an. time(ran.in. from 0.5 to 4 h).The results revealed that the model’s sign.fican. factors affectin. the yield were acid con.en.ration.reaction.time,temperature,an. the product of acid con.en.ration.an. temperature,while the model’s sign.fican. factors affectin. the crystallin.ty were the con.isten.y,the temperature,an. their *** results showed that the optimum con.ition. for pretreatmen. were usin. an.acid con.en.ration.of 64%,temperature of 25℃,con.isten.y of 10%,an. time of 30 *** hydrolysis of the con.ition.lly pretreated paper sludge resulted in.a weight loss of 42%,compared to on.y 18%weight loss in.n.n.pretreated paper ***,the optimized con.ition. led to low levels of furfurals an. acetic acid,which are un.esirable by-products that can.in.erfere with sugar *** total sugar obtain.d un.er the optimized con.ition. was 0.43 g glucose/g sample(10.46 g/L),while the con.en.s of methyl furfural,furfural,an. acetic acid were 21.65,235.7,an. 4.57 mg/L,*** study demon.trates the poten.ial of phosphoric acid for pretreatmen. an. hydrolysis of paper sludge,en.blin. efficien. saccharification.an. the production.of sugars with min.mal un.esired by-products.
