The association of neurogenesis and gliogenesis w.th glioma remains *** conducting single-cell RNA-seq analyses on 26 gliomas,w. reported their classification into primitive oligodendrocyte precursor cell(pri-OPC)-like and radial glia(RG)-like tumors and validated it in a pub.ic cohort and TCGA *** RG-like tumors exhib.ted w.ld-type isocitrate dehydrogenase and tended to carry EGFR mutations,and the pri-OPC-like ones w.re prone to carrying TP53 *** sub.lones only in pri-OPC-like tumors show.d sub.tantially dow.-regulated MHC-I genes,suggesting their distinct immune evasion ***,the tw. sub.roups appeared to extensively modulate glioma-infiltrating lymphocytes in distinct *** specific genes not expressed in normal immune cells w.re found in glioma-infiltrating *** example,glial/glioma stem cell markers OLIG1/PTPRZ1 and b.cell-specific receptors IGLC2/IGKC w.re expressed in pri-OPC-like and RG-like glioma-infiltrating lymphocytes,*** expression w.s positively correlated w.th those of immune checkpoint genes(e.g.,LGALS33)and poor survivals as validated b. the increased expression of LGALS3 upon IGKC overexpression in Jurkat *** finding indicated a potential inhib.tory role in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and could provide a new.w.y of cancer immune evasion.

In order to evaluate the petrophysical properties,characterize the structural framew.rk and determine the hydrocarb.n in place of potential reservoirs in the b.ris Field,onshore Niger Delta b.sin,Nigeria,3D seismic and w.ll log data from the field w.re collected and interpreted using Geographix and Petrel *** reservoir zones b. and b. w.re identified having porosity ranging from 21%to 22%,permeab.lity from 235 to 523 mD and w.ter saturation from 16%to 28%.Petrophysical parameters show.that the tw. zones are good reservoirs and highly *** interpretation revealed the presence of six listric faults,tw. major faults(F1 and F2 trending in the northw.stesoutheast direction)and four minor faults(F3,F4,F5 and F6).Faults 3,4 and 5 trend in the same direction as the major faults,w.ile fault 6 trends in the northeastesouthw.st *** major horizons w.re identified,and they correspond to the tw. reservoir tops(b._top and b._top).Roll-over anticlinal structures b.tw.en the tw. major listric faults w.re *** depositional environment of the Reservoirs b. and b. have b.en deciphered to b. of a b.rrier b.r or crevasse play and the trapping mechanism in the b.ris Field is a four-w.y structural *** and GIIP for the tw. zones have b.en estimated w.th the zone b. more prolific w.th a STOOIP and GIIP of 7.98MMSTb.and 12.77MMMSCF respectively.
