The use of bi.char can have several effects on p.ant germi.ati.n,dep.ndi.g on raw materi.l,p.ep.rati.n method and ap.li.ati.n ***,the molecular mechani.ms that lead to those results have yet to be *** ai. of thi. research was to i.p.ove the understandi.g of these mechani.ms by characteri.i.g the metaboli. effects of sugarcane bagasse bi.char on soybean *** typ.s of bi.chars were p.ep.red by p.rolysi. at 300℃(SCB300),400℃(SCB400)and 600℃(SCB600).Then,each one was mi.ed i.to sand at 1%,3%,5%(w/w)dose,*** exp.ri.ent was p.rformed i. 8 days of i.cubati.n,when the number of germi.ated seeds and the average radi.le length were *** evaluate the metabolome,the dry bi.mass(DB)was subjected to extracti.n wi.h a mi.ture of methanol-d4 and D2O(1:1 v/v).The extracts were submi.ted to metabolomi.s analysi. by p.oton Nuclear Magneti. *** Relati.e Germi.ati.n,Relati.e Average Radi.le Growth and Germi.ati.n i.dex i.creased i. all treatments comp.red to *** the other hand,the DB i.creased i. all treatments,excep. for SCB300,at doses of 1%and 3%w/*** metaboli.es(alani.e,asp.ragi.e,aceti. aci.,ci.ri. aci.,glycerol,fatty aci.s and sucrose)were i.enti.i.d and quanti.i.d i.
