The Pennsylvanian unconformity,which is a detrital surface,separates the beds of the Permian-aged strata from the Lower Paleozoic in the central Basin *** data interpretation indicates that the unconformity is an angular unconformity,overlying multiple normal faults,and accompanied with a thrust fault which maximizes the region's structural ***,the Pennsylvanian angular unconformity creates pinch-outs between the beds above and *** computed the spectral decomposition and reflector convergence attributes and analyzed them to characterize the angular unconformity and *** spectral decomposition attribute divides the broadband seismic data into different spectral bands to resolve thin beds and show thickness *** contrast,the reflector convergence attribute highlights the location and direction of the pinch-outs as they dip south at angles between 2and 6.After reviewing findings from RGB blending of the spectrally decomposed frequencies along the Pennsylvanian unconformity,we observed channel-like features and multiple linear bands in addition to the faults and *** can be inferred that the identified linear bands could be the result of different lithologies associated with the tilting of the beds,and the faults may possibly influence hydrocarbon migration or act as a flow barrier to entrap hydrocarbon *** identification of this angular unconformity and the associated features in the study area are vital for the following reasons:1)the unconformity surface represents a natural stratigraphic boundary;2)the stratigraphic pinch-outs act as fluid flow connectivity boundaries;3)the areal extent of compartmentalized reservoirs'boundaries created by the angular unconformity are better defined;and 4)fault displacements are better understood when planning well locations as faults can be flow barriers,or permeability conduits,depending on facies heterogeneity and/or seal effectiveness of a fault,which c

carnitine Palmitoyl Transferase II (cPTII) is a very important enzyme that helps with the oxidation of long-chain fatty acid to produce energy. Deficiency in cPTII will lead to energy deficiency in the case of fasting and the accumulation of the long chain fatty in the body. There are three types of cPT II deficiency, the myopathic form, the severe infantile hepatocardiomuscular form and the lethal neonatal form. They are all inherited as an autosomal recessive. Diagnosis of the cPTII are 1) tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) in adult form and 2) cPTII polymorphism (F352c), which is linked to reducing the activity of cPTII in infantile form [1]. Glucose is the primary management and medium-chain fatty acid is an alternative due to the bypass of the cPTII enzyme in the pathway. For the prevention of cPTII deficiency are to avoid long chain fatty acid (c12-fatty acid), fasting, prolonged exercise, known triggers, and certain medications such as anti-epileptics and general anesthesia. During the rhabdomyolysis and myoglobinuria attack, it is very important to maintain hydration to avoid acute renal failure. If, however, renal failure occurs, dialysis is recommended. We present a case of a 27-year-old African American woman with the significant past medical history of cPT II deficiency leading to recurrent rhabdomyolysis and myoglobinuria. Together with all the research studies from diagnosis to treatment of cPTII deficiency will help in clinical management of patients. And this case report will add to the existing case reports of patients who have cPTII deficiency in terms of how we diagnose, how we treat, and how we prevent symptoms from re-occurring.

The basic clinical diagnostic framework synergized

Objective To develop a diagnostic framework that would help defining clinical problems by the expanded understanding with traditional chinese medicine (c Med) and western medicine (W Med).Methods The basic attributes of diagnosis and the use of diagnostic techniques of W Med and c Med are reviewed. Some of the various diagnostic labels and their meanings are also preliminarily reviewed. A consolidatory approach is made to synergize the usefulness of the two disciplines based on the principles of the two *** The application and use of the framework are discussed and propositions are made. The synergized diagnostic platform represents a starting effort to form a unified basis to exchange clinical diagnosis between W Med and c Med. Such framework may facilitate looking for new treatment modalities and results can be compared across different centres.

MULTI-FAcILITY ORDERED MEDIAN PROBLEMS IN DIREcTED NETWORKS

This paper uses a finite dominating set （FDS） to investigate the multi-facility ordered median problem （OMP） in a strongly connected directed network. The authors first prove that the multi-facility OMP has an FDS in the node set, which not only generalizes the FDS result provided by Kalcsics, et al. （2002）, but also extends the FDS result from the single-facility case to the multiple case, filling an important gap. Then, based on this FDS result, the authors develop an exact algorithm to solve the problem. However, if the number of facilities is large, it is not practical to find the optimal solution, because the multi-facility OMP in directed networks is NP-hard. Hence, we present a constant-approximation algorithm for the p-median problem in directed networks. Finally, we pose an open problem for future research.

Natural fibers can play a major role in composite industry due to its renewable, biodegradable, and eco-friendly properties. Areca Fruit Husk （AFH） is rich in fiber, but is wasted in large quantity from tobacco industries. comprehensive characterization of AFH fiber is done to examine its morphological, physical, mechanical, chemical and thermal properties. High cellulose content of the fiber （57.35 wt%） provides better tensile strength （231.66 MPa） whereas the porous surface morphology （40.8 %） ensures better bonding with the matrix. Moreover, the low density of the fiber （0.78 ***^-3） makes it an attractive alternative for hazardous synthetic fibers. The semi-crystalline nature and large crystalline size of the fiber reduce the water absorption char- acteristics. The thermo gravimetric analysis confirms its stability up to 240℃, which is higher than the polymerization tem- perature. The results confirm the potential of AFH fibers as a reinforcement in bio-reinforced polymer composites for automo- tive and structural applications.

Photolysis of a mixture of anthracene and benzo[a] pyrene at ultra-trace levels in natural water with disinfection purposes

The photodegradation of anthracene(AN)and benzo[a]pyrene(BaP),two priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),was examined at ultra-trace levels in surface water to elucidate their behaviour under several irradiance values and types of *** emitting flux and the spectrum of the lamps were found to develop a crucial role in AN and BaP degradation since removal efficiencies of the target contaminants higher than 99%were found after 15 min of irradiation under an ultraviolet c(UVc)irradiance of 0.63 mW/cm^2,corresponding to a fluence of 560.25 mJ/cm^*** the other hand,although ultraviolet A(UVA)lamps exhibited a higher irradiance compared to that of UVc lamps,they were not efficient for degrading the target *** removal kinetic studies corroborated these findings,being the AN elimination rate in surface water higher than that in deionized water at optimal operating *** potential was also measured.A rapid microbial load inactivation,in terms of total coliforms naturally contained in the water matrix studied,was evidenced within 15 min of treatment for the fluence ***,after 24 hr in the dark,a regrowth was ***,photolysis products more toxic than the parent compounds were found,which were not removed even by extending the treatment *** this regard,it can be concluded that the individual action of UVc light for removing AN and BaP with disinfection purposes is not an efficient treatment;therefore,the use of radiation in combination with other kinds of treatments is required.

A Hybrid Ensemble Deep Learning Approach for Early Prediction of Battery Remaining Useful Life
