为降低岭南地区农宅因围护结构霉变带来的安全和健康危害，在实地取样和正交实验的基础上研究温度和湿度对该地区优势菌生长的影响，并对培养基上霉菌的生长特性进行拟合优选分析，以期扩充建筑中优势霉菌生长特性数据库，为预测霉菌在波动温湿度条件下的生长风险提供理论支持。首先，用刮擦法在岭南典型农宅获取霉斑样品，采用高通量测序法鉴定优势菌种类；然后，在恒温培养箱中设置22、26、30℃和60%、70%、85%的温湿度组合，研究优势菌在马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂（Potato Dextrose Agar，简称PDA）培养基上的生长特性，并建立其随时间和温湿度变化的动力学模型；最后，在人工气候室中设置26、30、34℃和50%、90%的环境温湿度组合，研究优势菌在常用建材上的生长特性。结果表明：岭南地区以大白灰为内饰面材料的农村住宅围护结构表面的优势菌属为枝孢霉Cladosporium、Neoderiesia和枝顶孢霉Acremonium;26℃是枝孢霉最容易生长繁殖的环境温度；木材和PDA上环境相对湿度越高，枝孢霉生长越快；Gompertz模型和响应面模型能较好地表征枝孢霉在培养基上的生长特性。

Female grasshoppers can affect the fitness of their offspring through their selection of oviposition site. Knowledge of soil type on oviposition, and its effects on subsequent development can provide guidelines for habitat manipulations that reduce the harmful effects of these pests on farmers fields. The influence of soil types on the oviposition site preference of variegated grasshopper (Zonocerus variegatus L.) reared some cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) varieties, was investigated in a cage trial carried out at the Bio factory laboratory, School of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Njala University, Sierra Leone during 2022/2023. The treatments comprised three soil types (Sandy, Loamy and Clay), each with three replications laid out in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) in wooden cages. Data were collected on the following development parameters including, Net reproductive growth ratio (R0), Generation time (Tc), Intrinsic rate of increase (rm), Finite rate of increase (), Doubling time (Dt), and overall survivorship. Findings revealed that, Z. variegatus L. preferred sandy soil in which, on average, most eggs were deposited (338, 6.62 4.40), followed by loamy soil, 286 (5.53 3.96), and then, clayey soil, 200 (3.91 3.85);though, the differences were not significant. This study established that Z. variegatus deposited more eggs in sandy soil > loamy soil > clayey soil, respectively;and subsequent survivorship of the immature unto mature adult insect, revealed a similar order. This indicates that the sandy soil is the most preferred substrate for oviposition and subsequent development into adult insects.

【研究目的】查明重金属分布特征及来源，为辽东湾重金属污染历史变化提供新的量化数据和深刻认识，为政府根据经济发展指标变化示踪近海污染演变趋势提供历史案例。【研究方法】通过对2005年及2013年的辽东湾浅海湿地表层沉积物样品中7种重金属(As、Cd、Pb、Zn、Cu、Cr、Hg)、有机碳 (Corg) 和粒度进行分析，研究了辽东湾表层沉积物中重金属及Corg的空间分布特征、污染来源和生态风险贡献。【研究结果】结果表明，2005年和2013年各元素的重金属空间分布特征一致，都在小凌河西南端显著富集，且受粒度控制。重金属浓度空间分布整体呈现南部>中部>北部和西部>东部>中部。2005年(2013年)重金属来源于工业、农业和母岩分别占40.68%(29.03%)、36.69%(48.03%)、22.63%(22.94%)。相较于2005年，2013年随着沿岸城市产业结构调整，重金属来源发生显著变化，且地理探测器分析揭示农业生产对重金属总体生态风险 (RI) 增加贡献最高。通过对地质累积指数 (Igeo) 和正交矩阵因子分解法 (PMF) 分析研究发现，相较于2005年，2013年表层沉积物中Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn元素污染轻微加重，As和Hg元素明显加重，相反Cd元素污染明显减轻。暗示工业排污控制对减少Cd污染起到重要作用，而其他重金属污染主要源于农业生产活动，亦或海上运输对Pb污染也有一定的贡献。【结论】虽然辽东湾附近城市经济增长2-3倍，但是政府注重控制工业废水的处理与排放，使重金属污染增长的较为平缓，但重金属Hg、Cu、Pb和Zn元素的污染仍不能忽略，特别是在粒度较细的泥质沉积物区，重金属As和Hg的生态风险程度较严重。

Huang Di Nei Jing(《黄帝内经》The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic) has been the source text of Chinese medicine knowledge and innovation for over two thousand years. Despite this key relevance, many of its ideas and practices have proven difficult to understand and implement fully into clinical practice. Cultural and language differences can be compounded with these challenges but may also present new opportunities for advancement and insight when studied by researchers outside of the originating culture. This article introduces the method of Classical-Text Archaeology and delves into the author’s two-decade journey of researching this text, with a discussion on cultural differences and issues of medical scholarship.

Focus-offset collinear dual-pulse laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is designed and used to investigate the laser ablation and spectral intensity with an aluminum alloy *** laser crater morphologies and ablation volumes were *** inter-pulse time delay dependent ablation efficiency on a nanosecond laser-heated sample was observed,which was similar to the trend of spectral intensity versus inter-pulse time delay in the delay time less than 3μ*** on the observation,the nanosecond pulse laser preheating effect on subsequent second laser ablation and signal enhancement is discussed,which will be helpful for understanding the ablation and signal enhancement mechanism in the standard collinear DP-LIBS technique.

The application of the excess entropy scaling(EES)method to predict the viscosity,thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of HFC/HFO refrigerants is evaluated in this *** universal coefficients of the EES model were firstly obtained from the properties of HFC refrigerants,and the accuracy of the model was further investigated with HFO *** was suggested that the EES model correlated the viscosity very well with the average absolute deviations(AADs)of most HFC refrigerants lower than 6.55%except *** correlations also provided very good prediction on the viscosity for R1234yf and R1234ze(E),but not for R1336mzz(Z).The prediction of thermal conductivity for both HFC and HFO refrigerants was generally well with the maximum AAD of 11.44%.However,the paper also indicated that there were no universal thermal diffusivity coefficients for even HFC refrigerants,and the linear function could not fit the thermal diffusivity curve very ***,the exclusively two-order polynomial correlations based on the EES model were presented for each HFC/HFO refrigerant.

The majority of inherited retinal degenerative diseases and dry age-related macular degeneration are characterized by decay of the outer retina and photoreceptors,which leads to progressive loss of *** inner retina,including second-and third-order retinal neurons,also shows aberrant structural changes at all stages of degeneration.Müller glia,the major glial cells maintain retinal homeostasis,activating and rearranging immediately in response to photoreceptor *** phenomena are collectively known as retinal remodeling and are anatomically well described,but their impact on visual function is less well *** remodeling has traditionally been considered a detrimental chain of events that decreases visual ***,emerging evidence from functional assays suggests that remodeling could also be a part of a survival mechanism wherein the inner retina responds plastically to outer retinal *** visual system’s first synapses between the photoreceptors and bipolar cells undergo rewiring and functionally compensate to maintain normal signal output to the *** classes of retinal ganglion cells remain even after the massive loss of photoreceptors.Müller glia possess the regenerative potential for retinal recovery and possibly exert adaptive transcriptional changes in response to neuronal *** types of homeostatic changes could potentially explain the well-maintained visual function observed in patients with inherited retinal degenerative diseases who display prominent anatomic retinal *** review will focus on our current understanding of retinal neuronal and Müller glial adaptation for the potential preservation of retinal activity during photoreceptor *** retinal self-compensatory responses could help generate universal strategies to delay sensory disease progression.
