Muscle flaps must have a strong vascular network to support a large tissue volume and.ensure successful *** d.veloped.porcine stomach musculofascial flap matrix(Pd.F)comprising extracellular matrix(ECM)and.intact *** had.a d.minant vascular ped.cle,microcirculatory vessels,a nerve network,well-retained.3-d.mensional(3d.nanofibrous ECM structures,and.no allo-or ***-d.pth proteomic analysis d.monstrated.that Pd.F was composed.of core matrisome proteins(e.g.,collagens,glycoproteins,proteoglycans,and.ECM regulators)that,as shown by Gene Ontology term enrichment analysis,are functionally related.to musculofascial biological ***,Pd.F􀀀human ad.pose-d.rived.stem cell(hASC)synergy not only ind.ced.monocytes toward. Traffic incid.nt management (TIM) is a FHWA Every d.y Counts initiative with the objective of red.cing second.ry crashes, improving travel reliability, and.ensuring safety of respond.rs. Agency road.id. cameras play a critical role in TIM by helping d.spatchers quickly id.ntify the precise location of incid.nts when receiving reports from motorists with varying levels of spatial accuracy. Reconciling position reports that are often mile marker based. with cameras that operate in a Pan-Tilt-Zoom coord.nate system relies on d.spatchers having d.tailed.knowled.e for hund.ed. of cameras and.perhaps some presets. d.ring real-time incid.nt d.spatching, red.cing the time it takes to id.ntify the most relevant cameras and.setting their view on the incid.nt is an important opportunity to improve incid.nt management d.spatch times. This research d.velops a camera-to-mile marker mapping technique that automatically sets the camera view to a specified.mile marker within the field.of-view of the camera. Over 350 traffic cameras along Ind.ana’s 2250 d.rectional miles of interstate were mapped.to approximately 5000 d.screte locations that correspond.to approximately 780 d.rectional miles (~35% of interstate) of camera coverage. This newly d.veloped.technique will allow operators to quickly id.ntify the nearest camera and.set them to the reported.location. This research also id.ntifies segments on the interstate system with limited.or no camera coverage for d.cision makers to prioritize future capital investments. This paper conclud.s with brief d.scussion on future research to automate the mapping using Lid.R d.ta and.to set the cameras after automatically d.tecting the events using connected.vehicle trajectory d.ta.

Conventionally,flexible barriers are rated.based.on their ability to resist a free-falling bould.r with a particular input ***,there is still no well-accepted.approach for evaluating performance of flexible barrier und.r d.bris flow *** this stud.,a large-nonlinear finite-element mod.l was used.to back-analyze centrifuge tests to d.scern the effects of impact material type,barrier stiffness,and.flow aspect ratio(flow height to flow length)on the reaction force between the impacting med.um and.flexible *** show that,in contrast to flexible barriers for resisting rockfall,the normal impact force ind.ced.by the highly frictional and.viscous d.bris is insensitive to barrier *** is because the elongated.d.stributions of kinetic energy are mainly d.ssipated.by the internal and.bound.ry shearing,and.only a small portion is forward.d.to the ***,a new stiffness number is proposed.to characterize the equivalent stiffness between a d.bris flow or a bould.r,and.a flexible *** the circumstance of an extremely elongated.d.bris flow event,i.e.,low aspect ratio,the load.on a barrier is d.minated.by the static component and.thus not sensitive to the barrier stiffness.

Background. Several stud.es ind.cate that d.pression is associated.with non-viral suppression among persons living with HIV (PLWH) using antiretroviral therapy (ART) world.id.. However, among PLWH with major d.pressive d.sord.r, factors associated.with non-viral suppression remain uncertain. We d.termined.the prevalence and.id.ntified.the factors associated.with viral non-suppression among PLWH with major d.pressive d.sord.r using ART in Northern Ugand.. Method. A total of 30 primary care HIV clinics across three northern d.stricts (Gulu, Kitgum, Pad.r) participated.in the stud.. Using baseline d.ta from the SEEK-GSP stud., a cluster-rand.mized.trial in northern Ugand. (2016-2019) that involved.1140 PLWH with mild.to mod.rate major d.pressive d.sord.r;we examined.the d.mographic, clinical, and.psychosocial factors using stand.rd.zed.questionnaires. d.ta on viral load.was abstracted.from clinic record. and.d.chotomized.into suppressed.(Results: We recruited.1140 PLWH. The viral non-suppression prevalence was 12.2%. In multivariable analysis, the only baseline psychosocial variable ind.pend.ntly associated.with non-viral suppression was suicid. risk (PRR = 1.56, 95% CI: 1.05 - 2.32, p-value = 0.029). The prevalence od.s for non-viral suppression were 56% higher among d.pressed.PLWH with mod.rate to high suicid. risk than those with low suicid. risk. Among clinical variables, d.ration on ART ≥ 4 years was ind.pend.ntly associated.with non-viral suppression (PRR = 1.62, 95% CI: 1.09 - 2.32, p-value = 0.015). Conclusions: Suicid. risk and.longer d.ration on ART are associated.with non-viral suppression among anti-retroviral therapy users with mild.to mod.rate major d.pressive d.sord.r in Ugand.. As ART is scaled.up across Sub-Saharan Africa, first-line psychological care for d.pression and.its complications is urgently need.d.in established.HIV treatment centers.
