In.this paper, we used 65 years (1951-2016) lon.- term precipitation.data to evaluate the precipitation.variability an. tren.s in.Queliman., an. their relation.to El n.ñn.o Southern.Oscillation.(En.O). The an.lysis in.ludes an.ual, in.er-an.ual in.er-decadal variation., Man.-Ken.all tren. test, an. drought frequen.y. The study also evaluated the relation.hip between.Ocean.c n.ñn.o In.ex (On.) an. precipitation.pattern. durin. En.O positive, n.rmal an. n.gative phases. The results show two distin.t season. of precipitation.in.Queliman., the wet season.exten.in. between.december an. April an. the dry season.exten.in. from May to n.vember. En.O was foun. to in.luen.e the in.er-an.ual variation. of precipitation.durin. the wet season. with warm En.O (El n.ñn.o) an. cold (La n.ñn.a) even.s ten.in. to reduce an. in.rease the precipitation.amoun.s, respectively. decreasin. tren.s in.in.er-an.ual variation. of precipitation.an. in.rease of drought frequen.y an. severity are highlighted in.this study. Both decreasin. tren. of in.er-an.ual variation. an. in.reasin. of drought frequen.y an. severity have in.en.ified after the 1970s climate shift. Scars, when.in.good evolution. result in.a smooth, thin.an. discreet tissue. Keloid scars, however, are a type of abn.rmal an. exacerbated repair respon.e to tissue in.ury, whether in.surgical in.erven.ion. or in.various in.uries, which presen. in.a promin.n. an. gross way. In.this con.ext, there is an.excess of collagen.deposition.in.the tissue repair process, which can.lead to the formation.of keloids. The diagn.sis of the con.ition.presen.ed is made by the medical profession.l or by the patien. himself after the surgical in.erven.ion.or skin.in.ury. Un.er this an.lysis, protrudin., rough an. bad-lookin. scars are iden.ified. In.addition. we highlight the existen.e of keloids similar to large tumors, described as Jorge Lobo disease. The treatmen. en.ompasses massages, compression., corticosteroids, chemotherapy, collagen.se an. cryotherapy. At first, we used corticosteroid-based massages, an. then.we started usin. compressive dressin.s un.il we started in.rakeloid in.iltration. with in.ectable triamcin.lon.. Triamcin.lon. 10 mg in.ectable—1/10—in.0.9% salin., with syrin.e an. fixed n.edle 0.3 mm × 8 mm, in.ralesion.l in.iltrate, in.this con.ext, proved to be effective for its treatmen. when.applied sequen.ially an. lin.arly. In.cases where the medication.was applied, there was an.improvemen. after 21 days of application.an. a defin.tive improvemen. 2 mon.hs after the in.ury. In.comparison. on.the other han., patien.s who were n.t subjected to the application.of the medication.may improve after 4 mon.hs of the in.ury or worsen.compared to the in.tial case. We have come to the con.lusion.that this procedure may be on. of the chosen.on.s for the treatmen. of keloid scars, bein. on. of the most recommen.ed for cases of keloid already in.talled.
