All-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)are a class of safer and higher-energy-density materials compared to conventional devices,from which solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)are their essential *** date,investigations to search for high ion-conducting solid-state electrolytes have attracted broad ***,obtaining SSEs with high ionic conductivity is challenging due to the complex structural information and the less-explored structure-performance *** provide a solution to these challenges,developing a database containing typical SSEs from available experimental reports would be a new avenue to understand the structureperformance relationships and find out new design guidelines for reasonable ***,a dynamic experimental database containing>600 materials was developed in a wide range of temperatures(132.40–1261.60 K),including mono-and divalent cations(e.g.,Li^(+),Na^(+),K^(+),Ag^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),and Zn^(2+))and various types of anions(e.g.,halide,hydride,sulfide,and oxide).Data-mining was conducted to explore the relationships among different variates(e.g.,transport ion,composition,activation energy,and conductivity).Overall,we expect that this database can provide essential guidelines for the design and development of high-performance SSEs in ASSB *** database is dynamically updated,which can be accessed via our open-source online system.

Considered as a top priority of industrial devel- opment, Industry 4.0 （or Industrie 4.0 as the German ver- sion） has being highlighted as the pursuit of both academy and practice in companies. In this paper, based on the review of state of art and also the state of practice in dif- ferent countries, shortcomings have been revealed as the lacking of applicable framework for the implementation of Industrie 4.0. Therefore, in order to shed some light on the knowledge of the details, a reference architecture is developed, where four perspectives namely manufacturing process, devices, software and engineering have been highlighted. Moreover, with a view on the importance of Cyber-Physical systems, the structure of Cyber-Physical System are established for the in-depth analysis. Further cases with the usage of Cyber-Physical System are also arranged, which attempts to provide some implications to match the theoretical findings together with the experience of companies. In general, results of this paper could be useful for the extending on the theoretical understanding of Industrie 4.0. Additionally, applied framework and proto- types based on the usage of Cyber-Physical Systems are also potential to help companies to design the layout of sensor nets, to achieve coordination and controlling of smart machines, to realize synchronous production with systematic structure, and to extend the usage of information and communication technologies to the maintenance scheduling.

Since 2014,"Bring Your Own Data"workshops(BYODs)have been organised to inform people about the process and benefits of making resources Findable,Accessible,Interoperable,and Reusable(FAIR,and the FAIRification process).The BYOD workshops'content and format differ depending on their goal,context,and the background and needs of ***-focused BYODs educate domain experts on how to make their data FAIR to find new answers to research ***-focused BYODs promote the benefits of making data FAIR and instruct project managers and policy-makers on the characteristics of FAIRification ***-focused BYODs gather software developers and experts on FAIR to implement or improve software resources that are used to support ***,these BYODs intend to foster collaboration between different types of stakeholders involved in data management,curation,and reuse(*** experts,trainers,developers,data owners,data analysts,FAIR experts).The BYODs also serve as an opportunity to learn what kind of support for FAIRification is needed from different communities and to develop teaching materials based on practical examples and *** this paper,we detail the three different structures of the BYODs and describe examples of early BYODs related to plant breeding data,and rare disease registries and biobanks,which have shaped the structure of the *** discuss the latest insights into making BYODs more productive by leveraging our almost ten years of training experience in these workshops,including successes and encountered ***,we examine how the participants'feedback has motivated the research on FAIR,including the development of workflows and software.

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common endocrinopathy in women of reproductive age associated with long-term metabolic and cardiovascular consequences.A plethora of symptoms and their severity differentiate on an individual level,giving the syndrome numerous *** to menstrual cycle abnormalities,women suffer from irregular menstrual bleeding,difficulty in conception,and ***,the risk of pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes mellitus,hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,and preterm birth are higher in women with PCOS than in the general ***,women with PCOS have comorbidities such as dyslipidemia,obesity,glucose intolerance or diabetes type 2,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and metabolic syndrome,which all influence the treatment *** insulinsensitizing agents,although good for some of the metabolic derangements,do not offer long-term cardiovascular benefits;therefore,new treatment options are of paramount ***-glucose co-transporter-2(SGLT-2)inhibitors,a new class of antidiabetic agents with beneficial cardiovascular,bodyweight,and antihyperglycemic effects,although not approved for the treatment of PCOS,might be an attractive therapeutic addition in the PCOS ***,recent studies with SGLT-2 inhibitors showed promising improvements in anthropometric parameters and body composition in patients with *** is important to further explore the SGLT-2 inhibitors potential as an early therapeutic option because of the PCOS-related risk of metabolic,reproductive,and psychological consequences.

Experimental investigations of mixing in a coaxial jet mixer have been carried out applying Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) and Planar Laser Induced Fluorescence (PLIF) methods simultaneously. A developed turbulent jet of an aqueous solution of Rhodamine 6G issued from the nozzle was mixed with co-flow water. Velocity and scalar fields were studied quite far downstream flow to control the formation of a quasi homogeneous mixture. The intensity of mixing was varied by mouthpieces with rectangular and triangular vortex generators of different sizes installed in the nozzle. The formation length of the quasi homogeneous mixture was reduced about 10 jet diameters by the tabs. The triangular tabs were more effective than the rectangular ones.
