morphology of crater and caldera lakes in the Far Eastern region of Russia and the features of their development

Investigation of electrophysical, photo- and gas-sensitive properties of ZnO–SnO_(2) sol–gel fflms

The aim of this study was to assess the impact of the microalgae Chlorella vulgaris on the rice seedlings at physiological conditions and under cadmium(Cd)*** examined the effects of *** in the nutrient solution on rice seedlings grown hydroponically in the presence and the absence of 150μm CdCl2,using the low(77 K)temperature and pulse amplitude modulated(PAm)chlorophyll fluorescence,P700 photooxidation measurements,photochemical activities of both photosystems,kinetic parameters of oxygen evolution,oxidative stress markers(mDA,H_(2)O_(2) and proline),pigment content,growth parameters and Cd *** revealed that the application *** not only stimulates growth and improves the functions of photosynthetic apparatus under physiological conditions,but also reduces the toxic effect of Cd on rice ***,the presence of the green microalgae in the nutrient solution of the rice seedlings during Cd exposure,signifi-cantly improved the growth,photochemical activities of both photosystems,the kinetic parameters of the oxygen-evolving reactions,pigment content and decreased lipid peroxidation,H_(2)O_(2) and proline *** showed that the alleviation of Cd-induced effects in rice seedlings is a result of the Cd sorption by microalgae,as well as the reduced Cd accumulation in the roots and its translocation from the roots to the shoots.

Free-Standing α-moO_(3)/Ti_(3)C_(2) mXene Hybrid Electrode in Water-in-Salt Electrolytes

While transition-metal oxides such as α-moO_(3)provide high capacity,their use is limited by modest electronic conductivity and electrochemical instability in aqueous ***-dimensional(2D)mXenes,offer metallic conductivity,but their capacitance is limited in aqueous *** of partially solvated cations into Ti_(3)C_(2)mXene from lithium-based water-in-salt(WIS)electrolytes enables charge storage at positive potentials,allowing a wider potential window and higher ***,we demonstrate that α-moO_(3)/Ti_(3)C_(2)hybrids combine the high capacity of α-moO_(3)and conductivity of Ti_(3)C_(2)in WIS(19.8 m LiCI)electrolyte in a wide1.8 V voltage *** voltammograms reveal multiple redox peaks from α-moO_(3)in addition to the well-separated peaks of Ti_(3)C_(2)in the hybrid *** leads to a higher specific charge and a higher rate capability compared to a carbon and binder containing α-moO_(3)*** results demonstrate that the addition of mXene to less conductive oxides eliminates the need for conductive carbon additives and binders,leads to a larger amount of charge stored,and increases redox capacity at higher *** addition,mXene encapsulated α-moO_(3)showed improved electrochemical stability,which was attributed to the suppressed dissolution of α-moO_(3).The work suggests that oxide/mXene hybrids are promising for energy storage.

Influence of the operating temperature on the ageing and interfaces of double layer polymer electrolyte solid state Li metal batteries

Evidence for polarization-induced phase transformations and degradation in CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)

In solar cells,hybrid halide perovskites operate under constant bias,thus their stability towards electric field-induced degradation is of key *** we report on evidence of previously unidentified electric field-induced transitions and degradation path of CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)(mAPbI_(3))using elemental and phase *** films of mAPbI_(3) were deposited onto 1-2μm-pitch interdigitated electrodes and subjected to direct current(DC)-*** mAPbI_(3) layer polarized withm DC electric field undergoes pronounced ion redistribution to methylammonium-rich mAPbI_(3)-y(ymA1-xPbI3(xmethylammonium and iodine provokes degradation of mAPbI_(3).Using nanofocus grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering(GIWAXS),we unambiguously showed that the bias voltage induces the transformation ofβ-mAPbI_(3) to metastableδ-mAPbI_(3) polymorph via alignment of polar organic cation with the electric *** transformation is partially reversible upon field ***,once formed,δ-mAPbI_(3) disrupts the morphology of pristine film and undergoes decomposition toβ-mAPbI_(3)(β-mAPI)and PbI_(2).With the aforementioned compositional and phase changes,only mA-rich part serves as the charge separation layer,while the I-rich excitation is blocked with the PbI_(2) barrier serving as holes trapping *** observations reveal the intermediate steps in electric-field-driven degradation of halide perovskites and show the role of polar cations in the process,which is instructive for further material design with higher stability metrics.
