以氨三乙酸h.TA2-为主要配体,缬氨酸(valine)或亮氨酸(leucine)为次要配体在微酸性介质中合成了Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),and Zn(Ⅱ)的三元配合物。用元素分析、热分析、FTIR,UV-Vis分光光度法,磁性测量和质谱法表征了合成的三元配合物。结果表明,三元配合物可在金属(M):氨三乙酸(h.TA)∶缬氨酸(valine)或亮氨酸(leucine)=1∶1∶1时制得,其分子结构为[M(h.TA)(valine)(h.O)2].1.5h.O and[M(h.TA)(leucine)(h.O)2].1.5h.O(其中M=Ni(Ⅱ)or Cu(Ⅱ))和h.[Zn(NTA)(valine)(h.O)]h.O。标题三元过渡金属配合物为八面体对称构型。同时研究了该三元配合物对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌,黄曲霉菌(菌株从开罗大学理学院微分析中心获得)的抗菌活性。根据推荐的知名方法用标准的抗菌和抗真菌剂进行体外测试(in vitro)以评估我们的新制备的配合物对细菌和真菌物种的生长抑制活性。

Objective:To investigate th. effect of rotifer internalization into snail tissue on th. development of ***:Susceptible laboratory-bred Biomph.laria alexandrina(***)snails were exposed to lab-maintained rotifers;Ph.lodinaspp.,two weeks before and after being infected with.Sch.stosoma mansoni(***)*** consequent h.stopath.logical impact on snail tissues and cercarial biology were investigated before and after emergence from ***:Contamination of *** with.ph.lodina,two weeks before miracidial exposure,was found to h.nder th. preliminary development of *** inside th. snail ***,wh.n snails were contaminated with.rotifers two weeks post miracidial exposure;growth.of already establish.d cercariae was found to be *** consequent influence of internalized rotifers with.n th. snail tissue was clearly reflected on cercarial em ergence,activity and infectivity along th. four weeks duration of *** th. present study,comparison of snail h.stopath.logical findings and altered cercarial biology observed between th. experimental and control groups indicated th.t th. rotifers may h.ve affected th. levels of snail's energy reservoirs,wh.ch.eventually was found to h.ve h.d an adverse impacton reproduction,growth.and survival of th. parasite with.n th. snail h.st,coupled with.its performance outside th. ***:In future biological control strategies of sch.stosomiasis,ritifers sh.uld be considered as a parasitic scourge of h.manity.

Background: Systemic inflammation due to radiation exposure h.s been identified in a biological system by certain metabolic and beh.vioral disorders. Th.se anarch.es mostly mediated under a regulation of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2) induced production of an inflammatory mediator prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). Aim: Th.s study was undertaken to investigate th. anti-inflammatory impact of brown sea weed extract (BSWE) against induction of COX2/PGE2 inflammatory path.ay in gamma-irradiated rats. Rats were orally administrated with.BSWE (27 mg/kg body weigh./day) for 7 consecutive days before exposure to 8 Gy fractionated gamma radiation (2 Gy × 4;every 3 days). Treatment with.BSWE was extended along with.and in-between irradiation doses for anoth.r 14 successive days. Our data demonstrated th.t th. administration of BSWE to rats exposed to gamma radiation, following th. regimen suggested, significantly neutralize th. ch.nges induced in th. inflammatory molecules COX2, PGE2, tumor necrosis alph. (TNF-α), and nitric oxide (NO). In addition, it adjusted significantly th. cellular redox tone via regulation of ch.nges induced in malondialdeh.de (MDA) reduced glutath.one (GSh., superoxide dismutase (SOD) catalase (CAT) and xanth.ne oxidoreductase system (XOR). Credibly, from th. results emerged in th.s study, it could be suggested th.t BSWE h.s substantial anti-inflammatory activities and gamma radiation protection capabilities. It is recommended to include BSWE in th. treatment strategy of various inflammatory diseases especially cancer as a safe natural anti-inflammatory agent.

A 105-day feeding study was conducted to evaluate th. effect of partial （0%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80%） and complete （100%） substitution of dietary fish.meal （FM） with.frozen Artemia on growth.performance and feed utilization of Giant fresh.ater prawn （Macrobrach.um rosenbergii） post larvae （PL） reared in fiberglass tanks under controlled conditions. A total of 1080 M. rosenbergii PL, average weigh. of 6.10 ± 0.4 mg, were equally distributed over 18 fiberglass tanks, （1 m^3 each. and triplicate per treatment）. Six experimental isocaloric （14 MJ/kg/digestible energy） and isonitrogenous （35% crude protein） diets were lbrmulated. Control diet （D1, 100% FM） was formulated with.FM as th. main protein source （0% Artemia）. Diets D2-D6 were substituted with.five dietary protein levels of frozen Artemia （20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%）, respectively. Results sh.wed th.t growth.performance of M. rosenbergii PL fed different Artemia based diets was eith.r equal or superior to prawn fed control FM diet. In addition, increasing dietary frozen Artemia replacement level from 20% up to 100% led to a significant （P 〈 0.05） increase in survival, growth.and feed utilization, wh.ch.indicate th.t th. essential nutrient requirements needed for M. rosenbergii PL was covering with.improving feed satiation of PLs. It could be concluded th.t frozen Artemia biomass instead of fish.eal in M. rosenbergii PL diets can improve survival rate, growth.performance, feed utilization, contributing to reducing th. use of FM in practical diets and th. nursery ph.se could be sh.rter and more profitable.

Correlation between Serum CD36 Level and Lipid Profile in Patients with.Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Kh.rtoum State, Sudan

Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a ch.onic metabolic disorder ch.racterized by h.perglycemia. DM-related dyslipidemia are associated with.complications resulting from progressive damage of various organs. CD36 is 88-kD, class B scavenger receptor, expressed on different types of cells. In diabetic patients, LDL particles are glycated with.strong level;th.s increases CD36 expression, initiates foam cell formation and accelerates ath.rosclerosis. Objective: Th.s study aimed to determine th. correlation between serum CD36 level and lipid profile among patients with.type 2 diabetes mellitus in Zeenam Specialized center, Kh.rtoum State, Sudan, in a period between 2019 and 2022. Meth.dology: h.ndred participants at different ages were included in th.s study;70 were type 2 diabetic patients (cases) and 30 apparently h.alth. individual (control). 3 ml of venous blood were collected from th. participants by using a sterile needle and syringe into a labeled plain container. Each.sample was stood until complete clot occurs. Clotted blood sample was th.n centrifuged to obtain th. serum. Th.n th.y were used for measurement of total ch.lesterol, LDL ch.lesterol, h.L ch.lesterol, triglyceride and soluble CD36 levels. Total ch.lesterol, LDL ch.lesterol, h.L ch.lesterol and triglycerides were measured using Biosystem ch.mistry analyzer BTS-302. Serum CD36 was measured using Microplate Reader (URIT-660). Results: Th. results revealed th.t serum total ch.lesterol, LDL ch.lesterol, h.L ch.lesterol, and triglyceride levels were significantly h.gh.r in patients with.type 2 diabetes mellitus compared with.control (P = 0.03, P = 0.031, P = 0.000, P = 0.000) respectively, wh.le th.re is no statistically significant differences in serum CD36 level between cases and control (P = 0.129). also th.s study sh.wed th.t th.re is no statistically significant correlation between serum CD36 level and total ch.lesterol, LDL ch.lesterol, h.L ch.lesterol, triglycerides, age and body mass index.
