为揭示基于树体养分吸收、利用与积累特征的骏枣耐盐碱适应性生理机制,通过测定不同浓度盐碱处理下10年生骏枣各器官中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Na等矿质元素的含量,分析养分在骏枣不同器官中的吸收、积累与运输分配特征。结果表明:矿质离子在盐碱胁迫下主要集中在主根、多年生枝,有无盐碱胁迫时Na^(+)都主要聚集在主根中,K+浓度在叶片中最高,可以保持较高的K+/Na^(+)。在低浓度盐碱胁迫(60 mmol·L^(-1))下Mg、Ca的运输能力增强;高浓度盐碱胁迫(180 mmol·L^(-1))下须根至叶片的Mg、Ca运输能力分别显著下降44.7%和33.1%,叶片中Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)、Mg^(2+)/Na^(+)值分别显著降低72.8%和71.6%,但仍大于1;其他器官中K+/Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)、Mg^(2+)/Na^(+)保持稳定且大于1。相较于CK,高浓度盐碱胁迫下当年生枝中的Mn、Fe含量与多年生枝中的Mg含量分别升高了14.01%、11.11%、10.52%,Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe在须根中的含量分别升高了117.53%、25.65%、84.98%、26.19%,主根中N、P、Zn、Mn、Fe、Ca的含量分别下降了23.07%、15.38%、80.48%、49.58%、8.82%、30.44%。结果表明成年骏枣树的盐适应机制主要是通过根对Na^(+)的聚积作用,以及叶对K、Mg和Ca的选择性吸收能力增强来实现的。

Spatio-temporal Differentiation and Driving Factors of Industrial Ecology of Restricted Development Zone from Adaptive Perspective:A Case Study of Shandong,China

Based on the adaptive analysis paradigm,this paper constructs an evaluation index system and an evaluation model of the level of industrial ecology of a restricted development zone from the perspective of the industrial system and of the environmental system,and studies the spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics and the driving factors of the level of industrial ecology of the restricted development zone of the Shandong Province,China,by using a variety of measurement *** results show that:1)In the temporal dimension,the level of industrial ecology of the research area increased from 2005 to 2017,while in the regional dimension,it was higher in the eastern coastal areas,followed by the northwestern area and the southwestern area;2)In the spatial dimension,from 2005 to 2017 the level of industrial ecology of the research area had a clear spatial dependence,and the regional spatial agglomeration of the restricted development zones with similar industrial ecology levels become increasingly evident;3)On the whole,the industrial ecology level in the study area had a clear spatial differentiation pattern,as it was higher in the north and in the east and lower in the south and in the ***,its evolution model changed from a‘three-core driven model’to a‘spatial scattered mosaic distribution model’,and then to a‘single-core driven model’;4)Industrial ecology was positively correlated with economic development,foreign investment,science and technology,and negatively correlated with the government role,while industrial structure and environmental regulation failed to pass the statistical significance test.

Prospect Evaluation of Low-GWP Refrigerants R1233zd(E)and R1336mzz(Z)Used in Solar-Driven Ejector-Vapor Compression Hybrid Refrigeration System

In this paper,the entrainment ratio,pump work,heat loads of heat exchangers and COPthermal were theoretically evaluated for a solar-driven ejector-vapor compression hybrid refrigeration system with R1233zd(E)and R1336mzz(Z)as the working *** evaluation of the utilization potentials of R1233zd(E)and R1336mzz(Z)was presented by comparing the system performance with that of R245fa,a commonly used refrigerant in the ejector *** results indicated that the systems with R1233zd(E)and R1336mzz(Z)had a higher entrainment ratio and lower pump *** pump works when using R1233zd(E)and R1336mzz(Z)can be up to 14.59%and 38.05%lower than those of R245fa,***,the system showed the highest COPthermal utilizing R1233zd(E)followed by that of R245fa,with the R1336mzz(Z)system having the lowest *** differences between R1233zd(E)and R1336mzz(Z)systems,R1233zd(E)and R245fa systems were 4.33%and 2.0%,*** paper was expected to provide a good reference for the utilizing prospect of R1233zd(E)and R1336mzz(Z)in ejector refrigeration systems.

Background-free three-dimensional selective imaging of anisotropic plasmonic nanoparticles

There is an increasing demand for advanced optical imaging techniques that can detect and resolve nanosize objects at a spatial resolution below the optical diffraction limit, especially in three-dimensional （3D） cellular environments. In this study, using a polarization-activated localization scheme based on the orientation-dependent properties of anisotropic plasmonic metal nanoparticles （MNPs）, ＂photoswitchable＂ imaging of single gold nanorods （AuNRs） was accomplished not only in two dimensions but also in three dimensions. Moreover, the Rayleigh scattering background arising from the congested subcellular structures was efficiently suppressed. Thus, we obtained the 3D distributions of both the position and the orientation of the AuNRs inside the cells and investigated their intemalization kinetics. To our knowledge, this is the first demonstration of the confocal-like 3D imaging of non-fluorescence nanoparticles with a high resolution and almost zero background. This technique is easy to implement and should greatly facilitate MNP studies and applications in biomedicine and biology.

Fecal volatile components elicit aggregation in the oriental migratory locust, *** manilensis （Orthoptera： Acrididae）

The aggregation components from fecal volatiles of the oriental mi- gratory locust, Locusta migratoria manilensis were identified with gas chromatographic/electroantennographic detector （GC-EAD）, GC-MS （mass spectrometry） analyses and behavioral bioassays. Both last instar nymphs and adults of the oriental migratory locust have similar aggregation pheromones in their volatiles. A total of 11 electrophysiologically active compounds, namely, hexanal, cyclohexanol, heptanal, phenol, 2,5-dimethyl- pyrazine, benzyl alcohol, benzaldehyde, guaiacol, nonanal, 2,6,6-trimethyl-2-cyclohexene- 1,4-dione and decyl aldehyde were identified in the fecal volatiles of 2-day-old immature adult male locusts. Only hexanal, nonanal, benzaldehyde, cyclohexanol and 2,5-dimethyl- pyrazine elicited significant aggregation responses in immature 2-day-old adult males. However, adult males had significantly lower behavioral responses to synthetics of five single compounds than the blend of cyclohexanol, 2,5-dimethyl-pyrazine, benzaldehyde, nonanal, hexanal in ratios of 100 ： 100 ： 2 ： 60 ： 30 in the range of 30 60 μg/mL. We propose that it is the blend of these five compounds that plays a key role in eliciting and sustaining aggregation in gregarious oriental migratory locusts. These results also showed that the aggregation pheromones of the oriental migratory locust are significantly different from those found in the desert locust.

Residential building performance analysis at near extreme weather conditions in Hong Kong through a thermal-comfort-based strategy

The precise building performance assessment of residential housings in subtropical regions is usually more difficult than that for the commercial premises due to the much more complicated behavior of the occupants with regard to the change in indoor *** conventional use of a fixed schedule for window opening,clothing insulation and cooling equipment operation cannot reflect the real situation when the occupants respond to the change in thermal comfort,thus affecting the appropriateness of the assessment *** rectify the situation,a new modeling strategy in which the modification of the various operation schedules was based on the calculated thermal comfort(TC),was developed in this *** this new TC-based strategy,the realistic building performances under different cooling provision scenarios applied to a high-rise residential building under the near extreme weather conditions were investigated and *** was found that sole provision of ventilation fans could not meet the zone thermal comfort by over 68%of the time,and air-conditioning was *** optimal use of ventilation fans for cooling could only help reduce the total cooling energy demand by less than 12%at best which could only be realistically evaluated by adopting the present *** studies were conducted which revealed that some design factors could offer opportunities for reducing the total cooling energy under the near extreme weather conditions.

Abnormal subchondral bone remodeling and its association with articular cartilage degradation in knees of type 2 diabetes patients

Type 2 diabetes （T2D） is associated with systemic abnormal bone remodeling and bone loss. Meanwhile, abnormal subchondral bone remodeling induces cartilage degradation, resulting in osteoarthritis （OA）. Accordingly, we investigated alterations in subchondral bone remodeling, microstructure and strength in knees from T2D patients and their association with cartilage degradation. Tibial plateaus were collected from knee OA patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty and divided into non-diabetic （n---70） and diabetes （n = 51） groups. Tibial plateaus were also collected from cadaver donors （n = 20） and used as controls. Subchondral bone microstructure was assessed using micro-computed tomography. Bone strength was evaluated by micro-finite-element analysis. Cartilage degradation was estimated using histology. The expression of tartrate-resistant acidic phosphatase （TRAP）, osterix, and osteocalcin were calculated using immunohistochemistry. Osteoarthritis Research Society International （OARSI） scores of lateral tibial plateau did not differ between non-diabetic and diabetes groups, while higher OARSI scores on medial side were detected in diabetes group. Lower bone volume fraction and trabecular number and higher structure model index were found on both sides in diabetes group. These microstructural alterations translated into lower elastic modulus in diabetes group. Moreover, diabetes group had a larger number of TRAP~ osteoclasts and lower number of Osterix~ osteoprogenitors and Osteocalcin~ osteoblasts. T2D knees are characterized by abnormal subchondral bone remodeling and microstructural and mechanical impairments, which were associated with exacerbated cartilage degradation. In regions with intact cartilage the underlying bone still had abnormal remodeling in diabetes group, suggesting that abnormal bone remodeling may contribute to the early pathogenesis of T2D-associated knee OA.
