Photosystem I(PSI)is one of two photosystems involved in oxygenic *** of cyanobacteria exists in monomeric,trimeric,and tetrameric forms,in contrast to the strictly monomeric form of PSI in plants and *** tetrameric organization raises questions about its structural,physiological,and evolutionary *** we report the3.72 A˚resolution cryo-electron microscopy structure of tetrameric PSI from the thermophilic,unicellular cyanobacterium Chroococcidiopsis *** structure resolves 44 subunits and 448 cofactor *** conclude that the tetramer is arranged via two different interfaces resulting from a dimer-of-dimers *** localization of chlorophyll molecules permits an excitation energy pathway within and between adjacent *** analysis reveals conserved regions in the PsaL subunit that correlate with the oligomeric *** PSI may function as a key evolutionary step between the trimeric and monomeric forms of PSI organization in photosynthetic organisms.

To the Editor： With great interest we read the original article of Chert et al published in the Chinese Medical journal comparing serum concentrations of cytokines in patients of Han and Li ethnicity with posttraumatic stress disorder （PTSD）. The authors found significantly higher serum concentrations of the cytokines interleukin （IL）-2, IL-6, IL-8, and tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α in PTSD patients compared to normal controls, and differences in cytokine concentrations according to ethnicity.

1976年以来,在加利福尼亚帕克菲尔德地区沿圣安德烈斯断层上长约60km的闭锁—蠕动过渡带,布设了由7个采样同步的质子磁力仪构成的差动连接的台阵,对该地区的局部磁场进行了准确的测量。2004年9月28日的M6.0级帕克菲尔德地震的震中恰好位于这个台阵之内,此次地震在其中的5个台站的观测中产生了0.2nT～0.5nT的同震磁场变化。但是从地震发生前1个月、前1周及前数天的地磁观测数据中,都检测不到明显高于背景噪声水平的震前磁场变化(由于没有可检测出的形变、地震活动或孔隙压力变化数据,理论上也应观测不到震前磁场变化)。在地震破裂末端附近的一个台站也记录了0.01Hz～20Hz频带内的电场和磁场数据,借助于沿断层的北西延长线上距该台站约115km的另一个台站的观测数据,对来自电离层和磁层的同模式噪声进行了校正。校正后的数据中既没有发现1989年ML7.1级洛马普列塔地震前可能存在ULF频带(0.01Hz～20Hz)的异常磁噪声,也没有发现相同震级的希腊地震震前产生的电场变化。基于应变、位移和地震数据反演得到的地震一致滑动和可变滑动压磁模型,能够计算出与磁力仪台阵观测到的结果相符的磁场扰动。1993年以来,该区域内长期存在着与荷载增加一致的较高磁场变化,与之相伴的是由一个两色EDM台网和另一个较小的钻孔应变仪台网观测到的剪应变率的长期增长及表现在1992、1993和1994年各发生了一次M4.5～5.0级地震的地震活动性的增强。集成了所有这些数据建立的模型揭示了该区域在深度剖面上有增大的滑动,这也许对2004年9月28日M6.0级帕克菲尔德地震的最后发生起到了重要的作用。本次地震以及其他发生于圣安德烈斯断层系内其他地方的M5～7.3级地震的震前电场和磁场前兆的缺乏,表明了仅利用现有的这些电磁数据来对破坏性地震做出有意义的预测看来并不可能。

美国国会确定留用地保护项目（CRP）的最初国的是为减少农用地边缘的土壤侵蚀。全美目前有2.43×1.06hm2农田登记纳入该项计划。对该项目减少侵蚀的有效性评价将对其令后的实施修订有很大应用价值。在堪萨斯州Finney县利用卫星图像导出土壤使用和覆差情况图。通过地理信息系统（GIS）将该图与计算机编程的土壤探测信息（SSURGO）结合，对每种利用地块类型（去除了该县的最高侵蚀系数和最易受侵蚀的地块）土壤特性和侵蚀系数进行分析，该研究表明CIS和遥感技术对评价和监测该留用地保护计划有许多优点。

Background The goal to eliminate the parasitic disease of poverty schistosomiasis as a public health problem is aligned with the 2030 United Nations agenda for sustainable development goals,including universal health coverage(UHC).Current control strategies focus on school-aged children,systematically neglecting *** aimed at providing evidence for the need of shifting the paradigm of schistosomiasis control programs from targeted to generalized approaches as key element for both the elimination of schistosomiasis as a public health problem and the promotion of *** In a cross-sectional study performed between March 2020 and january 2021 at three primary health care centers in Andina,Tsiroanomandidy and Ankazomborona in Madagascar,we determined prevalence and risk factors for schistosomiasis by a semi-quantitative PCR assay from specimens collected from 1482 adult *** and multivariable logistic regression were performed to evaluate odd *** The highest prevalence of ***,*** and co-infection of both species was 59.5%,61.3%and 3.3%,in Andina and Ankazomborona *** prevalence was observed among males(52.4%)and main contributors to the family income(68.1%).Not working as a farmer and higher age were found to be protective factors for *** Our findings provide evidence that adults are a high-risk group for *** data suggests that,for ensuring basic health as a human right,current public health strategies for schistosomiasis prevention and control need to be re-addressed towards more context specific,holistic and integrated approaches.
