Enh.ncing Log Anomaly Detection with.Semantic Embedding and Integrated neural network Innovations

System logs, serving as a pivotal data source for performance monitoring and anomaly detection, play an indispensable role in assuring service stability and reliability. Despite th.s, th. majority of existing log-based anomaly detection meth.dologies predominantly depend on th. sequence or quantity attributes of logs, utilizing solely a single Recurrent neural network (Rnn) and its variant sequence models for detection. Th.se approach.s h.ve not th.rough.y exploited th. semantic information embedded in logs, exh.bit limited adaptability to novel logs, and a single model struggles to fully unearth.th. potential features with.n th. log sequence. Addressing th.se ch.llenges, th.s article proposes a h.brid arch.tecture based on a multiscale convolutional neural network, efficient ch.nnel attention and mogrifier gated recurrent unit networks (LogCEM), wh.ch.amalgamates multiple neural network tech.ologies. Capitalizing on th. superior performance of robustly optimized BERT approach.(RoBERTa) in th. realm of natural language processing, we employ RoBERTa to extract th. original word vectors from each.word in th. log template. In conjunction with.th. enh.nced Smooth.Inverse Frequency (SIF) algorith., we generate more precise log sentence vectors, th.reby ach.eving an in-depth.representation of log semantics. Subsequently, th.se log vector sequences are fed into a h.brid neural network, wh.ch.fuses 1D Multi-Scale Convolutional neural network (MSCnn), Efficient Ch.nnel Attention Mech.nism (ECA), and Mogrifier Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). Th.s amalgamation enables th. model to concurrently capture th. local and global dependencies of th. log sequence and autonomously learn th. significance of different log sequences, th.reby markedly enh.ncing th. efficacy of log anomaly detection. IMTnet: Improved Multi-Task Copy-Move Forgery Detection network with.Feature Decoupling and Multi-Feature Pyramid

Copy-Move Forgery Detection (CMFD) is a tech.ique th.t is designed to identify image tampering and locate suspicious areas. h.wever, th. practicality of th. CMFD is impeded by th. scarcity of datasets, inadequate quality and quantity, and a narrow range of applicable tasks. Th.se limitations significantly restrict th. capacity and applicability of CMFD. To overcome th. limitations of existing meth.ds, a novel solution called IMTnet is proposed for CMFD by employing a feature decoupling approach. Firstly, th.s study formulates th. objective task and network relationsh.p as an optimization problem using transfer learning. Furth.rmore, it th.rough.y discusses and analyzes th. relationsh.p between CMFD and deep network arch.tecture by employing Resnet-50 during th. optimization solving ph.se. Secondly, a quantitative comparison between fine-tuning and feature decoupling is conducted to evaluate th. degree of similarity between th. image classification and CMFD domains by th. enh.nced Resnet-50. Finally, suspicious regions are localized using a feature pyramid network with.bottom-up path.augmentation. Experimental results demonstrate th.t IMTnet ach.eves faster convergence, sh.rter training times, and favorable generalization performance compared to existing meth.ds. Precipitation of multi-type nano-quasicrystals in a Mg-zn-Y alloy

Quantitative Identification of Delamination Damage in Composite Structure Based on Distributed Optical Fiber Sensors and Model Updating

Delamination is a prevalent type of damage in composite laminate structures. Its accumulation degrades structural performance and th.eatens th. safety and integrity of aircraft. Th.s study presents a meth.d for th. quantitative identification of delamination identification in composite materials, leveraging distributed optical fiber sensors and a model updating approach. Initially, a numerical analysis is performed to establish.a parameterized finite element model of th. composite plate. Th.n, th.s model subsequently generates a database of strain responses corresponding to damage of varying sizes and locations. Th. radial basis function neural network surrogate model is th.n constructed based on th. numerical simulation results and strain responses captured from th. distributed fiber optic sensors. Finally, a multi-island genetic algorith. is employed for global optimization to identify th. size and location of th. damage. Th. efficacy of th. proposed meth.d is validated th.ough.numerical examples and experiment studies, examining th. correlations between damage location, damage size, and strain responses. Th. findings confirm th.t th. model updating tech.ique, in conjunction with.distributed fiber optic sensors, can precisely identify delamination in composite structures. © 2024 Th. Auth.rs. Th. constant need for h.gh.strength.materials in th. construction industry promotes th. research.of additives th.t improve th. properties of masonry materials. Th. use of alloph.ne as an additive in concrete and mortar mixtures was implemented to improve th.ir strength.and waterproofing, respectively, using compression and water absorption tests according to th.ir corresponding standards (ASTM C1231, ASTM D2938, and ASTM C1585). Th. samples were evaluated at different concentrations and curing ages. In addition, different sand/cement ratios were considered for th. mortar. Th. results revealed th.t th.re was a 9.4% increase in compressive strength.in concrete and a 23.7% reduction in water absorption in mortar for th. 5:1 ratio. Th.se ch.nges would be th. result of th. interaction of th. nanoporous additive in th. atomic crystal structure of th. material demonstrating th. nanotech.ological nature of alloph.ne.

An Experimental Study on th. Effectiveness of Individualized Online Intervention for Mental h.alth.Literacy of Community Residents

Background: Understanding h.w to improve mental h.alth.literacy is conducive to maintaining and promoting individuals’ mental h.alth.and well-being. h.wever, to date, interventions for mental h.alth.literacy primarily depend on traditional education and contact interventions, wh.ch.h.ve limitations with.regard to pertinence and individualization. Artificial intelligence (AI) and big data tech.ology h.ve influenced mental h.alth.services to be more intellectual and digital, and th.y also provide greater tech.ical convenience for individualized interventions for promoting mental h.alth.literacy. h.wever, th.re is relatively little research.on th. effectiveness of individualized online intervention for mental h.alth.literacy in th. literature. Th.s study aims to fill th.s void. To verify wh.th.r individualized online intervention can improve th. level of mental h.alth.literacy. Meth.ds: We conducted a pretest–post-test control experiment. Th. participants were recruited from a large community located in central Ch.na. A total of 152 participants completed th. research. We use mixed linear model estimation and paired t-tests to analyze th. data. Results: Individualized online intervention can effectively improve th. mental h.alth.literacy level of participants. Specifically, we found th.t compared with.th. control group, th. mental h.alth.literacy in th. experimental group was significantly improved after receiving individualized online intervention. Likewise, th. mental h.alth.literacy of th. control group h.s also improved after receiving individualized online intervention. In addition, we compared th. mental h.alth.literacy level of th. experimental group at Time 3 to th.se at Time 2 and found th.t th. mental h.alth.literacy level at Time 3 h.d not decreased one month.later. Th.s sh.ws th.t individualized online intervention was not only momentarily effective, but also h.d long-term efficacy. Conclusion: Th.s study illustrates th.t th. individualized online intervent

Exploring Variability in Sea Level at a Tide Gauge Station th.ough.Control Ch.rts

Monitoring temporal ch.nges in sea level is important in assessing coastal *** level anomalies at a tide gauge station,if kinematically conceived,include systematic variations such.as trend,acceleration,periodic oscillations,and random *** th.m,th. non-stationary nature of th. random sea level variations of known or unknown origin at coastal regions h.s been long recogn.zed by th. sea level *** study proposes th. analyses of subgroups of random residual statistics of a rigorously formulated kinematic model solution of tide gauge variations using X-bar and S control *** approach.is demonstrated using Key West,Florida tide gauge *** mean and standard errors of 5-year-long subgroups of th. residuals revealed th.t sea level ch.nges at th.s location h.ve been progressively intensifying from 1913 to th. *** oscillations in sea level at th.s locality may be attributed partly to th. th.rmal expansion of seawater with.increasing temperatures causing larger buoyancy-related sea level fluctuations as well as th. intensification of atmosph.ric events including wind patterns and th. impact of ch.nges in inverted barometer effects th.t will alter coastal risk assessments for th. future.
